I was told they could complete the installation within a month. First they delivered and placed the unit. Everything looked great. Once they called Duke Energy for the power drop we found out it would be a little longer than a month. So it took 6 weeks instead of 4. Hardly anything to worry about! They gave me the install date based on Duke's timing, showed up on time and completed the job more quickly than expected. They were efficient and neat, and left my property in good shape.
