My favorite place to get my nails done in Omaha. I've been here more than once. The first time I made an appointment very late in the day a week later because they didn't have much availability, but the day of my appointment they called and were able to get me in earlier in the day which worked better for me. The last time I went I called around noon and they were able to see me in a few hours even though they had several wedding groups coming in. I've gotten tips and dip powder and was in and out in just over an hour. When I got there I was seated almost immediately and I always have a hard time picking a color because they have so many. The nail techs are so good at finding a color that you like and making sure you like your color. Do not be afraid to be particular about your nails and ask questions. A week later my nails are still just as good as day one other than a little grown out as expected. I will say this is more of a nail salon than a spa, which is fine. I have seen people be given drinks but I wasn't offered any, which is fine for me since I couldn't really drink it while my nails were getting done. Just remember cash tips only. read more

A very nice salon. We made a reservation for a large party the day before my wedding. We were treated like royalty! Mimosas were amazing, and the owner (I think) offered to take photos of us! We basically had our own little room. They also gave me a beautiful complimentary bridal gift! I made an a appointment recently with my husband. We both had a pedicure and I had a manicure. They were very busy but still excellent service! The designs I've seen them do are lovely. Tons of colors and services to choose from. Reasonably priced, in my opinion. $75 for the worst nails I have ever had. I made an appointment for a dip French manicure and the tech would only do acrylic. He was also very rude. He did not remove any cuticles so the product stuck to them, which then snagged and bled later that evening. 2 days later and there is already lifting at the base of the nails. He did not even out the length of my natural nails before adding tips, which is very obvious underneath. The product is CAKED unevenly on top, on the side, and underneath my nails and fingers. The tips were all uneven - some pointed different directions, some blunt, some more tapered. The "French" painted tips are very uneven and do not fully cover the ends or sides of the nails. I spent almost 2 hours trying to reshape my nails and remove as much overflowed product as I could when I got home. I don't remember ever leaving a bad review, but this is an exception. I cannot believe the poor end results and tech experience, especially for the price. read more

I promise I am not someone who normally leaves poor reviews however this situation left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I wanted to warn others not to go. I got gel French tip nails done the prior day at another salon and had an event the next day. My pinky nail chipped and I was close by so I stopped in to ask for them to fix my one nail and I would pay and I was honest that I did not get my nails done there but just wanted a quick fix for the one nail. They agreed and assigned an older woman to do my nails (I don't know her name). This is where the problem began. The first thing she said to me when I sat down was that I needed to grow my eyebrows out more and asked me who did my eyebrows. She then proceeded to tell me that my eyebrows were too far apart and that I needed to fill them in. She gestured to her own eyebrows and showed me "how I should fill mine in" because mine were too far apart. The first time she made this comment I did not know how to respond so I just said okay and I tried to not get upset by this comment. I figured this was the end of her commenting on my appearance but she brought up the same comment to me at least four separate times telling me my eyebrows looked bad. These comments really hurt my feelings and I think it is inappropriate for anyone to comment on someone's appearance, especially when unprompted and as in this case obviously not appreciated. To make matters worse she did a terrible job on my pinky nail and decided to file my nails on my other hand changing the round shape they were to square. Just as a reminder I was there to get one gel nail fixed and not any other changes. I've certainly had bad service experiences before but this is the first time I have had someone openly insult me. read more

When I originally posted my review I did not see the comments regarding this same exact issue. The business owner knows and should have taken steps to remedy the problem based on those reviews. Deceptive pricing, incomplete services, and disgruntled employees made this experience so poor. I've had manicures all over the world and I've never had someone not touch my cuticles. No cuticle trimming, no lotion, no hand massage. Nothing. But this place is supposedly a high quality establishment? At one point I had 3 employees complaining to me about another customer - incredibly unprofessional. And my nail technician started venting to me about how he hates his job, he doesn't like Omaha, etc. SO uncomfortable!! I booked over the phone and specifically said I wanted acrylics, but I didn't want to do a gel manicure. But when I showed up and I was picking out my nail polish, they quickly rushed me to my pedicure station saying that they would "bring the colors to me"....uh..how? Well they did bring me color swatches, but they only showed me gel options, which costs more. I didn't realize until I was halfway through the manicure that they gave me a gel mani and pedi too. I went with a friend who also got duped into gel without consent (seems to be the theme here), and her technician filed down her skin with her nail so she left with a big red mark and a super sore finger for the next few days. When I requested almond nail shape, the technician wouldn't do it saying that it was for "old ladies". Well...considering everyone under 30 in this salon is getting that shape, I disagree, but like also can you just give me what I asked for please?? When I then asked for oval he said no again because it was also for old ladies. So he said I needed to get square. It felt super disappointing and I think he was just lazy. Partway through I explained that I really hated the color, I asked to pay extra to get it changed and he refused. So I left and went to another salon a few days later to get it changed. They spent a significant portion of my manicure complaining about a guest who didn't want to pay extra for her gel mani/pedi because she never asked for it. I felt the same way, but after getting complained to by 3 angry employees I decided to just pay and never come back. In short, this place is trash. Go literally anywhere else. read more

This place was so awesome. The front desk gentleman was so friendly and charming. We went in for a very rare outing due to just respecting that fact that there's a pandemic and was happy to see they were taking extra precautions with their clients with a temperature check, immediate request to hand sanitize and clear cleaning throughout the salon. The entire group was elated to find such a nice place with both aesthetic and service. Often it's one or the other and you don't have to sacrifice either here. My technician was so gentle with my fingers and we shared some giggles over searching for matching rhinestones. It's disappointing to have to leave a review like this, but I feel it's important, especially after regularly giving them my business for the past 1 1/2 years. I called Morgan (M Vince Omaha owner) on Saturday morning and made an appointment for later on that day at 6 PM. He scheduled me with my nail tech Mindy, per usual. I arrived at 6:00 PM that Saturday... Morgan was not there to check me in, but his wife was. When I said I had a 6 o'clock appointment with Mindy she said, "She already left for the day and I don't see you on here for a scheduled appointment anyway." She then CALLED Morgan to ask him herself because she didn't believe that I spoke with him that morning, then inappropriately handed me her phone to speak with Morgan for some reason??? (if she was truly the Manager on Duty then she would/should have been able to handle the mix up on her own PROFESSIONALLY). He told me that he was on his was over. I explained to Morgan's wife that I still needed my nails done for an occasion the next morning, and I told her that I was disappointed that Mindy was not there when it was confirmed, but I would go with whoever was available just to get them done. Instead of kindly apologizing for the inconvenience she replied, "That's not my fault that she left early." She said that there was absolutely nothing she was going to do for me and passed me off to another nail tech (who happened to be very kind in the midsts of the chaos that was going on). My nail tech began taking off the old dip set when Morgan arrived, and I calmly told him what happened and emphasized that I was not upset because my nail tech was not there due to a mix up. I was more so disappointed in how the entire situation was handled, especially with how long I have been giving them my business without ever causing any issues. I expected more from them. He admitted that he was busy when we spoke over the phone earlier that day. Morgan apologized to me and left the facility. As soon as he walked out the door, his wife came back over to me (as I was quietly sitting there, minding my own business) and started yelling at me saying, "You don't need to be here if you think you're getting treated disrespectfully." Then changed her story and said that my number wasn't on the caller ID from the morning??? She tried to force me to come over and look at the caller ID. Again, HIGHLY uncalled for. I told her I was not interested in doing so, and tried to move on from it. I get it--mix ups happen. She would not let it go. Morgan's wife walked away to do someone else's nails and started yelling in another language to my nail tech. WHAT SHE DID NOT COMMUNICATE TO ME IS SHE TOLD MY NAIL TECH TO STOP THE MANICURE AFTER SHE COMPLETELY TOOK OFF MY DIP AND TOLD HER TO PACK UP HER THINGS. You could tell my nail tech and the other customers were extremely uncomfortable with what they were witnessing. My nail tech kept apologizing (was not her fault) and I got up to ask what was going on to Morgan's wife because I was genuinely confused. She said, "You can go somewhere else. I have the right to refuse service." No explanation, no reasoning, just purely terrible customer service. I could understand if I was being loud, or inappropriate, or rude, but I kept my composure throughout the entire situation and was very respectful. I previously worked in customer service for more than 7 years and there is no way I would ever stoop low and be rude to someone working in the same field. I asked for Morgan, and she said she was the owner and I can't go "running to Morgan." She told me to leave and would not even look at me. She did all of that WHILE DOING ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S NAILS... didn't even get up from her chair to talk to me, which made me feel bad for that customer. I would not want to be in the middle of that if the tables were turned. The photo below is what my nails looked like when she refused business. I then had to scramble on a Saturday evening to find another nail salon to finish my manicure for my occasion on Sunday morning. I will never be returning. read more

Great experience! Very nice, trendy, new salon! Super friendly and accommodating. We had a group of ~13 come in for pre-wedding manis and pedis. They were able to get us in and were very safety conscious during the pandemic. Tammy started my services. She was super friendly and nice. Over 30 years of experience. She did a great job on some rough looking feet and started my manicure. She had another appointment show up, so another technician came to finish me up. I got dips. They look great! The people are so nice and welcoming! I was greeted right away and taken to my seat and to look at shellac almost immediately, I got a fill done and a new deign on my nails! It was a good time even though salons make me drowsy lol, they turned out so cute and the worker at the front desk was so nice and asked if I was a student (I am) and I got a discount! He made sure to remind me that I am a good student and that good students are the ones to get discounts . Only one star and that is for the cleanliness of the place. Nothing else was good. I went there on a recommendation from someone and my first impression was wow! So clean and pretty. But it ends there. I had my dip powder nails removed and just wanted a natural manicure to let my nails 'rest' before my next dip appt. The older gentleman who removed the dip used the drill so deeply that my nail bed is paper thin in places and has many ridges. My nails have been a mess ever since. He also had long jagged nails himself and kept digging into my hands. The polish that he put on started to bubble as I sat there to let it dry. He took off to have a cigarette. Never came back. Another worker noticed I was not happy and she came over to check on me. Unfortunately all she did was put another top coat on my nails and that also immediately began to bubble. He had me pay before my manicure so as to protect my nails. I never would have paid afterward as I looked at my manicure! The last straw is that on day two the polish started to peel off- probably because it was all bubbles up already. I paid a lot for this service and I will never go back! Very disappointed. read more

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I have to give it... Avoid this place like the plague! They add on extras without even asking and charge an insane amount! $20 extra for them to rub chrome onto your nails! Another $20 for shellac on your pedicure (mind you, the lady didn't even ask me if I wanted to get shellac vs normal polish and just assumed I'd be fine with the $20 up-charge). When I politely asked why I was charged an extra $40, the lady working at the front desk told me to calm down and pushed the menu in my face. She demanded me to sit down so she could remove my shellac if I was to going to pay for it. She also told me I "don't know anything" and I "must have never been to a nail salon". She even yanked my credit card from my hands. I am just appalled at their atrocious excuse at customer service. Safe to say, I will never be coming back or recommending to anyone. read more

My sister and I came in asking for dip powder manicures. Mine turned out very nice and I'm super happy with it but my sister's nail tech wouldn't give her the nail extensions she wanted because "she was too young and her nails were too nice" (my sister is nearly 16). She tried to argue back but the nail tech wouldn't listen. The place also seemed to be a bit disorganized with many people standing around in the waiting area, they must've asked for my name at least five times. From the beginning there was a huge confusion on them thinking I wanted acrylics, although I never once mentioned acrylics. Just gel polish. To start they grinded my nails down so thin!! I didn't say anything, thinking they know what they're doing. Three days later my polish just starts chipping off, I have never had gel polish chip off or peel off the way it did. I did call them and they had me come back and the same man fixed them... Grinding the tops of my nail down even more and again two days later my polish chipped and peeled off. Whatever.. my nail polish came off... what my problem is the state my nails are in now! I have done gel nail polish off and on for years... And this has never happened!
