Sent my mom here for Mother's Day and I am simply shocked at the number of stars this place has. She received the worst polish job I have ever seen from a professional. It was sloppily done, her toes had paint all around the nails and spots were missing paint altogether. I reached out to them and the owner never acknowledged my issue or apologized. Instead she was condescending and insulting. I was appalled. If you read through her responses to people's bad reviews you can see what kind of customer service she offers. This place was super cute and service was great. It was very clean, relaxing, and my toes came out perfect. Located on High Street so it's the perfect spot for a ladies night out and you can hit up a bar or restaurant afterwards. They give you a complimentary drink, which is a really nice touch. I got my nails done here for my 21 birthday and it was an amazing experience!!! We drove an hour and a half just to come get our nails done at a place where you can get drinks as well. Everyone was super friendly and talkative and the prices were great as well!! Colleen did my nails and they were painted perfectly and I even got a few tips. I had just moved to Phoenix and I needed to find a new nail salon - I came here first and it was definitely the last. I walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone for five minutes. Then, the receptionist told me to sit down behind the desk and wait even though I made an appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and wasn't ever offered a drink (because they sell alcohol). I felt like I was invisible and wasn't even looked at the entire time. Finally, the woman came and got me and started doing my nails. First of all, she didn't speak to me at all, and was speaking to the other employee doing someone else's nails about her date she had with some guy. Most importantly: I get acrylic + gel - not asking for a lot here. She did it all wrong. I've been getting my nails done for a long enough time to know the entire process and she left out a ton of steps. She never filed my real nail down after filling, she didn't file down the nail hardly at all before filling in the acrylic and my shape was a total mess as well. My nails looked awful and my clear coat came off within a week. I broke three nails within the first three days and the polish wasn't all the way to my cuticle which made me have to get a fill (elsewhere) within two weeks instead of three. I get that it's one person and not the entire shop but I just can't risk going back if someone like that is qualified to work there. Very unprofessional and not so great at her job. read more

I loved the idea of getting my nails done whilst having a glass of wine. I work very long hours in a high stress job so relax time is important. And how awesome that I can do so whilst refreshing my nails-10 perfect nails and toes are one of those things that makes a girl feel great. I scheduled an appt with a girlfriend so we could catch up. We were greeted very nicely and provided our wine right away. We were quickly shown to our pedi chairs and treated to a very nice pedicure. I was then moved to the nail bar for my gel French manicure. I received an amazing neck and shoulder massage from Mary (?) for $1 minute (nice!). Unfortunately, my nails were so bad. I couldn't believe when she started wiping them because the white was not even filled in. Not only did they look terrible, they felt grainy. I didn't realize anything of this until I was walking to my car. I felt stupid for not going right back to let them know. The next day I called and talked to the manager and she said to come in at 4. My nails were redone and looked at little better but they were still sub-par. That would have been okay if the manager or the new tech had apologized for my inconvenience of having to drive back for a redo. Instead, the new tech gave me a hard time about being late (tho I had called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late and the manager said it was okay). No amount of wine is worth bad nails and bad attitude. Too bad because this is a woman-owned business I would like to support. But I like my 10 perfect nails and toes more. read more

I have been going to M3V since it opened and it is absolutely the best place to get a mani & pedi! Every tech is top notched so I have always been thrilled with the results. I had nasty callouses and cracks on my feet and I am happy to report my feet now look and feel gorgeous. I especially love the variety of nail designs they offer from glitter to chrome to holiday themes. My favorite experience was an evening party I had with all of my friends. I booked my party of 5 appointment on a Wednesday afternoon for the following Saturday via their website and I was contacted immediately for confirmation and to leave my card as a deposit. I was able to get an early appointment for all of us to get our mani/pedis together. Unfortunately 4 of the 5 of us were about 10 minutes late [Try to avoid the 101, I learned about the construction the hard way] but they were super understanding and accommodating. My party was treated so well! They had drinks and snacks for us. My husband received a couple of beers while he got his pedicure, my daughter got a Yoohoo, and my mother got a mimosa. The color options and spa options were wonderful and the nail techs did such a great job on all of us. My husband received the wax moisturizing option and he's still talking about it days later. When we walked through the doors we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Tracy who was just the sweetest person! So here I am again motivated to write about this salon. I have been coming since their opening day. I appreciate, when I choose to spend my hard earned money at an establishment, they know me when I come in. They treat me like family. They show me they appreciate my decision to spend my money there. The service I receive motivates me to find ways to further support this locally owed business. I have had many one-on-one nail and pedi treatments as well as hosted parties. If I have out-of-town guests M3V is the first place I call. My guests are always blown away and enjoy the glass of champagne they receive with their treatment. We noticed a weird energy the second we arrived. It seemed as though none of the staff interacted with one another. At all. There was a decent polish selection and a ton of gels (so that's a +). The manicure was least exciting one I've ever had. When I booked (and they called to confirm), I requested #8, Best Spa Mani. It is supposed to come with 2 extra "vices". I never got the extra vices, and honestly, that's fine because the lotion "massage" that came with the standard mani was literally just rubbing lotion on my arms quickly. While the tech was painting my nails, she brought up politics. I was definitely not there to discuss that nor was interested in her opinion on the subject. Next time, I'll save my money and give myself a better mani at home. read more

Overall this nail bar has a fun atmosphere and cute but that's about where it ends. I love the fact you can get drinks but the nail job I actually received there was just not great. I went in for a manicure and pedicure - I knew it wouldn't last too long but it chipped literally in a day and within four days it was basically destroyed. The paint was just thrown on there and you could visibly see lines immediately. I don't know if it's because I came in at the end of the day but it was obvious they were just rushing to finish. I am overall pleased with my pedicure however a bit disappointed in the service. I called well over a week in advance to book an appt for our pedicures so we wouldnt have any issues. We showed up on Saturday 5 minutes early and got checked in. We were told it was going to be a little wait because they were just finishing up a group of 5 ladies. With a Mimosa in hand, my Mom and I took a seat. We were by no means in any rush, we were enjoying the bubbly and free candy that kept making it's way over to us. Shortly past 11am (which was our appt time) I was called over. I reminded them my mom was with me. The gal then told my mom to come too. We both sat and my pedicure started immediately. My mom's on the other hand...er...should I say foot? Not so much! After 15 minutes I finally spoke up and asked when my mom would be getting hers done. The gal doing my feet assured me soon. I was a bit disappointed as we made the appt so we could get our toes done together. What's the point of an appt? Needless to say my mom ended up getting started 20 minutes after I did, yet we finished at the same time. We both loved our pedicures and the gals were great, but my mom does feel she was a bit jipped out of the experience. We got the same pedicure (which was $55), she started 20 minutes after me, yet finished the same time as me. All in all it was still great spending that time with my mom. Shes visiting from MN and we had a great day. This was my 2nd time here for a pedicure and I was so excited to bring my mom, I'll most likely be back, I just wont have such high expectations. read more
