I was told by Sam that they could only do another coat since it was an entire week that they were done, and he was very rude, not helpful at all. I insisted on getting my nails done over, or my money back. Jennifer seemed to have forgotten the entire episode the last week, when she was the one who looked at my nails and verified that they were not done correctly, but she did my nails over, and they were done right. She did let me know that I have the option of choosing the nail tech that I want to do my nails in the future. Jennifer solved the problem, and had great customer service, and because of this I will go back to Lovely Nails in Brockton.
