this is a really solid place to get your nails done. I have booked online before to make my appt but have also walked in and they were able to take me every time. There's a lot of people working there and you can tell by how fast some of the technicians get booked online that some might be more experienced than others, but honestly they're all very good. I usually show a picture of what I want and they're able to do it. I really wanted to love this place. I very rarely spend time time writing reviews but I am certain that by the time I left the shop, they knew this one was coming. I booked to have a Gel X and a gel pedicure done. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time. I STILL waited 45 minutes to be seen. By the end, three different people did my nails without warning and I left with Gel X that was not only filled with air bubbles but so aggressively done that my cuticles are cut on multiple fingers. And that was 2 and a half hours later. I refused to continue on and get the pedicure. I paid, left, and will find someplace else. I strongly recommend they stop offering Gel X as a service. I've been getting Apres done for over three years and this ain't it. The techs aren't trained properly and the way they are doing them leaves so much room for infection, it's scary. I'm so disappointed this didn't work out. read more

horrible customer service. long wait times. paid $105 for an acrylic medium full set just for 3 of my nails to break off within a week of getting them done. They refused to reimburse me and didn't even offer to at least fix the nails, or a new set stating they only do 3 day warranties. read more

I have been 3 times to this nail salon. The first time was great and Dara did a great job on my Gel X set. The last two times I have gone and gotten Structured Gel and let me tell you DO NOT GET. Both times they chip within a few days and pop right off. Also got chrome both times and the chrome came off the second time the next day! Total waste of $20!!! I would not recommend getting structured since they literally take 2 hrs to do and you leave with nothing special compared to regular gel and they come off immediately. I hate writing this because I still would continue to go except for different services. read more

I scheduled my appointment the day before and went to go get my nails done with a friend. i booked for a simple medium acrylic french tip set. we went early and they started on my set first. the atmosphere was fine, it was just a bunch of older hispanic women doing nails and laughing which gave a good vibe so i was excited. when i was sat down i was greeted by the nail tech (who i never got the name of) and she asked what i was doing for the set. she first took a while to get settled in which i didn't mind. by the time she started my friend was still waiting to be sat down. during my appointment i was cut to the point where i was bleeding on multiple fingers and any product that was put on burned my cuts. the nail tech burned me with the e-file and constantly yanked on my hands. every time she hurt me she looked like she knew i wasn't happy. she was even looking away when filing my nails which led to more pain. my friend who was sat down after me with a more complicated design finished before me and ended up getting cut and burned as well. the nails are cute, but the pain wasn't. read more

Went in because I broke a nail, but figured I would get a design in addition to my manicure and repair. Got a basic gel color and showed a design for a silly looking cartoon bear, and they are so cute! The manicure itself is really nice and well done. Will definitely come back with some more fun designs. read more

This is a really fantastic new nail salon in the Amity area--and there are definitely plenty to choose from to begin with. A big plus that they take appointments online, which makes things a little more convenient for night owls like me. The facility is very bright and clean. I had a great gel pedicure here from Marlen, who was very attentive, detailed and just so nice to talk with (and in saying this as someone who's usually on the quieter side). It had been awhile since I'd gotten my nails done between a pandemic and a baby, but I left feeling I could look at my feet again. Thank you, Marlen. I will definitely be coming back! read more

First time was great but the next 3 times I went I made an appointment, one time they texted me 10 minutes prior to push me back an hour because the tech it turns out took a friend of hers instead..poor business right there to start with as i had to make that appointment weeks in advance to fit into a hectic work schedule but I never complained to them and just let it slide. The times after I would make the appointment with the same girl and I always ended up starting with different people after waiting for ages in their waiting area and sometimes I was starting with someone else, going to the girl I booked with, and then being passed again to someone else. My last straw was for my graduation nails that didn't even last two days before the gel polish was popping off 3 nails and the others looked horrible. They need to learn how to schedule properly and for the same manicure with no design, I was charged a different price each time and I always used the same brand of polish. I would not recommend as they are currently operating and there is a lot of improvement to be made on their part from a customer service standpoint. read more
