However, Jaime and his team was very professional when completing the work on my car. The repair parts were hard to get but Jaime went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the best possible condition and with brand new parts. Just an update on how much I love this place. A few months after my last post, some shady mechanic elsewhere messed with a tube that connected the radiator to the engine, and it came apart, causing my car to overheat. I had no clue what happened, but I knew that MAC had replaced the radiator, so I thought that perhaps they had accidentally given me a faulty radiator or something. Anyway, I took it into MAC, and they told me what happened, and that they would have had no reason at all to touch that tube that came off (and that no mechanic ever would have any reason to ever touch that tube, thus concluding that someone had tried to dupe me). But they fixed it for free for me anyways, and gave me some good, fatherly advice to not go back to wherever to I took it before. :) read more

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Found these guys on Yelp with a very high rating, and quickly realized why. My car was essentially totaled, and a lot of repairs were needed. Kacie was extremely vigilant in making sure I got all original parts back on the car and that all the repairs were done properly and in a timely manner. In addition she dealt with a troublesome insurance company to get me the maximum repairs and replacement parts out of them. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and drives just like it did before the wreck. These guys are great. A mechanic said I needed a fender liner n engine guard that costs 104 n 260. Kacie was real chill n nice n quoted me 84 for the liner but said she'll try to look for after market one for about 70. For the guard she said just come n let me see if I can fix it. So I went n turns out I don't need to get the guard so saved 260 plus labor. She gives ppl parts at cost which is awesome. On Yelp u get a free detail n wash. I was calling around to find out if a repair estimate was reasonable but no one would answer my question, saying that they would need to see the car first. Because I was paying to repair the other guy's car, I couldn't take the car in for an official estimate. Moon's auto was the only place to give me a straight answer. The manager patiently explained what could be involved and provided a range of what the cost could be. Of course he couldn't give me an official quote since I couldn't take the car in for them to examine, but I really appreciated them taking the time to explain and give me an expert's perspective and opinion. I was hit by a drunk driver in January, and the whole front end of my car was crumpled. My insurance company told me that it would cost too much to repair the damages and tried to get me to sell the car. I then took my car to Moon's, where they were able to do the repairs for nearly half the price that my insurance estimated. Moon went the extra mile to find the cheapest parts available, but didn't skim on quality at all. Within a week, he had my car looking as good as new, and I saved more than $1000 by working with him and not the insurance company. A few weeks later, I had to get my new licenses plates attached to my newbumper and had no idea where to start. I stopped by MAC without an appointment to ask his advice, and Moon and his friendly work staff did it within 15 minutes.
