That was the most unprofessional, and that's saying a lot for a used car place, I have ever dealt with. At 64 years old I've bought a lot of cars. Turns out they went ahead and sold the car that morning. They proceeded to try and sell me more expensive cars, saying they wanted to make it right, then followed up with they would give me no discount for my inconvenience. I left at that point.
