Ordering was most pretty straight forward, and the girl taking my order was happy to point out the things they didn't have that day (brisket and a host of sides). Regardless, still a pretty decent lineup to order from including ribs, chicken and pork, along with some crazier options I didn't spring for (turkey leg and frog legs!). I ended up getting the rib plate and added a few extra bones, which they were quite accommodating on and just asked how many more I wanted. Taste wise they were quite good, great smoke, pretty meaty and I made quick work of them all. I elected for beans and potato salad for my sides, and while the beans were forgettable, the potato salad was pretty good. The sauce was ok, nothing too fancy and just a basic sauce that I ended up adding a bit of hot sauce to. All in all, a pretty solid place in the middle of nowhere. Don't know when, if ever, I'll be back but I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in again.
