Recently purchased a truck from them, super easy process and truck looked exactly as pictured. I sent in a couple questions about specs and was answered promptly. Then on the day I was looking at vehicles, I was not going to be able to get there by closing time, to test drive. Matthew offered to come back and meet us when we arrived, it was an hour past closing. He came back on the following day (they were closed) so we could complete the purchase, had my tags and registration all ready so I did not have to go to the DMV. Failed to mention in the ad that the check engine and tire light was on and the reason (oxygen sensor) why, Failed to mention that there could be potential rotor issues. It was advertised with 200,155 miles on it but the day I buy its got 200,500 plus miles on it. Told these things guy that works there. He would not take off $200 to compensate for the cost of replacing the Oxygen/tire sensor and adressing the rotor issue. I don't get it...he knew the engine/tire light was on and What was causing it but didn't mention it in ad or our conversations could have easily said....oh the engine light is on because of the o2 sensor. No I shouldn't have purchased but I needed wheels that bad. Not truthful about what he sells. BEWARE!! read more

Pretend the 1 star isn't highlighted. I'm reviewing a year late (purchased truck in Feb. '22) only because I'm sick of the grief that I've had to deal with, with the truck since. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and I didn't listen to my gut. The only good thing was getting a tank of gas only because the owner heard me tell the salesman he could at least fill it up. I still only think he did it to make a good impression of his place. Anyway, let's get to it. 3 days after purchase, the truck needed a new thermostat, water pump, and electrical harness. It was under a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. Owner was hesitant because "I could've done it" and he "knew where the truck originally came from and his buddy was reliable". I started to get pissed because why would I have come back in knowingly when I traded in a perfectly fine vehicle and just bought another thinking I was golden? Literally the dumbest thing I ever experienced- I actually laughed. (I bet you remember that.) He gave me a "loaner" with shit brakes and a swallow of gas. (I think the only length I drove it was to make a U-turn at the Wawa to take it back.) The loaner and expecting me to put gas in it (done lost your marbles), questioning my morality (I trusted you, didn't I?) and then not knowing when I'd get the truck back (you said you didn't know when I'd get it back), I told him to forget about it and bring me MY key back and that I'd take it to someone reliable that wouldn't bullshit me. And in doing so the next day, the temperature needle stopped floating. In that moment, I lost all trust in the guy that sold me the truck and in the owner that talked down to a customer. On to the next with minor issues; USB port and lighter didn't work from the get-go. Glovebox completely broken. Lock buttons don't work (luckily I'm not too inconvenienced by any of this). While sucking it up and driving this truck (no choice now), I noticed a grinding chain feeling/sound coming from the drivers side from the start, too. I could feel it in my foot. After getting new brakes and rotors put on, the sound never cleared. Recently in January, I go to get gas and leave the parking lot and the truck just starts an electrical frenzy and didn't know what it wanted to do. (I thought maybe this had to do with replacing head light and tail light bulbs the night before. It still didn't make sense for it to stall and throw the engine light.) Actually, I could barely control it but I made it to work less than 5 minutes away with hazards on. I parked until end of day... but leaving didn't happen. You tell me why it was planted in reverse in every single gear I tried. No matter where I put it-- reverse. It got towed to two different place and with two opinions, the dealership took it because I needed a transmission. And what do ya know, the sound I was hearing? It finally kicked rocks. $5.2k later with a new transmission. You guys got a newer vehicle from me with absolutely no issues, new tires and brakes on her, oil change, top off of fluids. The only thing you needed to do was give her a bath and knock a baseball dent out of the wheel well. In return you put me in a truck upside down $7k, costed me numerous amounts of money, and work that I shouldn't have had to get. I can't love this truck the way I want because it's given me shit from the start. For the next person thinking about going here, don't. Have patience and do NOT go to a "mom and pop" dealer. Absolutely painless process. Everything you've heard about used car lot is untrue here. Found the car on their website, test drove it the same day. It needed new wiper blades and an alignment. My husband and I have just returned from MW Auto Sales in Glen Allen, where we were unfortunate enough to disturb the Office Manager during lunch. The lot was deserted, and after ten minutes or so of watching him watch us through the glass, we entered the office where he failed to greet us and ordered an extra large pizza. After another five minutes he finished his order and I asked for a test drive. He asked if I was "ready to make an offer," and replied I would need a test drive to answer that question. He then informed me that he does not grant test drives without an offer, but he would be willing to allow it if I understood that he would not be negotiating, and was not willing to "take me out for a test drive just to have me offer $500 less." I appear deceptively young, but my husband and I do very well indeed. So yes, I have money. But TO SERIOUS SHOPPERS like us, looking to buy quickly, wisely, and without hassle, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and NEVER sign without a test drive. read more

I purchased a 2008 Yukon from M.W. Auto Sales a couple of months ago. I must say that the service I received was very pleasant and it made my SUV buying experience much easier. The entire process from searching the lot to signing the papers was seamless! My SUV was reasonably priced in comparison with Kelley Blue Book and they provided me with a Carfax report. I like that all the cars are hand-picked by the owner and it shows because my SUV is SUPER CLEAN and runs very well.
