To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. Everything from the work to the service was beyond comparison. If you are considering taking your vehicle here, seriously stop searching and choose them. I was rear ended and I've already forgotten the car was damaged. I had them paint the roof while they had the car, something I have always wanted done and since they paint, I figured why not ask them to do it while they had it. They gave me an unbelievable deal on the job. It looks like glass it's so pristine! Skip and Tony knew exactly how to handle the insurance and rental places for me. Absolutely fantastic work on my 97' Honda CRV. I needed a new hood replaced/painted, a new front bumper and a few dings on quarter panel repaired and painted. Meant to write this review months ago. I bought a little fun car that needed some work. Some of this work was cosmetic and needed to be address right away. After reading some reviews decided to pay this shop a visit. Titan Collision and Skip did an amazing job at a very fair price. Timing was a bit off but not an issue at all. They painted the back bumper and matched the Porsche paint fantastically, cant tell at all new paint from existing. I will be coming back to get the whole car resprayed in the next couple of months. I had Titan repaint my wife's car when she bashed her bumper, and they repaired numerous small dings and scratches. These guys missed a couple, including a dent in the fender right next to the repair. His excuse was that he "couldn't see it." They promised to repair it the next time their paintless dent repair guy came in, and they'd call me. They never called. They stopped returning my calls about it after a few months. A reflector strip on the bumper they repaired fell off a few weeks later. I won't use them again and don't recommend them. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover... Was referred to Titan to help take care of a trunk lid that wouldn't close on my 97 Acura RL, and within 30 seconds of my arrival, I had three employees (one was Tony, the owner) troubleshooting the situation. They told me straight out, "We're trying to prevent you from having to buy a new latch"....from there on, I knew it would be just great. After about 20 minutes of various tweaks (one mechanic got in trunk with flashlight to check out mechanism), the solution was found. One little tweak up of the latch, rests and locks like a champ now! I nervously asked 'what I owed him' and Tony looked to me and said "$20...it's split between the guys"...and with that, a firm handshake and a promise to refer additional business his way AND use him going forward. You don't stay in business 25 years without knowing what your doing and knowing how to treat your customers. read more

Been talking our cars to Marino's Texaco in Richardson for over 20 years,. When I scratched up the front bumper of my red car on the grey garage I asked them to recommend a body shop. They gave the all thumbs up to Titan Collision, so I gave them a call this morning and talked to Skip, who told me to bring it in and he would have a look. I met him as soon as I arrived and he came right out to the car to survey the damage (which had looked pretty bad to me - but fortunately no dents). Then he went back to the office, returned with some bottles and rags and proceeded to get all the grey off. Then added a bit of polishing with some more elbow grease and all that was left were a few non descript scratches. He advised that the car being seven years old probably was not worth the cost of a complete new front bumper paint job. I concurred and after less than ten minutes I was back on the road with NO $$$$ out of my pocket. This was easily the best auto repair experience I may have ever had. They were extremely fairly priced and that is not an exaggeration. They are extremely friendly and didn't treat you like you were at a doctors office. They looked at my damage wrote it up and explained what was wrong and what they would do. I had my doubts because the price was affordable, similar to Maacco when they have sales. They are way better. I bought an older 2003 Audi TT and the paint was faded and chipped off the top, hood and trunk of the car. Basically didnt want to spend lots of money so figured anything will look nicer than what it looks like now. When I saw my car, I was insanely surprised with the color and paint quality. Now I will put this in perspective, if you look closely there are some what looks like dust particles you can see. Which before we started Tony (owner) pointed out so he set the right expectations which I greatly appreciate. I was ok with it considering the price and when it was completed I cant be happier. He totally transformed my car. In addition to the work and the price Tony is a great guy to work with very honest through the whole process. One thing i hesitate to mention was he also fixed my fender for free! It was so broken I had several zip ties holding it together. I never write reviews but I had to here because I am so grateful for the work done on my car! Tony, Skip, and their guys were great from the start. They were nice people who gave me a fair, reasonable, and well-priced estimate for the job that was way lower than I expected. They also wrote out the cost and that's exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. It was half the cost of an estimate I received from an auto shop in Highland Park from people that were way less friendly. And the estimate was $1,000 dollars lower than another place I would have taken my car to if it wasn't for Titan Auto & Collision. And my car looks fantastic! I was comfortable working with them and they always worked with me to lower my costs on different auto parts. That showed me that they care about their customers and want them to be happy. From now on, I will always go back to Titan Auto & Collision for my auto needs and I will recommend that all my friends go there too!
