MAPT responded to my inquiry very quickly and with enough information. They took care of the issues that the dealership service dept messed up. Well we had our van in this shop back in 2018 for a transmission repair. It was good then until…read moreabout a year later the van started having issues again. Brought it back in since, at the time, we trusted this shop. Only to find out this shop wasn't as honest as we thought. They had to again do a major repair on our engine. We got the van back with a new leak. Come to find out the transmission they "repaired" was faulty. They AGAIN repaired the transmission. To only try and send it back to us with a leaky issue. It took then OVER A YEAR to fix the issue. Now here I am again with my check engine light on. Take it to a new shop. Only to find out one stop auto, who I will say refused to warranty their work after the 2nd time repairing our transmission cause I complained and turned them Into the DMV and they didn't like that....my transmission was not repaired correctly by one stop auto and now I need a 3rd transmission! One stop auto did not stand by their work or honor any future repairs because they KNEW they didn't repair it right the 2nd time either. So glad this company is now permanently closed. But also it isn't good because now who do I go after for the repairs I paid lots of $$$ for?
