Despite their claims, they are affiliated with the mechanics and installers who do the work -- and unfortunately, the lack of accountability shows. Michelle offered no real help, Carrie was completely incompetent and useless, and Andy did nothing but agree with the issues without ever providing actual solutions. STAY AWAY from this company.
