I waited 2 of those hours for my car so I guess I get to wait a few more. I know their time is important but as my only day off I didn't want to spend half my day there so I took my car and left. They will rotate your tires balance some and they'll do like different maintenance on your car that you need that the dealer of course we charge you twice as much for. I'd recommend Costa they're pretty busy they're located in East Oakland and I believe they're closed on Sundays but they're definitely worth it. If you can make an appointment to drop your car off there to get it serviced usually they don't. They don't allow you to wait because they take their time and diagnosing everything and making sure they do it right and sometimes they may have to order things, but I would highly recommend you check them out. My family has been relying on them not only for tires, but for maintenance for almost 20 something year maybe 25 years.
