Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. After trying numerous "upscale" nail salons in the Central Park/Stapleton area and being disappointed repeatedly, I finally decided to check this spot out. They are super professional and the atmosphere of the establishment is luxurious. For someone who only wears simple, plain nails, it has been difficult to find a salon that is consistent in providing high quality work. Rachel did an amazing job on my nails and was very thorough without taking too long. I left the salon super pleased with the shaping and she recommended the perfect colored acrylic after I described what I was looking for. For a high quality looking salon I think people expect high quality services. I paid $95 for a French Tip pedicure and the whole process felt very rushed although no one was there. My nail tech was very sweet when I expressed my concerns and he apologized, so I appreciate that. He kindly re-did only two nails, but every nail unfortunately looks uneven and messy. I think the salon owners should train or make sure that every technician is equipped. Scanning through other reviews, I can see this is common and I'm not the only one who felt this way about their services. I never leave reviews but this place was beyond disappointing. Came in for a simple gel manicure. Bop was in such a rush doing my nails. The gels were glued to my cuticles and i had black fuzzes in 7 of 10 of my nails which he admitted looked awful and apologized. He then put me to the side to soak my nails in a bowl of acetone. Left me soaking my nails for 30+min as he worked on another persons nails right next to me... there were plenty of other workers who he couldve asked for help. It was only after I brought it to his attention that he said "it needs alittle more time to soak" which he knows well is a lie and he was being very dishonest and u professional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 5 more minutes until I decided to leave. I take a client to sister chain in Littleton for this salon, and my client loves them. So I decided to try a rebase and test them out. Let me share, I'm extremely picky and licensed. I watch the technique, I review the products, I watch how focused the technician is when doing my nails, etc. I speak up and stop anyone, that over works the product and causes air bubbles or over files incorrectly or forgets a step. My fiancé treated us to a relaxing couples pedicure and it was great! It's absolutely beautiful and luxurious inside. Everyone is super courteous and so welcoming. This place is beautiful and when you walk in you feel like you are in a step above most nail salons. Apparently the capital expense was spent on the decor and build out rather than nail techs getting training. After applying and removing dip powder twice, I asked to just have regular polish. It had been 2 hours and I couldn't sit there any longer. Than the tech smudged 3 nails while he was polishing them. After wasting 2 hours in the shop I had to come home take off the polish and polish my own nails. Extremely frustrating!! read more

I posted a great review of this nail salon a year ago on google ( you'll see my name and I'm wearing the same pants in my photos lol) I debated deleting that great review after tonight's HORRIBLE service. I've gone many times in the last year and had great service. But tonight It was such a bad experience from beginning to end I don't think I've ever felt this way at a nail salon. Right away I chose a regular color and the guy asked if I was going to do gel instead. I said no I'm doing regular polish on my hands and feet because I'm giving my nails a break from gel as it has made my nails very thin. He then says ok regular on hand and gel pedicure right? I corrected him again and said no thank you regular on both and he was irritated ( I'm a customer he should be happy with any service I choose) We get to the chair and he has me sit down and as you can see it was dirty and hadn't been sanitized. Then he starts the water and it's SO HOT so I take my feet out, and ask him nicely to add cold water to help it cool down. He let cold water run for literally 2 seconds then turned the hot back on so it burned my feet and I told him again and he said no it's ok now. It was so uncomfortable but I forced myself to take the pain because I was too shy to ask him again. Then he starts the pedicure and a couple minutes later another guy comes and says hi you're doing gel manicure right? I again say no thank you I'm giving my nails a break it Makes them thin. He starts laughing and speaking in whatever language to his co-worker which was so rude because he's clearly judging me that I don't want gel? So unprofessional. Then he starts the manicure while the other guy is doing the pedicure and asks what shape I want and I said squoval and he said ok oval I said no squoval squoval and he chuckled again and started speaking in his language. ( again very rude to laugh at me for the second time) he starts shaping two of my nails into oval shape and says you like the shape? I said no I said squoval remember? And then he starts being rude and says you don't know what you want? There is oval there is square there is stiletto and I said sir this shape is on your website it says squoval and he says ok show me so I go to their site and show him and he laughs again and says ohhh ok you said oval. And I said no I didn't but it's too late now you started doing it on two nails. ( the lady working next to us doing a pedicure even confirmed and said she did say squoval you didn't listen I know what she looks like so she can confirm all of this just don't remember her name) and I said thank you for telling him that. And he just kept speaking in his language. So I got oval shape since I couldn't change it after he already started shaping two nails ( which is $10 extra even though I didn't ask for it) he did a horrible job cleaning my cuticles as you can see in photos there is still lots of dry skin that needed to be cleaned up. Then the pedicure guy lost the color I wanted, So I had to get up in the middle of my service and go get a similar color. He " finished" the pedicure and started to polish and I still had dead skin on my big toe he didn't even try to scrub off because he rushed through the buffing part with the rough sponge. Finally after I was done he said ok all done and went to the register he didn't even help me roll my leggings back down, didn't take the nail separators out of my toes. Then we get to the register and I pay with a card and he says ok all done. ( even though I shouldn't have tipped at all I'm too nice and asked wait what about tip?) he then has the audacity to tell me you pay tip with cash or Venmo. Like what the heck? You don't tell people how to tip if I want to tip on my card thats how I'll tip! But I'm too shy to say anything in person so I gave him a $20 in cash even though they didn't deserve anything! All in all they made me feel so uncomfortable, my nails aren't the shape I wanted, nails not cleaned up properly, chair was dirty and they kept trying to pressure me into paying more, they charged me the extra $10 for the shape I didn't ask for and they were so rude talking about me the whole time. I really loved this place before but they have gone downhill. I want my money back and I don't want to go back it was so embarrassing and uncomfortable. I have cheaper nail salons closer to me that do a way better job but I chose this place again because I've had good experiences before so I wanted to pay a little more to have a more luxurious service. I tried this place for the first time a week ago. I paid for a higher gel pedicure and regular dip manicure. The day of my nail appointment I had 2 nails chip. The next day another nail chipped. So a total of 3 nails at that point in Time. Mind you this is dip. I was so flustered that my nails broke within 24 hours that I went back to have them fixed. We are now officially into 1 week of having my dip nails done and I have had a total of 6 nails break. I have NEVER had this happen with dip. I do dip because I am more rough on my nails. But after a week... this is ridiculous. I have also started to notice that my pedicure is not good. I see and feel dry skin everywhere. She did the grater on my feet and I have never seen this before but my feet are peeling and extra dry. I also did gel on my toes and a week in a gel polish randomly fell off a nail. I also have the gel polish on my skin. So poor job on general. The other complaint I have is I paid for a longer massage and the lady scrubbed the sugar scrub on me and that was the extent of the massage. I never actually received a massage. It was not worth it. I saw previous reviews and I thought.... People only write reviews when they are mad but I had the same experience as others. I will not go back and I wish I could get a refund because that was not good quality. read more

I enjoyed going here until my nail tech (also the eyelash lady) gave me a hard time over the phone and in person because she couldn't do the nail design i wanted and i said i would go to my other nail guy who was farther away bc i really wanted this intricate design. Im literally in the eyelash chair and shes taping my eyes shut bitching at me about how i didnt let her do my design! I felt so vulnerable and slightly scared. I had booked her for 3 services that day to make up for not wanting her to do a job she admitted she couldnt do the last time i was in. She was gaslighting me and told me she could do it and it would just be expensive, but thats not at all what happened. I went every 2 weeks for acrylics and lashes and tipped $20 for each service but after her harassment, i cant go back. We were literally arguing because it hirt her feelings. I went to the OTHER M.Vince on colorado and saw Kavin who is an absolute wizard with technical designs. The photo is what Kavin did that ivy said she was uncomfortable doing. Second time i visited M Vince Nail Spa. first time was fine. it was my daughter b- day ( turning 11) so I took 6 girls to do their nails 1) when I made the reservation they told me it was $15 per girl. they charged me $30 for the girls who were 11. a little ridiculous for a 15 min manicure. I decided to do one too and it was the worst manicure of my life. I am even wondering embarrased to see my nails right now. he cut them so small ( almost no nails) when I told him to just file them. he destroy my cuticles and I literally had to go home and remove polish. I never complaint but it was so bad. I spend $170 for 6 girls and bad manicures . I wish I could post picture. sadly I won't be back. make sure all your associates are train and reasy to do nails. This is the fanciest nail salon I have ever been to. It is extremely clean inside, including utensils they use on your nails and everyone is friendly. Rachel is the best nail tech! I go every other week, and always make an appointment with her, but it's easy to do a walk in also. I've been coming to this salon for over a year and have always had a great experience. I normally get the gelX and they last about 4-6 weeks before needing to be re-done. Most recently I came in and had one of the worst nail jobs of my entire life. My nail tech was a young male, who ended up cutting my skin twice, having to redo TWO nails that he had cracked while shaping them (before even putting on the gel polish), and then ended up shaping every single one of my nails differently which I then had to go home and file MYSELF. I considered going back the same day to get them redone entirely, but I'm usually not someone who complains, leaves bad reviews, and certainly doesn't want conflict.. so I didn't. THEN two days later, one of my nails completely broke off so I had to go back to get it fixed. Unfortunately by the same guy. I considered having them completely redone at that point, but again, felt bad and didn't wanna cause conflict. So I dealt with the crappy nail job and told myself I'd get a better set the next time i had to come in. WELL in the following few days-week, i had FOUR more nails break off entirely, and the rest of them were peeling up at the sides, so I decided to go back in and ask for a new set at a discounted price. I was told that they were unable to do that and the best they could offer me was 10% off. Which I declined because that was ridiculous. I've been a loyal customer for over a year and ALWAYS tip over 20%, and knew this was a "one off" situation that I just wanted to be fixed. Anywho, i told them i would not be paying for new nails, and asked to have the remainder of mine removed and that id take my business elsewhere. (lol and they STILL charged me for the removal).
