Terrible! Will never ever ever go back here!!! The lady that did my gel nail manicure was in such a rush and didn't even cut my cuticles like a normal manicure and when she was finished with the gel polish I told her it looked bad, sloppy and I didn't like it at all. She got a huge terrible attitude with me not offering anything. WILL NOT EVER RETURN HERE! My toe nails turned out decent I guess but not in love with that outcome either. read more

For my husbands birthday, wanted to take him for something different. Any pedicure I've ever had has filed calluses. I picked out the deluxe $40 package. Pedicure and leg massage was nice. Nothing spectacular. Husband still has calluses on his big toes. And we had a nice time at the salon. Was in and out in under 30 min. read more

I've been here a few times, the last time I went my nails looked horrible!! I asked for the gel polish, the lady was in such a rush I had to remind her that she missed a few nails on the second coat of polish. When she put my hand into the gel dryer my skin was burning, I made her aware and she said it's normal. I've never had my skin burn like that!! Later after I left I realized she put the polish on my skin causing it to burn that way! I'll NEVER return! read more

I came here for the first time a while back and was pleased with my end result. I loved the shape and color and how they came out so I decided to give it a second try. The second time I had a different nail lady and did not like the end results. My nails turned brown just after a day & she didn't do a very good job painting them. Will not be returning. I visited this place in May of 2015. This place is fantastic. Family run and very kind. I normally get a pedicure 3x a year for calluses. I was greeted kindly and didn't wait at all. The woman who helped me spoke great english. Conversation was effortless and sufficient. I was impressed as she explained she taught herself English. I'm pretty she she was the owner of the business. She shared her favorite places to go for Vietnamese food in Atlanta. She was kind and made sure she wasn't scrubbing/exfoliating too much. I was very pleased with my visit and haven't had nearly a good experience since. Would go back in a heartbeat. read more

I love this place. I know being a guy that getting manicures and pedicures are still kind of weird, but I can't see well and am not that flexible so when I do my own pedicures I really mostly bleed, lol. I find the lady's at M nails do a great job, they are very attentive and my nails look great! I will be seeing them in a regular basis! read more

I took my wife for a manicure and pedicure on 7/14/2018. Our first impression was very good. The shop was very clean and appeared to be sufficiently staffed. We were greeted at the door by a staff member, had a very short wait and then she was carefully seated at one of the stations. After that, she was treated like Royalty. Her attendants were very attentive and efficient. Nails (hands and feet) were done beautifully. Price was quite reasonable. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Fourth nail salon I stopped by on a Sun (a last minute walk in idea). All the others in the area that I stopped by had long waits. Needed SNS nails & a pedicure. No wait at M Nails, friendly staff, clean salon so I sat down. I got talked out of the $23 regular pedicure into the $40 top of the line. Nice but, other than hot stones, it wasn't an upgrade from any other salons basic pedicure. Nothing special. Short leg massage, short hot towel wrap, toe calluses that were pointed out, not worked on. Very disappointed in spending $40 for no upgrade. SNS nails were awesome and well done but again, service was basic. Every other salon has massaged lotion to your hands and arms. Often even do a neck massage. Since no one else was in the salon & it was quiet I asked if they would put the news on the TV. The TV didn't work. Expecting a relaxing, well taken care of time for $100 (including tip) and I don't feel I got my money's worth. With no other clients and $100, I should have felt like a princess. read more

The people were not friendly. I paid $85 for a gel mani and regular pedi. Before 5 days were up my gel polish was coming off. I've never had this issue at any other salon and I get gel nails every couple of weeks read more
