The last time I brought it in, they didn't even turn off the "maintenance required" warning! So I really wanted to find a smaller, honest shop I can rely on, and in tern if anything is done wrong I could come back to talk about it. MAPT responded to my inquiry very quickly and with enough information. They took care of the issues that the dealership service dept messed up. Now it is leaking again in the same place no damage or anything so I don't know why it would just leak out of the blue unless they purposely seal it long enough where It will begin to leak so I can bring it back later. I've had 20 cars over 30 years and never had a diff leak like this. Well we had our van in this shop back in 2018 for a transmission repair. It was good then until…read moreabout a year later the van started having issues again. Brought it back in since, at the time, we trusted this shop. Only to find out this shop wasn't as honest as we thought. They had to again do a major repair on our engine. We got the van back with a new leak. Come to find out the transmission they "repaired" was faulty. They AGAIN repaired the transmission. To only try and send it back to us with a leaky issue. It took then OVER A YEAR to fix the issue. Now here I am again with my check engine light on. Take it to a new shop. Only to find out one stop auto, who I will say refused to warranty their work after the 2nd time repairing our transmission cause I complained and turned them Into the DMV and they didn't like that....my transmission was not repaired correctly by one stop auto and now I need a 3rd transmission! One stop auto did not stand by their work or honor any future repairs because they KNEW they didn't repair it right the 2nd time either. So glad this company is now permanently closed. But also it isn't good because now who do I go after for the repairs I paid lots of $$$ for? Sad to see so many people scammed by this company and now I'm stuck paying for a 3rd transmission to another shop. I hope the owners of this now closed company are ashamed of themselves!
