Staycations are a nice way to relax and unwind without having to travel far from home. With a myriad of resorts and hotels in Las Vegas one's options are limitless. I decided to stay a couple days at the M Resort Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and now has a second tower, which sits along side the other. My room was large, overlooked the pool and had a view of the hotels on the strip. The spacious gaming floor has numerous slot machines, which are strategically placed throughout allowing for a smooth walkable flow. The fitness center has numerous workout equipment and offers towels and bottled water to guests. The hotel does offer a gym membership to Non-guests for a monthly fee. Anthony's restaurant located on the second level has a classy yet elegant vibe. I ordered the chilean Seabass with creamed spinach. The fish was excellent. However, the spinach did lack flavor. My server Alex did a great job and was very attentive throughout my entire meal. Great spot for a staycation.

Sunday brunch $100 a person. Located in Anthony's steak house on Sundays only. I personally feel that it's overpriced and over rated. Small buffet if you are going for the lobster then it's worth the price. If you're not going to eat lobster then it's not the buffet for you. Palms or Cesar's palace is more worth the price of the buffet. Drink not included.

Spent four nights at this Resort and loved almost everything about it. Favorite thing by far was the most amazing room service we've ever experienced anywhere. Every time! I have never wanted to hang out in my room so much LOL. Room service food and service were just outstanding and super friendly!!! Loved our 2nd floor room in the new tower. Very convenient. Shower awesome, bed comfortable, refrigerator came in very handy. Clean. Super nice. Loved that the toilet was in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. Also loved the Casino, and I haven't said that in a long time anywhere! Note: I didn't do the machines, just Blackjack, but it was the most enjoyable Blackjack I've experienced in so long. Zero pressure to get a card. Didn't see any mean pit bosses. Dealers were patient. I had never played Free Bet Blackjack before and ended up really liking it. Was surprised that I was the only non-local playing each time. I've never run into that before in a casino. Pool: looked nice, but I only looked and didn't hang out. Gym: looked super nice, but again only looked and didn't hang out (hangs head in shame). Restaurants: Choices choices! But darn that room service is hard to top. Dislikes: Really only two. One is smoke in the Casino! Please someone ban this everywhere. Two is the reservation system here. Oh my goodness, what I went through trying to add a Monday night to our Friday through Sunday reservation. Could actually not just add it after talking to someone for I don't know how long on the phone. Finally just created a new reservation for the Monday, then had to sit through quite the process when we arrived to get the Monday added to our other reservation so we could stay in the room and get the Monday rate that was advertised. Phew! Thankfully the kind gal in the VIP lounge was able to make this happen for us, but wtf? why does it have to be so complicated???

I'm really liking this casino the more I go lately. It's always busy when I'm in there. Floor is clean & there are a lot of different slot machines on the floor. Things they could improve on some things..... they need more cashiers as the line has been a little bit of a wait. They need more cocktail waitresses on the floor & for the tables. My friend had a comped room a couple of weeks ago & I had gone to his room with him & it seemed a little worn out. I stayed there twice in the past. Once when they first opened up & then many years ago when my work Christmas party was held here. They could "freshen" up the rooms. Loosen up their slot machines cause man they're tight here! lol It's not too smokey in here. I like that their cafe is o24/7. Bathrooms have always been pretty neat & clean. The Raiders restaurant has very good food & their salads are huge! The hotel lobby is very pretty actually the casino decor is very nice. I want to come hang out @ their pool this Sumner! I'll be back!!!

I successfully stayed at the M Resort in Henderson, NV [12300 Las Vegas Blvd S] from Sunday, March 22 through Tuesday, March 24, 2026. I was given a room on the 11th floor, which provided a gorgeous aerial view of the Henderson. Below are all of the positive highlights from staying at this hotel: * About 10-15 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip * Complimentary valet services for hotel guests * Great casino floor with slots and table games for entertainment * Handful of restaurants, a dessert/coffee shop, and a convenience store * Decorated beautifully with amazing decor * Friendly staff members * Great amenities (TV in room & bathroom, fridge, bathtub, etc.) * Spacious room and comfortable bed * Affordable hotel room rate Overall, I have no complaints about this property. The entire experience was beyond amazing from the beginning to the end. I will be returning to stay at the M Resort again in the future.

Comfortable stay. 20 min away from the strip. Free self parking. Bed and sheets were so comfortable. My room had 2 sinks, 2 queen beds, bathtub and shower. Room was very clean. There is a mini refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There were 2 mini water bottles too. Even the bathroom has its own mini television built into the mirror. I really like that the toilet has its own door so in case you need some privacy.

Being a PennPlay card holder has its advantages. I needed a 1 night stay before my timeshare was ready and was able to get a comped night at the M. I've been to the M to gamble and eat in the past but never stayed here. The rooms are beautiful and the Strip view is fabulous. Well appointed and spacious with a room darkening shade and blackout curtains help make sure you get a good night sleep. The bathroom is huge with a large soaking tub and separate stand-up shower. I liked the fact that there was a Keurig in the room and also four bottled waters. Nice little touches like that really help. The M has several fine dining restaurants from Marinelli's (Italian) to their signature steakhouse Anthony's. They also have several casual dining options like the Raiders Tavern and a coffee and dessert place called Babycakes. I tried the oxtail soup at Vic's Deli. It was different but good. The gaming floor is well spread out and has all the new slot machines as well as the older classics. There's also a large table gaming area. With several bars located throughout you won't have to search far to find a drink. Best of all parking is free and convenient.

Did I mention the M Resort is one of my favorite local hotels??? Clean air, very beautiful hotel, sophisticated, exclusive. There are plenty of parking lots to the hotel & casino. It seems everything is right there!!! This is my second time attending Sunday brunch at Anthony's Prime Steakhouse here, and I had to write an update because it was just as amazing as the first time. Seafood - 15/10: The seafood is incredibly fresh. We're talking shrimp, snow crab, stone crab, and lobster tail that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Meat Selection - 10/10: This time I tried the prime rib, pork loin, lamb chops, and Beef Wellington. Everything was tender, soft, and perfectly seasoned with beautiful presentation. The flavors were spot-on. Sides - 10/10: The potato scallops au gratin are dangerously delicious. They're incredibly rich and tasty - so good they're actually scary! These alone are worth the visit. I didn't even make it to the salad bar or omelet station because there's just so much variety to choose from. The selection is massive. Desserts - Perfectly Curated: The dessert menu might not be huge, but the variety is excellent and the portions are just right - not too big, not too small. I tried several (skipping things like cheesecake and mousse that aren't my style), and my absolute favorite was the pineapple upside-down cake. The texture and flavor are perfect, not too sweet, just absolutely delicious. I also tried the key lime pie, which I normally love, but it couldn't compete with that pineapple upside-down cake. Service - 100/10: The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone is clearly working hard to make sure guests have an amazing experience. Important Note: There's currently a 4-month waitlist for reservations! Book now - it's better to make a reservation and cancel if needed than to miss out entirely. 100% recommended!

This a review of our room in the West Tower at M Resort. Get Las Vegas Strip feel without being on the Strip. Forget the hustle and crowds. Our stay at the M was restful, relaxing and truly enjoyable. The room is clean, has a contemporary decor and a great view with floor to ceiling windows. The front desk staff is very accommodating. We arrived early and mentioned a family member was checking in later that night. Would it be possible to have them nearby us, at least on the same floor? He made a note on the computer with that request. Hours later when the family member checked in, they were given two rooms away from us! Wonderful staff.

This review is for Patio, the outdoor dining concept by the pool. After a long pool day, we were walking out and noticed the grill with chefs cooking up some amazing looking bbq. We decided to eat there. The venue is family friendly and there was a DJ on the night we dined. There is also a bar that overlooks the pool. They have a cart of games to play at the table as well as Jenna and Connect Four on the lawn. The pear martini I ordered was refreshing and strong. We ordered a little bit of everything, the grilled chicken, brisket, steak skewers, shrimp skewers, and a side of baked beans. All of the food was delicious and the portions were a great value for the price. Donna was our server and she provided amazing hospitality and even played Jenga with my son on the lawn in her down time. He loved playing with her. Patio rotates out their menu for the seasons so for October they are featuring an Oktoberfest menu. They are also showing movies on Fridays which looks like a fun event. We will definitely return to try more of their featured menus!

Review on Patio Only: Went to a watch party and I wish I could say I was impressed or that the ads/marketing matched reality...but sadly...no. The big screen is across from the bar and pool, no pool area access at night to be closer to the big screen. One of the fire pits wasn't working. Only 3 gas patio heaters and those were positioned at 2 tables...must have been a first come first served with those. No games out and available as mentioned. The hot toddy water is coming from a plastic carafe...no cinnamon sticks, no lemon juice or honey...and of course the water was cold! Even the 2nd time around it was just warm! We basically had whatever liquor they used and water. Disappointing. One bar tender for a VGK watch party and one waiter. The waiter was friendly but it was a lot for him. The BOGO half off is nice. The food having its own kitchen dedicated to it was nice too, but getting an order in was a struggle with limited staff on hand for the amount of people.

M resort never failed me in terms of customer service, promotions, and cleanliness of the rooms and building. Sometimes I come here to unwind and chill because they have baby cakes 24 hours and Vig deli for food. Pennplay rewards are a must if you visit this hotel. Once you have a rewards card, points, and freebies it's rocking. If you checking to M resort you can able to use the spa for the whole day for the lowest price.

Stayed here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Top notch resort, great restaurants, great service, nice rooms and spa! Vic, the concierge is really on top of things to help you with your stay in Vegas!!! The spa staff is excellent -Lisa was great and very helpful. We spent a lot of time in the spa, pedicures, massages, etc. Very peaceful and restful. Will definitely stay here again. read more

My friend and I stayed at the M for 2 nights. We had a nice view of the strip in the distance. We never even closed the drapes at night time. All I can say is I have never been anywhere where all of the staff was so wonderful, polite and friendly. Just as we were raving over one employee, another would impress us. A cocktail waitress even tracked me down because she forgot the lime in my drink. The waiter and waitress we had at Burgers and Brews for 2 different meals were wonderful. The food was excellent and not as expensive as one might think in a place this fancy. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool because my friend recently had surgery and besides it was 112 degrees. If you weren't in the shade, you'd fry. I'm definitely looking forward to another stay here. read more

Totally love this local resort. VERY CLASSY and they have windows!! Amazing views of the strip at night. It's super spacious, you can get your own non-alcoholic drinks at their beverage stations, and their bakery has such a selection of gelato!! Their lobby is beautifully done with draped textiles as ceiling covers and wall shelves lined with beautiful lily flowers! So beautiful. Would love to stay here rather than the strip! Red Cup Cafe is awesome too! I'm pretty sure all the restaurants and lounges have windows! That's why this place stands out!!! read more

Just going to rate the buffet. In a word: Excellent! Best buffet in town in my opinion. Do I dare say better than the Bellagio... YES! However, be warned on weekends, and seafood nights the line can be very long. Lots of hungry people. I have yet to have a bad meal there. read more

My boyfriend and I went out to Vegas last April when the M first opened and loved the hotel!! The rooms are gorgeous they look just like the pictures ( I hate when you are looking at hotels online and then go and they don't look anything like the pics :(. Definitely not the case here. The only negative experience that I had with them was that they did not inform us when we checked in that the pools were still not ready. Kind of annoying especially when your out in Vegas. But other than that I highly recommend the M Resort to anyone. Although it isn't right on the strip it isn't that far I thought that it was the perfect location :) read more

Terrific buffet. Food is fresh and tasty. Crab legs are so very good! Desserts could be better. However their cappucinos are yummy. The staff is terrific! But the wait time in line on the weekend can be hours long :-( read more

Not my favorite locals casino. The sickly sweet smell walking in the door left my clothes reeking of the air freshener long after I left the building. Chairs at all the slots were not height adjustable and I felt like I was sliding off them. Couldn't sit for longer than a couple minutes without a backache. Ridiculous wait times for the buffet which is overpriced & noisy. Tables are small & jammed together. Not a place to come for leisurely dining. Desserts were the best part of it. Decor is eye pleasing, modern & more expensive looking than some of the older casinos around town. read more

Nice clean Casino. Race and Sports book are nice. Terrible service for drinks there though.No one came in a hours time.Went to happy hour at the Oyster Bar. Service was good but way overpriced for what you get. Ordered a shrimp cocktail and a salad, Shrimp presentation was nice but only three shrimp. Salad was ok. read more

Came here because I got a room comped. I will go back...even if I have to pay. Very luxurious rooms, great Italian restaurant and a to die for buffet. When you ask directions, a staff member doesn't just tell you where it is...they actually walk you there even if they have to go out of their way to do it. It's off the strip but because of that it's extremely quiet and relaxing. Great place to get away. read more

I booked my reservation in January 2013 for May 2013. I was happy to get the 30% off California rate and told the res agent that my boyfriend was turning 40, so the discount was a early birthday gift. Four months later, at check-in they surprisingly gave us free upgrade to the basic Suite (Which is absolutely beautiful) Especially the views of the strip and the mountains I spent time at Spa Mio, OMG! Heaven! Worth the extra $15...Oh the fitness club entrance was free. The pool(s) are breath taking! The restaurants (Hash House a go-go!) are worth every penny! If I had a complaint, it would be the in room refreshment bar. Even if you touch an item on the bar, its automatically charged to your room. Totally unnecessary! But they took the charges off, no problem! Anyway, I plan on returning sometime in August to celebrate my aunts last Chemo radiation treatment. I hope its the same M resort as the one I just experienced! read more

While this hotel is a bit south of the Strip, I was VERY impressed with everything I encountered at the facility. Conference rooms, restaurant, and pool area are 1st class. I look forward to going back in the near future. read more

Beautiful facility, mostly pleasant staff. Not the usual Las Vegas bad attitudes found here. Check-in person Cynthia cordial and helpful. Outstanding spa with two superb masseuses, Andrea and Jill. More convenient and user-friendly than nearby Green Valley casino's spa. Our room (with great north-facing "city view") was outstanding, with some minor flaws: (1) The sitting chairs and their ottomans should be facing the window, as that's how most guests are likely to sit. The chairs are heavy, so not easy to turn around. (2) The room has a nice work space, complete with easily-accessible electrical outlets. But the desk chair was a poor choice of furniture, as it is about as narrow as an airplane seat with uncomfortable, unnecessary arm rests. (3) A serious but easily fixable room-design defect is that there are no readily-accessible electrical outlets near the nightstands. This could easily be solved with lamps containing outlets in their bases. When management replaces the lamps, I hope they make better choices. Eating choices are poor. Surprisingly, this place does not have a 24-hour coffee shop. At one time, it had a terrible local concessionaire, "Hash House a Go Go," which left -- its departure was a good thing, but it was not replaced by anything suitable. Some of the blackjack dealers are confused about what "cutting off half a deck" on double deck games means. Some with poor English skills interpret it to mean "cut off a whole deck from the two decks." The casino loses many hands per hour due to this inefficiency. Proper training and supervision would solve the problem. Overall, a good place for a quick, pleasant stay. read more

went to the buffet there are a lot of choices if your a buffet eater this is the place. . however getting drinks in the casino is another story. we were in the high limit area and my brother ordered a drink and it never came so as we were walking out we were looking around for the cocktail waitress and there were 2 casino bosses standing right there and my brother said well I guess i'm not getting a drink they never said a thing. that's pretty bad when your coming out of the high limit gambling area . Arrived at the M casino on the 8th. Great hospitality when you arrive to the valet. As soon as you walk in, you get a nice fresh variety of a floral scent. You hardly smell the smoke when you walk in. When comes to the crowd it's very quiet. Why is it quiet? Because this posh hotel is 15 minutes away from the strip. That's right no people asking me to join a stupid time share meeting. No one asking me for money. And no drunks!!!! Now back to the hotel. The wifi had the best signal I've ever seen. And it's free of course. The rooms are very beautiful. The entire hotel is environmentally green. You have to use your key card to use the power. Then when you leave your room everything shuts off. Extra star for trying to conserve energy. So overall this place is beautiful beyond compare. I would suggest staying here to avoid all the annoying people!!! read more

This place is amazing. The rooms are wonderful, but what really makes it fantastic is the staff. Every single interaction I had was painless & excellent. Absolutely fabulous. I hope they pay their staff really well! The absolute only little thing I noticed that could be improved was that there were no bedside electrical outlets in my room. It wasn't a huge issue - my laptop cord stretched across to the desk - but I couldn't charge my phone bedside and the laptop cord did stretch across a walkway and get in the way. But really, that's a minor quibble in a fabulous stay. I had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend the M to anybody. (I was a conference-goer, by the way, so I can't really speak to the gambling. It seemed pretty standard from what I saw.) read more

Video poker is really low return. Not fun. The other slots are horrible, even with the points game figured in. Casino recently doubled the price of my favorite Vig Deli Chicago Dog. Also increased the take on debit withdrawals Guess they have written off the locals in the mistaken belief they are a strip casino. I've been going there for years, but no more. The people running it are no longer local. Food is still good, but more expensive and beginning to go downhill. read more

The buffet is great, classy, and you can't beat the unlimited beer/wine. However, the players card staff were very disrespectful and condescending. When I signed up for a card myself the staff was friendly enough. But when my African American husband joined me from parking the car and wished to sign up himself the attitudes set in. I'm not sure why but I'm sure management can use their imaginations. We asked three separate times where we could use our beginners points and slot play and were told any machine that is not progressive and has no minimum or maximum bets. We were never told which machines fit that criteria and we never found one. We left with friendly dispositions and forfeited our points to drive as fast as we could back to the Strip and spend our money at establishments who hire friendlier staff. read more

After my stay at the M Resort last week I don't know that I will stay on the strip again. Went their for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Two pools were both great and it was nice to have a place to hang with the family and then go to the adult pool to get away from the kids. Ate at the Vig and the little coffee shop and both were reasonably priced with extended hours which was much appreciated. Night club was fun as well and the casino offered everything i needed although I am not much of a gambler.. Entire hotel and rooms are modern, clean and don't smell of smoke. Two suggestions: Ad the little usb chargers for phone. Rooms are to modern and nice not to have. It would also be nice if there were more shuttle's to strip. Schedule to airport was great and on time read more

I was so excited to stay at M Resort for the last few nights of our Las Vegas trip- ready to get away from the craziness of the strip. The place is stunning.... And that's about where my compliments stop. The people working for tips were fine, but we received no exceptional service from anyone in the entire resort. Almost every interaction with staff members who aren't looking for tips was terrible. They were extremely unaccommodating and sometimes just rude. I will never be back to M Resort. When I'm paying for hospitality, that's what I expect and this place certainly did not deliver. read more

What a great stay we had! Love the live flowers in the spacious lobby. Our front desk clerk, Lvette, was so helpful with all the details of the hotel! Bellman was very fast getting our bags to our beautiful room. Breathe taking view with a huge bathtub was a bonus! After being in the room about 15 minutes a gentlemen from in room dining arrived with a chocolate cup cake and a birthday card for me WOW what a surprise and made me feel like a VIP! Best stay in VEGAS The M Remember to ask for the Cali discount : ) read more

My only concern is that they need a better and more simple dessert section for the kids..The kids like normal ones such as donuts, cake and chocolate chip cookies. We arrived at the M late Wednesday on March 16th and were greeted by Ivette at the front desk. The guest service that we received from her was FANTASTIC ! She was extremely accommodating and pleasant despite my being indecisive. We were unsure about the type of room to get and she offered to show us photos which helped tremendously. We decided on a classic suite and were more then pleased with the room. We had no idea of the amenities that were waiting for us. Additional hotel staff was accommodating and courteous as well. We will continue to stay at the M and recommend it to our friends !! read more

Pretty hotel, poor staff. I was in a very good mood when I sat down at one of the black jack tables when the woman who seemed to be the manager approached me, telling me that I can't "drink or eat" at the table, which was totally understandable. But she said it in a such stern face and unfriendly tone that I felt as if I had committed a crime. I threw my ice cream right away when she TOLD me to do it. What the hell. I stay at this hotel all the time whenever I visit Vegas despite the distance from the strip because I like the hotel rooms here, but after experiencing such crappy and unwelcoming service, I will not be returning. read more

MISINFORMATION......I'm a local here in las Vegas never been here ...call up about the prices for the pool ..lady on phone say locals are free..(I'm thinking great with kids and all )...she like yes ....so head there on Tuesday no issue ...order drinks and food bill comes to 300 bucks ...no big deal ....I had a blast but most importantly the kids had great time .following week go there on Wednesday 2pm ..towle ladys 40bucks please ..I'm like wait a min I thought locals are free she said no anytime before 12 are free and Tuesday s all day are free ...and I am like ok some misunderstand the 1st .time ....so whatever I went in there and still spend like 260 everyone had good time ...came back today Saturday walk inn....and .lady like its gonna be 10$ for adults... and before I let her finish I cut her off and said ..wait min i thought locals are free before 12 and free all day on Tuesdays....and she was like ....yes sir but weekends we charge for locals and weekdays we don't ..I went on to explain to her what the previous employees had said ....and i didn't understand that ...everytime I came here there was a different story....I didn't mind paying but by this time it got so frustrating I did not want to go in ...felt like I was being taking advantage of like hidden charges ...its maybe my fault for not looking up on their website for hours and pricing ..but I thought I went to the next best thing and ask there employees who work there ...I got answers but only part of it with 3 different employees on 3 different times ..shame on you M resort ...not Properly training ur employees read more

My parents live in the area and wanted to take us to the buffet and use some of the points they had accumulated. They were told that their points had expired as they hadn't been there in 6 months. Wow, so glad this is not true of other casinos we frequent. Done with the M! read more

It pains me to give nothing more than a 3 star review since I stay her often. However, I got soooooooooo sick on my 3rd morning of my recent stay 9/25-9/28 that I actually had to notify the health department in Las Vegas because I believe I got Salmonella poisoning from Either Anthony's steak house or Room service. On 9/26 8:30 am I ate Egg Benedict which I ordered from room service. The Hollandaise sauce was in a separate container to pour order the pouched egg. I ate one muffin, egg & ham covered in the hollandaise sauce and my husband ate the other without the hollandaise sauce. That same night I went to Anthony's steak house with a large group of people- 50 maybe. I ate an RAW oyster, cooked shrimp, lobster and cooked King crab. So did my husband. The next morning at 8:30am, approximately 24 hours since the eggs Benedict and 12 hours from the Raw oyster, I began to vomit and have uncontrolled diarrhea. this did not stop until 8 pm that night. We checked out the next morning and I left 5 pounds lighter and Thankful I could make the 4 hour drive home. What an ordeal! 3 stars for the black out curtains that saved me for a massive headache from the dehydration. read more

We stayed at the Trump Hotel--(NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE!!!) We heard about the new M Resort and the chatter said it has a FABULOUS buffet! Couldn't miss a thing like that so we drove down Las Vegas Blvd a few miles and there it was--new and spectacular! The buffet lived up to all its praise. It's the most thoroughly spectacular buffet in Vegas now. It has everything imaginable, with prime rib, great fried jumbo shrimp, big crab claws with real butter. And they have the best desserts of any hotel I think--real creme brulee that's actually been 'fired' and is crunchy with fresh berries and creme fraiche. Yummmmyyy! I'd like to live in that hotel! The really good thing is they don't pump in all that fragrance like the Venetian does to cover up the smoke--that stuff makes it twice as bad. Don't miss out on the M...I'm going to stay there next time. NEVER the TRUMP again. OMG you've no idea how bad a hotel can be! read more

Visited the M Resort on August 21, 2011. It is a brand new Casino with a very good buffet. Food was very good, lots of selections, but it was not worth the $29.00+ we paid because of the two hour wait. No buffet except the Valley View Buffet near San Diego is worth that much of a wait. Casino is losing valuable gamblers for nearly two hours and they should rethink the line problem to insure minimum wait and maximum gambling time. The M Resort had the most drop dead beautiful bartenders and cocktail waitresses in the WHOLE WORLD. You should order a drink just to be in the presence of these individuals. Blackjack was dealt from a shoe and the machines were very tights. I guess they have to make up the initial investment and start paying off their huge mortgage. read more

It was a really nice place, very modern and clean. It was my first time eating there this weekend. While waiting in line I really didn't know what to expect. Once we were led to our table it all exceeded my expectations. There was a huge variety of food and cuisines and it was all delicious. I really enjoyed the sweet potato mash topped with marshmallows. One of the hidden gems in Vegas, I guess because it is not quite Vegas, but worth the ten minute drive. If you are driving from LA and extra bonus, it is closer for you and you don't have to deal with the strip. Other than the Wynn/Encore this is the most beautiful casino in Vegas. The view from the rooms is amazing and other than Top of the World, Veloce has the best view of any restaurant. The waitresses are not only the best in the city, but they are all stunning. Great food, great bartenders and staff, just a pleasure to stay here. read more

Ok....I am a picky customer....Not a difficult one, just picky! And from this point on, I will not be staying on the Strip again (unless it's Comp and at the Palazzo or Venetian). After the initial 20+ experiences of doing the Strip, it's no secret that it's crowded, dirty and for me, way too much on the senses!....Some of you may be able to relate to this??....The novelty just isn't there anymore! After 4 nights at The M, I'm officially a convert and it's changed the whole way I'll vacation in Vegas.! Rented a car for the whole 4 days... the M was an easy 10 minutes from the airport, near the 15 Fwy and on Las Vegas Blvd, so it was easy to get anywhere. Used the Valet (and they were quick and very affable...even give you bottles of water before you get in your car), which turns out to be about $5 bucks a day..totally worth it! From the Valets to the Front Desk to the Dealers to the Waitresses and just the whole staff....service was very friendly and very good. I don't understand the other reviewers negatives on this? Compared to the Strip hotels (where there's attitude), it's night and day! Rooms were great....Big, comfy, and well-appointed (could've used a Coffee Maker and a Full-Sized Ironing Board). Bed was comfy too and Bathrooms were great! We had a Strip/Pool View on the 7th floor.......fantastic! Pool is great, and uncrowded. Wine bar is great, Marinelli's was a tad pricey but very good (best bread I've ever had), Buffet great...etc, etc! The whole vibe was relaxing, unhurried, uncrowded and very nice... unlike the Strip. Free of the tackiness of the Strip! Great, wide-open Casino floor, Poker room, and Cocktail waitresses (think fake boobs could be an employment requirement, but no complaints?...lol). The good thing was that with the Rental car, was able to go to the Strip one night, park at the Venetian (ate at the Grand Luxe) and then was able to leave, when we were ready....It was so easy. Then with the car, we went to the Red Rock (which was also great), shopped over there, went and saw Green Valley Ranch, Town Square and other parts of Vegas you'd never see by being locked in to the Strip. Can go on and on, but think you get the picture? Rent a car (they're cheap in Vegas), stay at the M and you're free to do whatever you want, when you want and then come back to the very comfortable enviorns of the M....You'll thank me later! read more

I had a horrible first experience at this Las Vegas attraction. I must warn you before hand. The stupidity of upper and lower management to properly address my unique situation shows the downfall of not only this city for which I grew up in but America itself! My situation was this. I am a mentally disabled American who currently doesn't receive disability benefits but functions for the most part with severe psychosis from my schizophrenia. I explained my situation that I had travelled barefoot from my home in Las Vegas to nearly Primm Nevada AND back! Anyways I had lost all my forms of identification and I literally stumbled into the casino after having walked over 50 miles on foot! I was finally back home in Vegas. I needed food and water. So long story short. I went to the cashier and explained my situation that I was a Las Vegas local and my parents come here all the time especially my mother to place bets and gamble on her off days. I told them I needed a little bit of help getting these supplies I could even come back once I settle in to pay them back! The front line employees weren't buying it! They called security. Ok no worries. So security makes it way to the front and that's when I decided to be even more transparent! Hey yeah I am a diagnosed schizophrenic and I recently had an episode that caused me to stumble out out my house and walk on foot to nearly Primm Nevada all the way from Henderson. Upon making it back home I ran into the M Resort which again I was familiar with because my parents spend money here all the time. Long story short security said if I ever show my face around here again I'd be arrested on a misdemeanor charge. The guy was rude as **** too, and didn't care about my unique situation or my condition! What's wrong with this country! I should report them to the ADA. read more

Cool... so this just happened. So I am visiting my mother who lives in Vegas. We always go to to M casino and spent a lot of money here in the past. My mom had the idea of signing up for a marquee card or whatever as this is our casino of choice when we visit her. Upon inquiry, the woman helping me noticed a chip missing from the corner of my driver's license/ID (which in my defense, after it happened, the CA DMV advised I kept my current card as it expires in several months so as to save on the reissue fee which is like eighty-some odd dollars and they ASSURED me that nobody should give me any grief on the superficial damage as it doesn't impair any ability to read any info or anything on my license.) I travel by air with my driver's license, I drive, I go out and I never EVER have an issue. Long story short the woman didn't want to take it without getting approval with her manager which I totally understand. After she came back she told me that her manager was rejecting my application because of the piece of plastic missing from my driver's license. Hmmmmm... ok. I asked to speak with the manager as- it would be completely understandable if I was buying a piece of jewelry or something to be skeptical about accepting a damaged ID- but I was trying to sign up for a card... She told me her manager (name is HOLLY) was too busy to come explain to my face why I was getting rejected. I asked for her card, which I was denied on this request too. I don't understand the level of disrespect and bad customer service. I will not be coming back which is CRAZY STUPID because my entire family spends so much time and money there as my mom lives a mile away. Very very disappointed. Thanks, Holly!! I'm a local. I've visited virtually every casino in Las Vegas and spend considerable $$ both in the casinos and fine restaurants throughout the Vegas area. I live on the north end of the strip (Turnberry Pace) and was invited south to join friends at the M casino to watch a Packers game at the sports book. Sitting at the bar just adjacent to the sports book, we ordered pizza. 2 times it came out completely wrong. After more than hour, the third pizza cam out completely raw. No apologies. After the second wrong serving, the manager should have been over explaining why our order had been mishandled and offering a comp of the entire meal. No manager. We finally decided to leave, mid-game, we were so disappointed. No comp appeared on the bill. Moved over to another bar in the area. Took 15 minutes to even get the attention of a waitress. By then, the game was over and we left. I have never seen such poor service at a casino. I receive far better service at the worst of the local dive bars. Obviously, these folks have way too much business and locals are just not wanted. Maybe the tourists don't mind being treated this way, but locals know better. The manager of the M needs to be fired. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior by the staff. I can understand a single mishap, but multiple mishaps at one location and then a repeat at another location within the same casino indicates management that needs to be replaced. Don't underestimate the value of your local clientele. At least not at the southernmost point of the strip. You are NOT the Venetian. I will spread the word to everyone I know in my community. M hotel waitress on casino floor no good bad bad bad. This is a bad place to get drunk. I spent 5 hours here with maybe 3-4 beers. They hardly have no waitresses on the floor. One waitress covers one big area and Takes 30 to 40 minutes for a waitress to come around. Some waitress say cocktails most waitresses never open their mouths. How we supposed to know a server is around if they don't open their freaken mouths. When I go M hotel I played tables, play across Vig Deli and slots across bar to watch football. A waitress with blonde man haircut hairstyle who serves that area from 4 or 5pm to midnight is a (perra)bitch. she's a mean asshole. I see she only served people she knows, ignore most customers. I've seen people say excuse me get us drinks she either turn around and say I have orders to take or she just kept walking ignoring them. I find her so annoying. She did the same to me. M should hire good waitresses, stop hiring call girls these people are ruining your casino reputation. At M hotel I see one person (waitress) covers one big area in the casino that's so cheap for that one big area should have 4 servers, you guys are so cheap. When you go Southpoint and Greenvalley they have servers everywhere and they're always quick in serving customers bcoz there are 100's of servers on the floor. You can get 8-10 cocktails in an hour at Southpoint or Greenvalley. This waitresses are putting your business down. M needs to replace this lady man waitress read more

So I've been to the M Hotel and Resort many many times (to gamble only...never as a guest) and I always felt something seemed off about the place and I finally figured it out last night. As the "OFFICIAL TEAM HQ HOTEL OF THE LAS VEGAS RAIDERS" it seems they have a bit of a Raiders identity crisis. Being from LA and then following the Raiders in Oakland and now in Nevada I realize the fans and the vibe are waaaaay different in Nevada. The vibe in Nevada is horrifically more honky tonk, backwood bumpkin-ish. I'm used to the LA super fan vibe, loud, metal and rap music, etc. The M seems to foster a more cowboy vibe. It's odd and I noticed it before. Perhaps that's what they want...to change the Raider image. For example, I would be VERY disappointed if I booked a stay during football season and expected to go back to the "official Team HQ hotel" to party, gamble & celebrate a win only to hear some tragic band literally playing honky tonk country music. This is what I witnessed last night. It was like being in the Twilight Zone. Some people were even singing along. LOL...strange AF. And yes I realize the "hotel" is not an "actual game" however that high energy game vibe is what people will expect after a win. Not a long haired, country-band plucking on a guitar. I hope the M has a plan for the diverse Raider fan base because what you have now can only be described as sad. I think the Raiders deserve better!!!! read more

I honestly love it here. I am a local and it is amazing having something like this so close to my home. We love coming to the pool. The atmosphere is always incredible and the pool is salt water which is a bonus. They do charge an entrance fee, but it is only $10 Monday-Friday so I cannot complain about that. I've been to pools on the strip and their entrance fee is over $20 if they allow locals which is rare. I love the chairs. Each one is a standard thick cushion instead of that cheap plastic strapy chairs you find in some places. The food and beverage is relatively inexpensive. What they charge for a drink is super cheap and it's roughly about the price of bar drinks which shocked me because I thought it would be regular hotel priced drinks. I don't see why people are complaining about the price of admission because honestly for what you get it is worth it. When we have been going the manager Leo has been nothing but amazing. He fully understands what customer service is and we keep coming back just for him. He definitely is a good employee. read more

Management here is careless, and doesn't care about YOU or your family. Southern Nevada health district and the enforcement division of the Nevada Gaming Board need to take a look and shut it all down. Masks? Nope. Employees don't care if you wear a mask around your ankle or your wrist. Security is occupied gossiping with each other, and the slot people just aimlessly walk around with no purpose. You want to drink? Go ahead. Sit at a machine all day, mask on your ankle, no worry. You want to smoke? Go ahead. Exhale those toxic fumes stuffed with coronavirus anywhere you want. Sit all day with mask on your wrist. This casino has no business staying open. If you don't value your health, then this is the casino for you. If you're locals, like us, you will be taking home a special gift from the M - - - coronavirus. Unbelievable how far downhill this place has sunk. read more

I am going to keep posting how bad the spa is until I get a call from management The jacuzzi jets had gravel , tile- mold- jacuzzi sprayers did not work, all 20 of them, the water wall was barely working , the water smelled like chlorine . The magazine were switched to tablets with. I wi-if . The shampoo left my hair smelling like dirty cigarettes. The massage oil made me itch for 6 hours . Last year I would I have this spa 100% in 12 months someone cheated out and ruined it and let it go to hell. I told the manager about the gravel , I got an I'm sorry and she will call maintenance. I have a jacuzzi at home it would need to be drained. For $200 two hour experience and Im still itching from the cheap oil. The bigest issue that I have is with some of their Security Officers. On several ocassions they make it point to hover over certain people and profile them. They even make it a point to let the customer know this with direct, targeted & consistent harassment. I have had it done to me recently and seen it done to other customers as well. Well....my sponsors were going to fork over up to $7K for our annual Christmas Party at the M this year. Lol!!! It's not going happen now. Not after how the Security Staff made it a point to harass me and follow me out the door with nasty stares while transmitting lies on their radios. Funny thing is the whole time we were there we just sat and talked. Oh!!! We don't plan on going back anytime soon either. Ciao!!!!!! Word travels fast in this town!!! read more

Recently visited the M this past week for a poolside show and was pleasantly reminded how nice this property is. The hotel is located just off the Las Vegas Strip, but it feels like a world away. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of my favorite things about M Resort is the pool area. The pool is huge and there are plenty of cabanas and daybeds to relax in. There's also a swim-up bar, so you can order drinks without having to get out of the water. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Las Vegas but off the strip, I highly recommend M Resort. It's a hidden gem that's sure to exceed your expectations. read more

Our stay at this hotel has always been great! This location is also near tons of restuarants along with various shopping areas. Our stay at this hotel is always peaceful and I appreciate THIS hard working team. The manager makes sure that he goes well beyond the customer's needs to make sure their stay feels like home. We went 03/05 and had a truly great vegas experience. It's a beautiful property with classic modern styling ala Frank Lloyd Wright in the casino and lower levels. Food was 1st class in the Studio Buffet (with free beer and wine) and the price was $8 for lunch!!! Slots were loose, lots of action on the floor and very friendly staff. The blackjack dealers and pit bosses called me by name the whole time I played. I was staying at the Wynn all week, and wish I had booked a few nights here instead. I did get a very early customer # by signing up for a rewards card online, so I'll stay there the 1st time they send me an offer. Thanks M for getting it right when everyone else in town seems to have forgotten what good service is. read more

First of all this review is only for the buffet and casino. The buffet is excellent. The only buffet that I have been to so far that had sushi that tasted fresh with excellent flavor and great texture. The crab legs are delicious as well as being huge. I sampled almost everything they had. The prime rib, I felt could have been cooked just a bit more. The fried chicken had a nice crispy skin with a moist and juicy meat. To top it all off, the wine, champaign, and cider came with my meal and was also all you can drink. Definitely had my fill of mimosas. The casino was well lit and well maintained. Will book next time to see how the rooms are and will post a comment later on. read more
