I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .

To preface, this is my first time writing a review, let alone a negative one! After being a patient…read morehere for over three years, I'm done. Suburban Dental sells faulty products and is an unaccommodating cash grab. The office manager will not get on the phone to speak with me, despite making unreasonable financial decisions. Additionally, they provided incorrect information regarding my insurance coverage, argued with me and then dismissed me when I tried to explain that my insurance provided partial coverage--then required that I pay in full. As a sanity check, I called my insurance provider for a second time to confirm coverage, and then called Suburban Dental the following day to explain that I was creating a claim. The office manager then offered to create a claim for me. Their procedures do not make any sense; why did I have to go through all of this trouble to begin with?   To explain why I say 'faulty products': I've purchased three different retainers--not because I just adore retail therapy--but because they kept partially cracking upon removing them. Their retainers are a very delicate, thin piece of plastic that I am very careful with removing. I even asked their hygienists to show me how to properly take them out to prevent breakage. However, within approximately 3 years of owning them, the bottom retainer broke after having it for ~1.5 years, and the top retainer broke after ~2.5 years. As a comparison, I had a previous retainer from a different dentist that lasted over 10+ years and never had any issues.   To explain why I say 'cash grab' and 'unaccommodating': The first time my retainer cracked, I was charged full price ($225) and was 'conveniently' informed afterwards that I could have brought in the molds from when they first created them and only been charged a 'discount' of $125. Considering the fact that they created my retainer, had my molds on file and knew I was unaware of this perk, it seems this was a way to take advantage of a patient. Recently, my top retainer broke and I relayed this information to a receptionist who tried to plea my issue to the office manager, who refused to speak with me on the phone. Despite initially overcharging me and distributing a faulty product, I was told I'd have to pay another $125 for a top retainer. I feel that because both retainers cracked the same way within such a short period of time from simply removing them, they should've been accommodated for. For the $450 price point (I am now investing $800 into retainers), the quality of the products combined with the lack of professionalism and accountability from this management is unacceptable and arguably exploitative.     This practice clearly refuses to provide ethical, quality care to their patients. I'll be finding a different dentist, and I hope this message prevents others from wasting their time and money!

After the cleaning, we got a bill for over $100. What the heck! Our plan pays 100% for a cleaning and check-up. Come to find out, the insurance is out of network, but I wasn't told. I would have never made this appointment... Why would I go to a dentist who just covers a fraction of the cost, instead of one covering a 100%. I guess I'm stuck paying this $100. I sent an email to the office and was ignored. Just to compare to other dental offices, I called three other dental practices and was correctly told it was out of network. I wish Dr. Evers' office staff would have done the same. The dentist might be fine, but if the office is not properly run, I would stay away from the practice.

Was told I needed a deep cleaning and nothing else would be done that night. This was after I waited 45 min for my appointment and never had my teeth cleaned. I was going to have to make more appointments in the future. I said no thank you and left. Then charged $100 for the poking, the pain and the attempt at humiliation. Sorry, this is not the way to run a compassionate professional practice. Well, it used to be not the way. Now it's all about $$$ and making patients "the problem". I am so so sick of it.

During my first visit, I had a tooth extracted, but I wasn't prescribed antibiotics until two or three days later--and only after I called them. Their customer service is poor, and the way they treat patients leaves much to be desired. On the day of the extraction, I had originally gone in for a cleaning and paid for it, but at the last minute, I changed my mind and opted to have the tooth pulled instead. They never performed the deep cleaning, and even though I paid sixty-odd dollars, they kept the money. Despite this issue, I returned in 2026 to get some fillings; they worked on the wrong tooth, and today they caused me to lose a day of work--time I had specifically requested off. I sat in the dentist's chair for an hour, waiting for someone to explain what procedure they were going to perform. They had me sign for the insurance payment (which they certainly collect), but they didn't do the work because, supposedly, time had run out and I needed to be rescheduled. My options were either to stay and risk a botched job due to the lack of time--risking damage to my tooth from rushed work--or to leave in frustration. What would you have done? Experiencing discrimination firsthand is deeply unsettling. Because of my language barrier (which I am currently working to overcome), the doctor twists your words, claiming to have provided information they never actually gave; ultimately, it becomes a case of your word against theirs. Let me tell you: Advanced Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry LLC is terrible. They lack good customer service, and they are disrespectful, discriminatory, and demeaning.

She explained what they would do, how they would do it and also gave me a good dental hygiene tip as well. It was evident how much she really enjoys her job, she was very passionate about dentistry. The ladies at the desk who answered my call to set up my appointment were nothing but polite, welcoming and friendly. The office also mailed me a packet of paperwork to fill out ahead of my appointment. That struck me as being very organized. There was a cancellation also, so I was contacted and asked if I could come in early and I was able to get in early. They are still doing the mask thing and temperatures. Not a fan of that but it's the "guidelines"- so it's ok, I suppose. One thing I liked was that Dr Brophy did the exam before the cleaning. I liked that because once the cleaning is done you can get out. In the past at other offices you end up waiting and waiting for the final dentist look over. Dr Brophy was professional. I felt that I got a very thorough exam as well. This practice is general dentistry only, anything major like root canals you'll be referred out. Don't love that either but that's the way they do it here in this area.
