She received lower dentures from him, and they were incredibly painful and never fit properly. Despite many, many visits over a 2-3 year period, he was unable to fix the issue. I live in New York, but I had a filling fall out while I was visiting Allentown, and Fairmont Dental worked me in for an emergency visit within two hours of calling! They were so gentle in my mouth and took extra care of me, and I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

They took my information and asked if I could come in at 2:00pm. I made sure I could. After filling out my updated forms, I was whisked about to various professionals . They went from xrays, looking at my problem tooth, to some forms (including pricing, insurance information, etc), cleaning, and finally in my case no solution except extraction, and explained everything at every step of the process! Extremely impressive! The staff (I REALLY wish I could remember names, but since I can't, I won't, but dealt with probably half a dozen people,) was incredible! I go in today and they can't even help my problem all because I have a balance from 2024 which I don't or I am told that 2 of their staff are fired because they weren't charging customers correct. The problem I had that brought me there I believe is also their fault. So if the staff doesn't do their job correctly we and all of you will be charged something from previous years or be dismissed. I hope everyone will leave and find a practice that treats them the way we should be treated!
