We stayed here recently for three nights and overall it was pretty good. I rate it 3.5 overall. I am sure had it been warmer and pool was open it might be a 4. Pros: - Hotel is modern and nice and away from busy strip - Rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious with luxe feel - Beds were super comfy - Hotel has bakery and restaurants on site - Free valet / free parking and service was friendly Cons: - Not walking distance to anywhere - They didn't provide housekeeping on one of the days, not sure why it was missed - Front desk staff was a hit / miss. We had one experience with a rude lady who wouldn't give us the time of day but everyone else we encountered was nice. - Pool was still closed during early March when we were there - Fitness centre closed too early (6pm) and we were out during the day so I never got to use it read more

My husband and I are Vegas first Timers and we wanted a more relaxed vacation. What we experienced during our stay here at The M Resort exceeded our expectations to say the least. The staff was amazing and had excellent customer service. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was AMAZING! We did dine out in Vegas one night but loved the resort food so much we had breakfast lunch and dinner here every other time! The pool was nice and quiet, the drinks out there were great! Everyone from the restaurant staff, to the casino staff, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly with all of our needs. My husband and I decided to extend our trip an extra day because we simply were not ready to leave, the front desk made it possible for us last minute! If you're hesitant about booking here, DONT BE! Affordable room pretty close to the freeway and the strip. Room was awesome!! This was very last minute for us. And so glad we booked a room here. The front desk staff was very nice. They provide complementary valet service when staying the night. (We didn't use their service because our car was packed full of stuff since we are just traveling through, but would have otherwise) We ended up parking in the west parking lot which is the lower level of the casino. Very convenient for those that are just staying the night. When getting inside the doors, follow the signs to the elevator and go to your floor. You don't even have to pass through the casino to get to your room. About the room - comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with its own door to the toilet. Very clean, quiet and view was amazing! I cannot review on the casino itself because we didn't gamble. But we did visit the bakery the morning of to get a coffee and pastry. Two ladies behind the counter. Both very nice and provided great service! Will stay here again when in the area! read more

Not only is this resort very classy, its also down to earth. Hotel has a lot of amenities. I was able to attend a Halloween costume party at their lounge Called "Ampd" and listen to some local rock bands that play. Rooms have a great view of the strip and service is very quick as well. This would be a great staycation for any locals to take advantage of special deals they have online. read more

I'm thinking M stands for MEDIOCRE I tried another restaurant and another sub par meal. Marinelli's is a very nice place, although under staffed on a Friday night. SLOW SERVICE, and warm watery martinis the short rib was a large portion but fatty low quality cut . I guess I should stick to the deli. Bait and Switch?? Got invite for 3 free nights with $25 daily gambling money and $25 food daily. When I arrived, Kim A. at front desk was amazing and took great care of us honoring our invitation and directed us to the casino to get our Daily Cash play offer. Problem was at their Cashier in casino they entered my Advantage card number (which I never use and was closed by Hollywood since I didn't want to give my bank information) and so I never got my $25 a day gambling money. What was SUPER APPALLING was the cashier said she could not put it on my other card because it was under Cindi and not Cynthia and so she could not recognize any person named Cindi! Just super rude!! Never ever been treated like that! The other thing about the casino is it cost us $350 for cab travel to downtown and the strip. The casino is great but will never, ever go back. read more

So apparently this is the Official Raider hotel. Team Headquarters is not far from the resort. You will see the team logo throughout the hotel. The team logo is also a part of some of the employees uniform The casino resort itself is 11 years old. However it just "recently" became the Official Raider Hotel. So it's not a brand new Hotel/Casino/Resort The venue is located about 20 min from the strip (we could actually see the strip from our room) and also 20 min away from the Airport We walked in the main entrance and saw a Lamborghini just parked inside the hotel WOW fancy. The lobby area and check in area is nice and clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. I did request robes and slippers. I was advised they would be taken to my room shortly. GREAT Our room was nice. Nice comfy king size bed, great view of the Las Vegas Strip and the pool area. The bathroom has an electronic mirror with a TV inside the mirror. A nice sunk in tub and a separate shower area. The room is nicely decorated and when you turn on the television your name appears on the TV welcoming you. Nice touch Initially the electronic mirror/TV in the bathroom was not working, it wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk who told me that they would send someone up. Ok cool Someone showed up within 5 min. Told us we needed a new remote and "he doesn't do that HOUSEKEEPING does" and we need to call the front desk again OKKKK ummm wow. Guess departments within the hotel do not communicate well I take it Housekeeping came gave us a new remote. We still didn't receive the robe or slippers. Housekeeping came back and delivered them. Because of Covid the buffet was not open, pool closes early, not all casino bars are open, coffee makers not offered in rooms, AND NO MICROWAVE any where at all to warm up any left overs you will have. Trust me you will have left overs We played at the slot machines for a few hours. No one ever came and offered us drinks. We sat at the Mbar at the casino floor. We were told to take a seat anywhere and someone would take our order. We were the only ones sitting at a table in the Mbar area. No other customers at any of the tables. After 20 min of sitting there we finally spoke up. Eric apologized said he was taking the blame and blamed it on change of shift. Idk I guess we can blame everyone's grumpy attitude on Covid. The property itself is small (in comparison to most Las Vegas Hotel/Casino/Resorts). Rooms are nice The main restaurants that are open during Covid are great. Dear M Resort, My compliments to you! This hotel is still my leading first choice. A lot of new faces and I want to especially acknowledge Thalita at the front desk and Stephen out at the M Pool. First Thalita was exceptionally courteous. She greeted with a smile and was kind enough to make recommendations on places to grab a good fresh bite like Jade. She had insight on the property and made sure I had location and hours. When I didn't have my Id she was patient enough to tell me to grab a seat and take my time. She also offered water. Stephen at the M Pool makes a great addition to the staff. He zipped around his area taking orders and never stopped smiling. If he couldn't get to you he made sure to assure you he'd be right with you and didn't just walk by and ignore you. He displayed great positive energy, made good recommendations for new cocktails I hadn't tried. I didn't even plan on spending a full day at the pool he was so great I was more than happy to change plans. I enjoyed the pool side service this visit. read more

Honestly, i am abit disappointed. Stayed here for a night bc i was in town for an event. First off, i had reserved this hotel almost a month ago requesting a room on a higher floor , instead was put on the 5th floor. Didnt even bother to check if any other rooms were available. The resort fee is nearly $40/night. Also no charging stations (tesla) that works. I requested a late checkout the night before and confirmed for 12pm. The next morning, room service opens the door at around 10:30ish when it clearly says DND. I was in the middle of packing and getting ready in the restroom. I get a call from the front desk from a gentleman at around 1130ish telling me that the security team would like to come check the room because a previous guest misplaced some valuables behind the bed. Uh .. wtf! I dont give a F who left what in the room, Wait! Im a current guest that is occupying the room, i am getting ready to checkout in 20 minutes... i was so caught offguard for such unprofessionalism. I dont know what kind of BS they're running here but wow. First off, i had been here for a full 24 hour and you wna come tell me now that a previous guest left something?! Get the f out. Advice: please stay elsewhere if you're looking for a hotel that truly appreciates their guests and understands hospitality and service. What a joke, no wonder casino floors and the resort was so empty on a weekend.. smh. So much potential, perhaps implement better management. Let's start by saying the M Resort is beautiful. I've been here before for dinner & have always wanted to experience the pool. With my better half leaving tomorrow for a couple of months, her request was to head over to her favorite pool at M Resort. Security was friendly especially entering the property. Pool staff was friendly including the VIP host & the GM of the Pool. As someone who ran one of the largest Hotels in the Country, I was shocked that at 1:30pm when we arrived that Upper Management did not want to reduce the price for a daybed or a cabana. They specifically prefaced to me that they have a lot of their daybeds available for the rest of the day. When I expressed that we arrived with half the day left & asked if we could get a half day rate. They explained that they weren't doing anything & that they would be keeping the rate flat throughout the entire day regardless of the time. Although I don't agree with it, especially since it's a loss of revenue on Recreations part & a not so great experience to start the afternoon, I do appreciate the honesty that was expressed with professionalism. We decided to pay the local fee for the day and sit at some chairs in the back. No one walks you to your seat, however I'll cough it up to the possibility that we are still in a crazy world at the moment (COVID-19). The girls at the pool hut were very polite & friendly. Our server Kiana came over to take care of us. She is also very friendly & knowledgeable. The prices for drinks are AMAZING & the amount of time it took to receive the cocktails were pretty fast considering how busy they are. I flew in with a group of guys and we hadn't been to The M since January of 2020. We were really looking forward to our return after that long stretch. As usual, we booked a suite as a gathering place along with regular rooms. We brought thousands of dollars worth of wine with us, but unfortunately, we forgot a corkscrew. We figured the suite would have one. Wrong. A couple of us went looking for one and were disappointed. The shop that sells wine doesn't sell corkscrews and the front desk was no help. Ridiculous. On the second day, we had the front desk program two more suite keys with explicit instructions to not deactivate the initial two. Guess what happened? The guys with the original keys were locked out. There wasn't a lot going on at the M and I missed the vibe that I remember. All of the guys that played slots said that the machines just ate their money. Gambling is entertainment for us, and we expect to lose, but usually we would come away with at least a couple of stories about significant wins that were eventually lost. Not this time. The lack of fun makes it easy to focus on corkscrews and key cards. The bright spots are that the staff was very nice and our dinner at Anthony's was very good. We were all pleased to see that Eddie still works there as he is a rockstar. Anyway, we were scheduled to leave on Monday, but after another disappointing gambling session on Sunday morning , the guys were asking about leaving a day early. That was it. We had the jet fueled and were wheels-up by noon. The M sent me a survey, but I didn't complete it in time, so I am posting here. While I don't personally know any Raiders fans, I would recommend The M for that demographic. For most everyone else, you would probably have a better time at a hotel/casino on the strip. read more

If you are a die hard Raiders fan, this is the place for you. Vegas' home hotel for the Raiders team. It's very dark inside, even the bathrooms are dark and dim. Vegas' newest casino, carpets not installed correctly, shaggy and lifted in areas throughout the casino floor. Very nice and spacious pool area, although I didn't see any spas, but it was closed, so maybe it's towards the back. It's out in the Boones by itself, not anywhere near the strip. Hotel room was really nice, but the TV in the bathroom didn't work. The food from the restaurants was decent, but nothing to write home about. The casino floor was very lively. Biggest gripe I had is trying to have an Amazon package delivered there. I don't suggest anyone tries this unless your package is going to be delivered the day you check in. My package was delivered on a Thursday but stored in some basement UPS storage, which closes early and opens late (9am). When I couldn't get my package from the front desk on Thursday, they sent me to the Security office to see if they could find it. They took my name, phone number, and room # and told me they were going to check and call me back, but completely ghosted me (and I stayed up until midnight waiting). The next day was my checkout day (way before 9am) so they just gave me a number to this UPS storage office. When I called them from the airport later that day, they said they were backed up with deliveries due to some convention and would call me on Monday the following week to get my home address to ship the package to me. When they did call me the following week, it turns out I had to pay for the shipping cost and the cheapest Ground fare was at least 5 times what I paid for the Amazon shipment to the hotel...so I told them to go ahead and toss the package. It doesn't seem really fair that I had to pay the shipping cost when it was the hotel's inaccessible hours of operation that was the reason I couldn't pick it up myself. Not sure why packages aren't left at the front desk. read more

Actually 4.5. Stayed here for a Friday night as part of my 4 night Vegas trip. Parking is free here (yea) compared to most Strip casinos that charge unless you have a certain loyalty status. Checkin was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Room was a nice size and had both a shower and a separate bathtub. Provided toiletries were very good. We had a beautiful view of their swimming pool. No problems during our stay. Definitely a nice break from Strip casino hotels. In regards to the casino, many popular table games have $5 minimums, including my favorite table game Heads Up Hold'em. Most dealers were super friendly unlike many of the Strip casinos we visited. This casino is more of a locals casino based on my conversations with fellow table game players. The only downside of this place is that it isn't walking distance from retail stores or restaurants outside of this establishment. read more

I stayed at the M Resort during my stay in Las Vegas. There is a complimentary airport shuttle you must reserve online before they schedule a pick-up up time at Terminal 1. It is away from the main strip and pretty isolated. The good news is that the facility is well maintained and clean, and the staff are very friendly. The fitness center does have lousy hours of operation, and the entertainment is limited to gambling machines and tables. The eateries are decent, and the outdoor pool is very nice. It was a quiet stay overall, and the rooms were large and comfortable. read more

I did not stay at this hotel/resort but I spent a little time cruising through the casino in the hotel. It is very nice and very new. Of course it is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Golden Knights so you can find all kinds of memorabilia for those two teams. Maybe when the Oakland As ends up in Las Vegas, they might be added to the hotel. An interesting note is the Raiders training faciity and headquarters is located nearby and the Golden Knights have two private jets located at the nearby executive airport. As you pull-up in the evening the solid glow of the M will shine but it's not a beacon. The M that glows is a subtle stillness to ease your breath. As you exhale expect nothing less than splendid moments but with a more carefree experience. When your trying to get away, either on business or just play some calm down time can be found here. As you pull up notice that you can see the hotel from the parking lot, you will not need to lace up your running shoes and plan that long walk from the car to the registration desk. The parking garage has ample parking, which is free. Indeed, free parking! If you choose valet your vehicle a small fee can be expected. Shall we go and check in! Check your watch, your in Las Vegas it's the wee hours of the morning. Some individuals are just stunned and stumbling back to their room after a long day of fun of sin. The bars are always open in Vegas, but in the last few years especially after the pandemic food establishments are non existent after around one am. A special elf comes and closes them all until the next day. Being one that was just another individual looking for that bar here and there; when you sober up "real food" is what you need. I'm good without bar peanuts or cherries from where they make drinks. Now here a tip: "I know where some real food exists. Not something that's been under a heat lamp at a fast food establishment." The composed flicker of the M from the resort holds secrets that you will now have. Behold, the hotels in Las Vegas shut down, but in Henderson at the M the lights stay on. That sign of the M flickers and blinks in a subtle manner now come on in and join me at the Raiders Tavern for midnight joys, in need of just breathtaking breakfast with a golden silence to solve the new wonders of the day, or do you just need food period let's go. Now at night the menu is limited but you can have bacon and eggs, appetizers, burger and fries; it's the basics with a deliciousness all it's own. The pricing is good with a smile from whoever serves you in the wee hours of the day. You can drink, they have a full bar; of course it Vegas remember! Then if you need dessert go across the way from Raiders Tavern to Baby cakes. For those that seek cupcakes all hours of the day, this is the place. While early in the morning this is the best time of day, all the days newest stock is being put out in rotation. As yesterday ends, you come across the cross roads again. As you drive up down and around; your looking for a hotel. How do you know which one is which. Every one of them has some kind of a gimmick draw you in. Bring yourself to Henderson, the M casino has a slower type appeal to it. The vibe is more about a leisurely type of treasured joy with slow and easy times. read more

This casino isn't very good. Their reward sign up was bunk, and their machines just take. The only cool thing was how spaced the machines are. Not enough for me to come back. I think we're all paying for their Radier tie-in. Actually, it's a one-star now because they are the worst yet at explaining their new member rewards. It said I got a 10$ dining credit, but when I went to use it, she said nothing was there. When I told her how i got it, she said it would have printed. How would I know that?? No other casino has done that. Had to go back to the rewards counter, get the print out, then wait in a longer line to start over. The person at the food counter was nice, but their new member rewards needs a revamp, or at least an explanation card like Indian casinos give out read more

I just checked into the M and I can tell you that my experience so far has been horrible! The service is abysmal! As I pulled up to the hotel, I saw a sign saying "Check In" directing me to the front of the hotel. As I pulled up to the front door, the "Check In" signs disappeared. There was "Valet", "Vans and Buses" and "Drive Through". No place to temporarily park and check in. I drove around in circles and finally parked in the red near the doors to check in. When I got out of my car, the valet came toward me. I told him I was checking in, but didn't know where to park, because the signs disappeared. As I was talking with him I saw the back of a sign (facing the wrong way) that said "Check In" and had an arrow on it. I pointed out the sign to the valet and he said, "Yeah, that doesn't really apply. This is all valet." He let me leave my car there, but he said he would have to take my keys and if I didn't return, he would park it and charge me. I said, "Fine. I'm just checking in!" There were no signs for "Guest Parking", so I asked at the desk where I could park. She directed me to go out front, turn right and there was a parking lot on the side with doors where I could enter there. I thanked her and told her it would be nice if there were signs directing people to "Guest Parking"! I get to my room and none of the lights work. I call down to the desk and I'm automatically put on hold for 5 minutes! I finally get someone on the phone and say that the lights in my room do not work! He asked if I put my key card in the slot by the door? I tell him, "No, BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO DO THAT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK!!!" I looked at the door and there is NO SIGN TELLIN YOU TO PUT YOUR KEY CARD IN THE SLOT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK!!! Things that need to happen immediately: 1. Better signs for parking 2. Temp parking up front for check in 3. Instruct guest that they need to put their key cards in the slots by the door for the LIGHTS TO WORK! 4. PUT SIGNS NEXT TO THE DOOR INSTRUCTING PEOPLE TO PUT THEIR KEY CARDS IN THE SLOT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK! 5. Put more people on the phones on the front desk, so when guests call they are no on hold for 5 minutes! read more

This review is about their parking structure and not about the hotel. I've come here a couple of times to gamble and every time there is a problem with the valet parking. I don't know anything about the rooms because I've never stayed there. The signs in the parking structure are misleading. You ask where you can self-park, and they instruct you to turn around the corner, but where they tell you to self-park there is a big sign saying, "Do not enter. Valet parking only." So you then drive around and you find yourself in the same spot, and at that point you just decide to valet. And they tell you you can just park yourself there, in the valet area. So what kind of valet is that? Is it a valet or self-park? How can the signs be so terrible? I've been to several casinos, and the parking structure here is by far the worst. There is a guy who works at the valet parking who is nice and professional, and wants to help, but there is a Filipino gentleman whose name starts with E who is rude and inefficient and makes you feel unwelcome. He just tells you, "whatever" and doesn't tell you if you need a ticket, if you have to leave your keys, if you need to move your car. He just tells you to follow the signs except that the signs are terrible and misleading. It's a joke. read more

First time in a hotel like this and 99% of the staff were amazing and very kind and the one that wasn't nice when I told the hotel manager about it he said he's handle it personally. Dimitar the hotel manager was a great guy and helped us out a lot. Ana the nail tech in the spa was such a sweet person, she did exactly what I asked. Brian and Crews in Anthony's were such great guys who made our night better with their service. Also big rave about Anthony's Clam Chowder, it was the BEST I've had and I'm from Cape Cod MA. This was my first visit/stay at M Resort. We stayed for a long weekend. I was hesitant staying at M resort because it is off the Las Vegas strip and away from the tourist areas requiring a Uber or taxi to the main attractions in Vegas. Well let me tell you it is well worth it. The value and vibe at M Resort blows any strip casino/hotel out of the water. Other resorts should take notes. The hotel is very laid back much like an all inclusive resort. Though it is located 15 mins off the strip it is a direct Uber ride to the strip. I enjoyed being able to relax and not fight the crowds every evening. There are plenty of restaurants at on property and you will save a ton of money compared to strip food prices. The bars and restaurants on property are similar to any other restaurant or steakhouse. Nothing to special. But a great value at all the venues. Customer service is top notch. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they care for the the tourists being that they are more of a local name resort. You will not find the same service at some of the bigger resorts in Vegas. I have stayed at many hotels in Vegas and the M resort has the best suite I have ever stayed jn! I was in a flat suite on the 15th floor. Room 15150. It is amazing and huge with panoramic views of the entire city and mountains. It is very modern with electric controlled blinds, modern bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub, and back lit mirrors with built in TV. The Rooms have coffee makers and a refrigerator. But no microwave and no coffee or creamers with the microwave. The pool and spa was closed during my visit but the pool area looks super nice with cabanas and sun beds. I was told the spa would be opening regularly in March. This is probably one of the cleanest casino floors I have ever been to. It is very spacious and though they allow smoking they must have a massive ventilation system because there was zero smell of smoke anywhere. They have a signature scent throughout the resort which makes it feel nice and clean. I will be going back to Vegas in a few months and have already decided I will be staying at M resort again. Trust me though a little bit off the strip you will not find a better experience anywhere in Vegas. read more

Missing basic amenities: in- room coffee, in- room microwave, and customer service. Night one, they allow DoorDash to bring my food up to my door. Night two, they suddenly no longer allow this. How am I supposed to go downstairs and grab my food when I'm trying to put my screaming baby down to sleep? I guess they don't care about whether or not I disturb the other guests, which is what I explicitly told the front desk that I was trying to avoid. My apologies in advance to all the other guests staying at M hotel this evening if my baby is crying and screaming in the lobby because their staff are "not allowed" to let DoorDash to bring my food upstairs to my room. 1/5 stars. Nice and very clean .. only complaint : I have to wear mask as soon as I enter the casino cigarettes smoke is so BAD ( special people with asthma) since I moved here in Vegas I have visited it a lot and also tried the foods @ M Resort's restaurant has a very nice ambiance and very clean Baby Cakes : Red Velvet / Mango mousse & Apple turnovers is to die for/ Ice Cream. So good Marinelli : on the expensive side BUT lasagna ( $25.00) is so yummy Vig Deli : Beef Teriyaki with rice very delicious ( sometimes the meat is tender last one last night it is on the tough side ; $15.99 per bowl) Chicken wings is good but the skin is my crunchy . I'm not sure I understand what the draw is with this resort. It's pretty secluded but the prices are still as if you were staying on the strip. My parents stayed here and I stayed at a resort down the street at half the cost. I came to this resort to sit by the pool with my parents and even getting into the pool was difficult. We had to wait in a lengthy line that went so slow and it was only 10am. I couldn't believe they didn't have a better system. I have no idea what it's like if you're trying to get in the pool in the afternoon. As for the pool itself, it was spacious and not crowded like most pools on the strip. I'd rate the service about the same though. You order a drink from a server and you can expect it 30-45 minutes later. They also have an adults only pool at this resort and do yourself a favor and stay the heck away! I couldn't believe how many people had packed themselves into this tiny pool. It was like sardines. I looked at it and installed did a U-turn for the main resort pool. As for the restaurants in the hotel, they have a good amount of sit down places but not much for on the go. I don't think I'd ever actually stay here based on the price of the rooms alone. If you're looking for Vegas strip prices without actually staying on the strip, then this is the place for you. read more

What a beautiful resort. I lived in Vegas/Henderson for 6 years, and saw the M Resort often without ever going inside. In our quick trip back to visit family, we had the pleasure of staying here. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was friendly and professional, from check in, to the gym as well as the Baby Cakes Shop for our cheesecake that night. We had a King room in the 7th floor, looking south. It was a large room with nice views of the Foothills. All of the window shades were electric, closed/opened with a switch. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a soaking tub that allowed for you to enjoy the view through a window into the bedroom, or privacy with an electric shade. Large shower with a bench seat, dual sinks, makeup mirror and seat, water closet, iron/board and hair dryer. There is a fridge as well. Best thing...Baby Cakes downstairs is open 24/7 with cheesecake, cakes and treats. Excellent service and friendly staff. My husband utilized the gym, which is accessed through the spa. They take your room number, and you can charge purchases straight to your room. No cash needed. This was a great way to spend the last night in town. Clean, modern, friendly, accommodating and just beautiful. read more
