Within approximately three minutes of placing the order, I texted the company back to cancel the request before any driver had been dispatched or services provided. To my surprise, I was informed that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review their business practices before using their services.

She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. The police department called on buddy's to have my car towed to remove it from the scene. I requested that my car be towed to the dealership we bought it from so they could look at it. I told all of this information to the police officer who asked me where I wanted my car taken. My car was the last of 4 vehicles towed from this accident and it's in the police report where it was supposed to have been towed. Buddy's towing took it upon themselves to tow it to their lot anyway and are now refusing to fix their mistake. I, myself heard one of the police officers on scene ask the officer who took down all of the information if the tow truck driver knew where to take my car and he said he had told him. My husband has been on the phone off and on for the last two days to try to get to the bottom of the issue and they have still refused to accept any blame. We own a business and would never treat a customer like this. Save yourself the trouble and don't call Buddy's towing.
