The ladies there are super welcoming and friendly from the minute you literally walk in. The decor is gorgeous and the additional services they offer, aside from the normal Mani and pedi make it all a perfect package. We love this nail salon! I went with a friend to get a pedicure. The girls that did it were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. My friend ordered a mimosa and I got an iced coffee with our nail service. I liked it so much I came back with my sister for my manicure a few weeks later. We got a gel manicure and dip manicure and they turned out beautiful. Nail technicians again were so friendly. Wonderful environment and the owner is present and so kind. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the lady that I got, but she was honestly terrible. I think I've done a better job on my own toes simply washing them in the shower compared to the "pedicure" I received here a few weeks ago. I came in with my husband and another couple and we all had pedicures. The place itself is super cute and they offer you drinks which is a fun touch. My nail tech barely said a word to me and gave the most lackluster pedicure of my life, even the other nail techs were giving her looks like what's up with the attitude. To give them credit the nail techs for the guys seemed much better although they both agreed they'd had better cheaper pedicures elsewhere. read more

I paid $75 for a gel pedicure that lasted a few weeks. The gel literally fell off. So far it's fallen off of 4 toenails. One fell off in my sleep. It shouldn't be that easy for the entire thing to come off. Wasn't like it chipped, it legit came off in one piece. First thing, when you walk in for your appointment, you get a free drink! The color selection is awesome - they have the new Essie, OPI and ORLY on display, plus a ton of other colors that are mostly Essie and OPI. I got a pedicure, and my nail tech was Erin. She was amazing! So cute and talkative; a total sweetheart. She did a wonderful job on my spa pedicure, really got rid of my calluses. The overall facility is clean and well kept. On Fri and Sat, they have a massage therapist who will massage your neck/shoulders/hands for $1/min. Plus, they always have someone walking around checking to make sure everything is alright. Excellent place - can't wait to come back to see Erin! I wish they had even one place this good in CA! Wahhhh :( read more

I'm guessing the salon has changed ownership. While it's still clean and neat, the service is not what it used to be. The selection of regular polishes is so small; a lot of the bottles even looked dried up. 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment for a pedi; no one even offered to set up the chair. Matter of fact, the receptionist wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Just kept walking past me. I could have been enjoying the massage feature and soaking while I waited. My very expensive standard pedi took all of 20 minutes. Sooo....you can easily come to your own conclusion. read more

First of all, I called for an appointment on Hayden but I found out that the person booked for the high street location. Then when I get there I saw they did not have many colors at ALL to pick from for manicure dip so I had to settle on gel for the manicure. Then the person I had stated he could do an ombré in gel but when we got to the mani, it looked like an awful French tip job but with 2 colors instead of white and nude. He finally realized it after I asked twice if it would be more blended once done. I ended up getting a solid color gel manicure when it was all said and done. BUT please look at the pictures! The blue was NOT all taken off and there are parts of the nail showing on the side where there should be polish. Oh and I arrive at 430 and I didn't get out of there until after 730 all for a gel mani and gel pedi. the only good thing about the experience is the nice massage I got after my pedi. In the 10+ years I've been going to a nail salon this is the first time I will need my nails re done. I would not recommend going here. Update: Tracy messaged me right away, apologizing and insisted I come back the next day to make it right at the Hayden location which I did. They knew I was coming and were very apologetic for the poor experience at the other location. Lavena did a wonderful BEAUTIFUL job! The two locations are completely night and day from each other and it seems like the staff members feel the same. (The Hayden location has a monthly wine tasting charity event which was finishing up when I arrived. Might be fun to participate in). I will post pics of my finished nails. The atmosphere of the place is really nice but my experience was terrible here. I went here with my best friend who flew in from Seattle and decided to get our nails done as a belated birthday gift to me. The experience I had with my nail technician was very very awkward. I probably talked to her about 3 or 4 times the hour and a half there while my best friend had a nail technician who made her feel welcomed and engaged in a conversation. Starting the acrylics, I got a shape I was not in love with while receiving comments that I have "wide" nail beds over and over again. I can definitely say that I'm now self conscious of my nail beds now (before at other salons I never got comments about my nails being "wide"). The shape of the nail had to be narrowed in at the tip, something I wasn't a fan of but decided to go along with it because I felt self conscious of my nails there. The procedure seemed very rushed for me as my friend started before me and I somehow managed to finish before her. I should also mention that I kept feeling the electric nail file hit my cuticle and I now have a blister on my thumb because of it. I did an accent holographic coat on my ring finger and can see the edges of it that were not coated most likely due to it feeling like it was rushed. For 200$ on nails I would most not go back to this place again as I left with being self conscious of my fast done nails and a blister to go along with my manicure. The only pros to this experience was the free drink and 15 minute massage. read more

I'm giving three stars because personally I had a great visit. I wish I knew the girls name who did my nails cause she was so sweet and did an awesome job! However, my moms experience was not the same. Unfortunately, it brought down the experience for all of us cause she was practically in tears because of how rude the girl was to her. My moms toes look great but hard to enjoy the results when the experience was so bad. I've read through most the companies reviews and it seems to be a theme to get rude service. Honestly, this was our first visit and everyone else was very friendly but I'm honestly scared to come back and possibly get someone who'd be rude to me. There's some reviews raving about Elizabeth on here. I wish her attitude would match her service she provides. Might be missing out on nicer tips if she'd be more pleasant. read more

Just had an amazing gel manicure and pedicure with Brittany! She did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with my nails. It was a treat to have a glass of wine and try a Peach Mimosa! Inside, the decor is upbeat and fun. A great place to bring the girlfriends for a fun afternoon! I especially loved the separation wall that made the treatment spaces a little more private. Mimosa menu? Oh yes - they have one! Cutting edge polish and gel colors? They have them all! Including the newest OPI collections! My pedicure was relaxing, not at all rushed, and quite enjoyable! Would not recommend! Was in today and got a half ass pedicure, asked for gel, got regular polish, rolled with it. Sat for 20min waiting to dry, put on sandals myself and nails still wet, tech was finished with me and had no regard to helping after done. There was no massage, asked for callus removal and was told i had none and used a scrub instead, 100% not accurate, i feel like no work was wanted to be put in and the tech was more focused on herself. I will not be returning. Honestly worst pedicure ive ever gotten. read more
