The decor is soooo cute but more importantly it is super clean! They offer hair laser removal, massages, facials and a bunch of skincare treatments which makes this place so convenient for all needs! I've been getting laser hair removal from them and I started seeing results from my first visit. Andrea is absolutely the best! She's super nice and professional and very throughout with her process. They always looks so so good and she's SO sweet through the process. The lashing room is super cozy and the music is always a plus, I usually nap through my appointments . The quality is so so worth the price (which still isn't even that much in comparison to other places!) and Kayleigh makes you feel like family from the second you enter to the second you leave. I asked if I was at the right place, because I was a little confused about the two different names and they told me that I was in the correct place, to take a seat and the lash tech would be with me. After wait for 30 min exactly and the lash tech never coming out the room to show her face I left. About twenty minutes later she texted me with some excuse about she had my appointments mixed up. Mind you I had two appointments booked with this lash tech, one for myself today to do a a hybrid set of lashes and I wanted to surprise my friend with a classic set on Monday. First of all, IF I would have a paying customer to wait 30 minutes later, I sure would not TEXT them with an excuse. The least I felt I deserved was a phone call. Good communication and professional goes a long way in 2024 especially considering how much a customer pay for a set of lash extensions in 2024. Everyone is so nice! I love that I can get my nails done while getting a pedicure. All of the techs do a great job! Most places you can't. You don't need an appointment. Lang always have enough staff present so you hardly have to wait when you are a walk-in. Lang also shows his appreciation to his customers at different holidays. This is a very chill place where kids are not running around like a lot of salons.
