The entire experience has been simply awful. Helen not only did a poor job in placement, she glued my bottom eye lashes with my top eye lashes and then "resolved" the problem by breaking my bottom lashes off. On both eyes. Leaving the broken bottom lashes still glued to my top lashes to poke and scratch my eyes. There was also a lot of the mink hair in one of my eyes under my skin! The entire experience was painful, stressful, and flat out scary. She was not gentle with my eyes at all. Even the placement of the pads was off. Obviously as my bottom lashes were glued to the top lashes. After the painful torturous experience, the lashes do not even look good. Not at all. I wanted a hybrid look and I have no idea what she gave me but it's definitely not hybrid. They look horrible and I can't wait for them to all fall off which I know will be quick as their retention is also not good. I am literally so embarrassed at how these lashes look!! I would have ask them to remove them or something but I do not trust this women with my eyes!! I will not be coming back to M Lash for my lashes and I will no longer recommend M Lash for Lash services. With the amount of money spent here I expected a calm relaxing experience with beautiful results. Not at all what I got. read more

I got a classic full set, it's not the best and could be much better. There is a MLASH studio in Orange/Milford, spend the extra 20 minutes and drive over for your moneys worth. She only took 30 minutes, and one eye is fuller than the other but neither are really full. No lash bath, no bonder applied, no sealer applied, no sanitizer before she touched my face, no spolly to take home. The other part that got me was that if I didn't pay cash then it was an additional $7 charge, there is an ATM but that also has a high charge sooo... and no where before booking did it say this. Overall, I'm going on a trip for 3 weeks and expect these to fall off before I get half way through my trip. I hate giving bad reviews but I rather be honest for the next person considering. read more

I went for a fresh set and a refill two weeks later. I should have known that something was wrong when the fresh set on virgin lashes only took 35 minutes. I tried them for a second time and the refill was around 40 minutes. They used way too much glue - both times the fumes from the glue made my eyes tear for days later. They also put ten extensions together as a cluster. Both appointments were with Helen - the first appointment mostly featured one of her colleagues coming in and loudly gossiping. Their application was so bad that after just two appointments I was loosing my natural lashes. Buyer beware. read more

Get it at your own risk. My eyes are not sensitive to glue, but there glue yes. It was very sensitive to their glow. Two weeks later, still red and puffy, still using eye drops, get it at your own risk. read more

The place was clean and everyone was very nice but the lashes were just meh. I told them i wanted a more natural look and i ended up leaving with over dramatic lashes that just dont look right, and here is why: 1. The inner lash extensions should be a little shorter. When they are too long it looks obviously unnatural. 2. My extensions are all one length from the inner corner of my eye to the outer corner. A mix of 2 or 3 different lash lengths should be used to avoid looking like I applied a cheap lash strip. After a better inspection of my lashes when i got home, i called to ask them if there was something they could do about it and they said they would make a note on my account to apply shorter lashes next time.....i just expect more for $120. If you like the falsie look then you should 100% go here. If you are looking for a more natural true lash extension, I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely terrible and overpriced for extremely poor technique. I made the mistake of going here as my usual lash tech is on maternity leave. The removal of my existing lash extensions was unusual. No removers were applied and it felt like they were being tugged off with just tweezers. Barely any tape was used and I could just feel hands all over my eye area the whole time. Whatever glue they used stung and it stung for hours afterwards. I could also feel the glue on my extensions and it literally felt like dollar store superglue had been used. And to top it all off, I discovered to my horror that they just stuck my lashes on in clumps, some to natural hair but mostly to my skin. I normally have great lash retention and I had lash extension clumps falling off at the start of the second week, taking along with it a lot of my natural eyelashes. I had to go elsewhere to get all of this fixed and I was told that a lot of my natural lashes were damaged, either completely fallen out or broken in half. Getting my lashes done is not my first rodeo - I've been getting them done for the last two years with no dramas and this was a surprisingly horrendous experience given the amount of money paid. Cheap plasticy feeling extensions, cheap glue, unskilled and unsanitary, and damage to your natural lash bed. I'm also amazed i didnt end up with eye infections. I regret not doing more research. Just don't do it!!! read more

I have been getting my eyelashes done professionally for the past three years, and I honestly had a terrible experience at M LASH that I recently started to go to in September. I told the woman doing my eyelashes that I did not want them to be too bold and I wanted something natural but she still talked me into doing a hybrid. I have only ever gotten classic done before this and would never need a refill before 3 weeks. I needed a refill after the first week of having the hybrid lashes and then for my second refill I was able to retain most of my eyelashes for a two week fill. She would never get the eyelashes closest to my nose and it was so noticeable that there was a gap in my eyelashes. I would wear safety goggles in the shower to protect my eye lashes because I could not keep wasting money getting them refilled so close together. I would wash my eyelashes with a cleanser recommended by my eye doctor that I have been using for well over a year now. She told me that the eyelashes are not working for me and that she would have to try something else and that would require a three week fill instead because it is more work for her to do. I asked her to just remove them but at the cost of $40 that took her 10 minutes, I should have just gone home and did it myself. I went to a new eye lash place today and consulted with one of the lash technicians today, and she told me that the lashes were way too heavy for my natural eyelashes. It should have been recognized after I needed a fill after one week that the technique or eyelash was not appropriate for my natural eyelashes. I am extremely disappointed in M LASH. My technician would spend the time talking on the phone or texting in the middle of my appointment. I think it is gross to touch your phone and then touch someones eyelashes and face. They just want your money and do not care at all for their customers. A total waste of money, I do not recommend. read more

The lashes look so natural and I've gotten so many compliments on them. The price is also fantastic for how much longer they last than other places I have had lashes at. On the website it says you are paying $95 for an hour and a half, but in reality you are finished in 45 minutes. So you are definitely not getting your lashes filled to full capacity if they are only working on you for 1/2 the time you have paid for. At other lash bars I've been to, a 45 minute fill is considered a "mini" fill, so I wouldn't say you are getting your money's worth if you go here. read more

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Their manager sucks, is such a rude woman. Their customer service is horrendous. Not one staff member knows what their doing, they aren't even capable of a simple date change. The only girl that seems to do good eyelashes is krystal, she deserves to be at a better salon.. My first visit I waited 45 minutes because "they forgot" to put me on the schedule so everyone left the store. They did horrible on my lash lift so I called to tell them they were not colored or curled, and of course it's everyone else's fault except them! Waste of 120. I rather burn my money than go here ever again. I went else where and my eyelashes were amazing, and lasted 5 weeks. Highly recommend not coming here, unless you want your eyelashes to look like absolute crap. read more

My volume lashes fell off after a week. I will never go back. They charged me $45 when my lashes fell off after a week and surprise, it wasn't my fault! Only reason I give two stars is because the lashes were gorgeous, but since I was charged $45 for a week refill when it's their fault it came off, I can't recommend M lash. read more

I have been going to the same lash extension place at my home in NYC for years now and only her. I had no time to go home because I go to school near here and had to try a lash place in the area. Sarah T did an amazing job!! I was very nervous to go to M lash because I've never been to any other last studios but Sarah did such a good job.
