Granted the place is a bit hard to find the first time, however it is well worth the effort. They did a superb job on my Jeep Liberty. Carla the manager listened to what I needed, then made some excellent recommendations as to the Paint and other services associated with a full body re-paint for the Jeep. She offered me two different grades of paint to choose from (a deluxe and a classic) then told me exactly how many days it would take to complete the work and even offered to look for and mount the emblems that would be lost in the process. Since my Jeep is a 2003 model, I chose the lower cost paint package (around $1,600). When I went back to pick up the vehicle I was surprised at how great it looked. The paint job has a 3 Yr warranty. They shouldn't be in business at all! Took my Sprinter to them for repairs, unfortunately had to go back and pick it up again due to the damage case going to court for litigation. Had no choice in the matter. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was missing the bumper! Philippe, the manager said that his shop lost or misplaced my bumper and to go ahead and take the vehicle as is, or he would add on exorbitant storage charges. In other words, he was saying "take your vehicle and don't complain, or I will hurt you in the wallet!". Most likely scenario was that they used my bumper and put it on another vehicle. The paint in my Lexus faded due to the daily exposure to the sun, I took my car to the Maaco in North Miami to be painted. I was told by Philippe that my car was going to be ready in three days and they actually had it ready one day before. I also had the front headlights replaced and my car looked amazing. Deceitful and liars. I took my car in for a full estimate. The price seemed affordable so I agreed. I get the car back and it is not right at all and the work looks terrible. They then tell me that it needs more work done . 1. I had asked for a full estimate to know everything wrong with the car - they FAILED to tell me all the work it required UNTIL after I got my car back and was dissatisfied 2. at no point did they call me to give me that information and they had my car for 6 days. 3. They didn't finish the job and left parts unpainted. 4. The work done on my rear bumper is COMING OFF. Save your money. They also lie to banks when you try and dispute charges. read more

It's a shame I can't give them zero stars because that's what they deserve. I had a very VERY bad experience at the Maaco in North Miami. I took my 2008 Toyota Corolla for body work and to be painted. I was told by Philippe that it would be 5-7 business days and that if it was going to be longer than that, they would let me know. 14 days later I called to get an update and was told the car was ready to be picked up but they hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. When I called later to say that I would be going the next morning, Phillipe told me the care still needed work. I went on a Wednesday morning before work to go pick up the car. They promptly took the rest of the payment, gave me the keys and pointed me in the direction of my car, they didn't even bother to walk with me to show me the car. I get to the car and find scuff marks on the doors and the car was dripping wet (which I realized was to cover all the unfinished work) That was on a Wednesday morning, Philippe said it would be 3 hours so I left the car. I received a call the next day to go pick up the car. I arrived that afternoon and upon looking at the car more carefully it was obvious that there were dents scratches that were not repaired all around the car. In fact, the scratches that were on entire trunk and back part had just been painted over and still clearly visible. So Philippe went inch by inch over the entire car with my husband and marked all the spots that needed attention, which was basically the entire car. Philippe told us it would be ready by Tuesday. Another week went by and they called me to go pick up my car the following Thursday. Third times the charm, right! Or so I thought. The hood is still dented and there are scuff and paint marks all over the head and tail lights as if they weren't covered correctly but I was told that's the best they can do. We didn't so much as get an apology from Phillipe from for having to go back 3 times. We get home and something in the back looked odd, upon looking at the car, I see that there is still tape on the lights above the license plate and the logo on the back was removed and placed in a different spot. The new emblem on the trunk was visibly scraped. My new tail lights were also scraped and have scuff marks. This place is so unprofessional and did a horrible job. After saving for months to be able to paint my car to make it look better, I made the horrible mistake of taking it to this Maaco location. I'm sure a mom and pop shop would have done a better job and appreciated my hard earned money a lot more than this place. read more

THE WORST !!!!! I waited 9 days for my car. Okay fine even though i was never called one time with an update. I go get my car and it was filthy !! Dusty and Dirt all over the outside. When I opened the driver door that area was dirty with grase all over. My brand new steering wheel over had GREASE ALL OVER IT ! When i complaned and said I just spent a lot of money paying for my car to be painted the manager did not care. I asked if he could take money off for the brand new steering wheel and he said NO. He TOLD ME I GAVE THEM THE CAR DIRTY !!! I clean my car constantly. I do not drive around with grease all over my vehicle. He actually accused me of having a dirty car. Not one time did he apologize or try to leave me as a happy customer. When i was finally at my end i told him to just take my payment. I paid the FULL PRICE...when I went to leave he told me I had to sign the reciept. I refused and went to walk out. The manager PHILLIPE Blocked me from Walking out!! He would not let me leave after I paid. I will take this up with the proper authorites.I had to call the police because he would not let me leave AFTER I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. He literally blocked me with his body stopping me from leaving. This was the Owner come to find out Phillippe he truly is horrible. read more

Terrible work! I have read reviews online to be wary with Maaco and that you "get what you pay for", I had hoped that this Maaco would be an exception. In a way, it was..."exceptionally" bad. Went in with small scratches on front and end bumpers and they gave initial estimate of 2 days to complete the job. 10 days later I was greeted by a horrible hack job. They had used a different color on my bumpers despite reassurances that it would match seamlessly with the rest of the vehicle. When I pointed out the fact that the colors did not match and that it should be redone they agreed that the colors were off, but refused to repaint it. Furthermore, they demanded I pay them $600 before I could take my car off the lot. They threatened that without payment they would impound my car. To prevent others from being preyed on by these "con artists" I have reported them to Consumer Protection Services (305) 375 3677, they are sending an inspector to investigate. Wow after reading all the reviews i was sceptical about taking my car here to get painted. when i arrived for an estimate i spoke to a man named Otniel the shop manager. I had to wait while he finished with another customer , didnt take long at all. As i waited i looked around and saw the business is under new management. The Price i was given was very fair considering the amount of work i needed done including dent repairs and a full outside paint job. Job in total took 3 days as promised , and i can say it came out very well. people say that sometimes you get a few drips of clear coat , but most people dont know that 2-4 weeks after a paint job you are recommended to buff the car and wax it . i got the car back and it looked brand new, jet black like the day i bought it . I would definetly return to this place for any body work/paint work in the future read more

sucks sucks sucks! they are slow like monkeys. not responsive. not responsible. my car should have only taken 8 days to repair but it took them 52 days to finish. the reason why was because they don't care about the customer and didn't send the request to the insurance on time. when you try to reach them, they are never there for you!!!!all they did was to delay and neglect!!!! this is a shop full of hypocrites. never ever again!!!!!!!!!! read more

DO NOT USE THEM. After months working on my husbands work van, they did a horrible job. The slide door should have been replaced with a new door, and you can tell its either refurbished or they fixed the original one. Door still doesn't close correctly. Crappy job all around, AND not to mention they stole CD's from his car, and samples of his products. SHAME ON YOU!! read more

Horrible experience!!! Dealing with liars and thieves. They destroyed my pick-up truck. They told me it was going to take a week, but two weeks later, when they said it was ready, it was not. The inside was dirty and dusty, they ruined the battery by leaving the doors open, the lock won't open or close anymore on the bed top, they burnt the serenoid and rear lights, broke lock and there were loose parts on the roof rack. Also, they installed the bed top incorrectly, causing there to be water leaking inside the bed. They lost a mud flap and clips. They found the mud flap later, lost the molding near the tires. Lost the screws to the license plate and never found them. They damaged door rubbers, oversprayed and painted the wheels. Jaime agreed to pay for all the damages that they did but they did not.They charged me over $1900.00 and I have spent about that much so far for just fixing the destruction that they did. They seem to be polite and respectful at the beginning but are actually hypocrites and liars. If you want your vehicle destroyed take it to Maaco... I would imagine the few good reviews they have must be from friends and family, since Otniel Forte is the manager there and gave himself 5 stars. read more

BELIEVE ME!!! Do not take your car to this shop! You will wait for your car for about sixty days without any damage just for a paint job. When you call for status of your car no one knows anything rude as hell the manager Andres Llanos is a disgusting person very arrogant. He simply said I can take my car to another center if I do not like it I paid $2400. I had to get police involved and call Maaco Headquarters what a treat.They careless as they are just a Maaco service center!!! Corporate is of no help at all. I'm now left with a car that has been painted over ten times and still is not correctly painted my advise to you!!
