He understood the technical dance terms and what I wanted to improve. I started in May with so much pain from achilles tendonitis, had trouble walking and even doing a basic releve, to returning to dance in June and back to my full routine in July with the program Jared had for me. Jared and the amazing team kept me accountable to reaching my goal of returning to dance and performing. Would definitely come back for more training to prepare for future competitions, not just for pain.

It first started in one foot for a…read morecouple of years, then eventually appeared in my other foot, leaving me with plantar fasciitis in both feet at the same time. During that time, I tried just about everything under the sun--gym workouts, cortisone injections, PRP therapy, stretching, TENS therapy, myofascial massage, Graston scraping, countless YouTube videos, and a limited number of basic physical therapy sessions allowed by my healthcare provider. While some of those provided temporary relief, nothing solved the problem. Exhausted, discouraged, and out of options, I finally decided to get some proper physical therapy with Victory Performance. Since I've started, I've been really impressed with Victory's friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Everyone is always welcoming, and it just feels like a place where people genuinely care about helping you get better. My physical therapist, David, has been fantastic--knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answers all my questions, and is genuinely invested in helping me recover. After my initial evaluation, he identified that one side of my lower body was significantly weaker than the other, causing my body to compensate in ways that were contributing to my foot pain. He put together a personalized strengthening program with progress goals that we've been working toward along the way. It's only been a couple of months, but I've already noticed a significant improvement in my feet. I would definitely recommend Victory and feel that I'm in good hands there, I only wish I had started so much sooner.

I leave this review in the hopes that someone will take action and hopefully turn things around. In the weeks that I received "care", not a single smile was ever seen or offered from any member on staff whether they were behind a desk or working one on one. Speaking with someone over the phone is also unpleasant. Since the pool is always packed with patients and therapists, I witnessed this not just for myself but for others too. You're made to feel like garbage from the moment you step into the facility until you leave. Care is given so begrudgingly. I can only imagine that from the top down, working conditions are so poor that the staff take out their frustration on the patients. This review is specifically for complete pt pool and land therapy on motor in Culver City. I usually only give good reviews when I come to yelp because I only want to point out the excellence of businesses, but as stated above, I really appreciate the facilities and the physical program that was executed, just not the way I felt with every interaction with staff. I felt like unwanted trash. Please take the necessary steps to improve working conditions so staff will treat others with respect and dignity.

UNHINGED UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF Please search " lowest…read morereviews" and it will make sense. It's one thing when people are angry or emotional- I promise you I did not write this after seeing the other one star reviews ... note how we all have the same issue in common - this is a problem and will ensure that you have a horrific experience no matter what you're going into the PT for .. even if it's covered by insurance, which clearly a lot of of us are going here for the reason of, it's not worth it. Wait for another Referal that's what I'm telling myself. It's worth waiting and being in pain it would be way less painful than going through those doors, one more time and having to even look at the person at the front - something is wrong with her ...plz do not go here if you ever want to receive treatment for whatever injury or physical body ailment you are going to need professional help for, unless you want to leave with more than you came with and have a mental illness. In addition to whatever physical thing is going on then you should go here it'll really do a number on ya Ok--I'm not writing this out of anger -- I'm writing it because I feel genuinely obligated to warn others. What I experienced at this office was beyond unprofessional. After weeks of waiting for my authorized referral, I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment. The front office almost never answered the phone, and when they finally did, I was hung up on mid-scheduling. Because it was so strange, I went in person. It only got more bizarre. The front desk staff didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge the phone issue, and acted irritated that I was even there. I walked in politely and was met with hostility. I was given multiple contradictory excuses for why I couldn't be scheduled -- that I was a new patient (I wasn't), that my referral wasn't authorized (it was), and that she was "training someone all day." None of it made sense. Eventually, the staff member literally scampered out of the building in the middle of our conversation, saying she "had to go to the other office," for no apparent reason lol...leaving me standing there with no explanation or path forward. The trainee didn't even know her name. I asked for her name very calmly, and the same calm cadence I had maintained the entire time... and she genuinely did not know the name of the person who had "been training (her) all day". Oh boy. I've been to clinics with far fewer resources that operated with more professionalism, clarity, and basic courtesy. Whether they had an attitude or hated their job or not things get done -- and I will say I haven't always had the best demeanor never rude never unkind, but I have been my own kind of frustrated or discard told in the past I'm sure, but in this case not at all not whatsoever, I couldn't have been more neutral, and by the book, as far as everything I had for the appointment prepared, and as, as I was given the fact that I had to go in person just to reach someone after over a month of Weight time from this Referal, that everyone knows in this situation takes quite a while, and clearly in this situation specifically, this Referal was a physical therapy one which indicates some sort of physical discomfort, injury, etc., which I don't feel I need to even explain here nor there it's insane even writing this right now is giving me war flashbacks. This was genuinely one of the strangest and most stressful interactions I've ever had in any medical setting. Now that I think about it, I think she ran out of the office and made up a reason because she didn't want the other people in the waiting room to hear the insanity. What was going on on her part it was probably embarrassing, even though you wouldn't know it because she seemed so bothered and disgusted with me for even having the nerve to come into the office (or her home??) you truly would've thought that I had barged in during the middle of an important personal meeting or celebration or something. It was the strangest reaction I've ever had from an office staff member .. If you're seeking physical therapy because you're injured or trying to heal, the last thing you need is added stress. Based on my experience, please run from this office. I hope management takes accountability, but until then, please be cautious choosing care here. If you want to see for yourself, just try giving them a call-- you won't be able to reach anyone though and if you do, I'm sure you will be met with some debilitating or frustrating scenario to follow. I have no idea where the Good Review reviews are coming from on here, but I will never recommend this place. Not until I've had an amazing experience that dissolves all memory of this at least. It would be really cool if I could come here considering it's right next-door to me, but until then I'm keeping the review up.

I can't recommend Michael at Fabrizio Physical Therapy enough…read more I came in after dealing with a torn rotator cuff and honestly felt like I had tried just about everything -- different exercises, Rolfing, ShoulderReliever.com, and anything else I could find -- with little to no lasting improvement. I was close to giving up and accepting that my shoulder might never feel normal again. Then I started working with Michael. From the beginning, he had an excellent bedside manner, really listened, and approached the process with a "never quit" attitude. He was patient, thoughtful, and consistent, and he adjusted the work as I progressed instead of just giving me a generic routine. That made a huge difference. What stood out most was that Michael genuinely cared about getting me back to normal. He pushed when I needed it, explained what we were doing, and helped me stay committed even when progress felt slow. I don't think I would have recovered the way I did without him. I'll honestly miss working with him. Great therapist, great person, and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Michael and Fabrizio Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with a shoulder injury or looking for a physical therapist who truly pays attention and sticks with you.
