The person checking IDs wouldn't let me take my plastic cup of water and ice with me when I left. It was literally just ice at that point & made me throw it away. My friends decided on getting their unlimited beer until 8pm, but I didn't want to participate & pretty sure you can tell between water or beer in a cup. Also, I guess I could've put vodka in it - a clear liquid except I didn't because it was only ice at that point. I left a 45%(cash) tip. After signing, I had to ask for a receipt or else they werent giving me one. Unfortunately I shoved it in my pocket without looking at it. When I got home, I realized for my $4.95 wings they added an extra $3.00 because I requested drumsticks. REALLY??? Almost double the price I was told??? I've becoming coming to this establishment every week with me and a dozen other of my buddies. We actually go out of our way to gather a major crowd to come out and support this place because not only are the prices on Thursdays insanely irresistible, but also the music and multiple different bars with different vibes are all you could ask for. Me and one of my other buddies feeling in the brink of the moment, and after witnessing all night many individuals going on the stage indoors next to the DJ dancing, felt a sense of excitement. I got on staged, grabbed my friends hand and twirled him around, nothing inappropriate, in fact was very romantic and overall very alive, exciting for the both of us, which is exactly what you want in a night out. Within seconds we were kicked off staged by a security guard saying the stage was for woman only. After a few seconds of confusion and conversation the security guard basically stated only woman are allowed to enjoy the staged, in exact words "show off themselves" while all I had was allowed was the dance floor and was warned to stop questioning or else we would get kicked out. Keep in mind, me and my friend were being very respect and in general making the highlight of our night, while also having a dozen of our friends cheer and celebrate the night with us. I understand for marketing reasons you tend to appeal for a certain demographic. To just be so blatant that you want only woman to show themselves off instead of a collective group of EVERYONE having such a great time kinda completely destroyed my excitement for the establishment. Bouncer denied me for no valid reason. I go here all the time with my friends because it's our favorite place to go out. The bouncer said that it wasn't me in the picture. He asked me questions about my ID which I answered correctly because obviously it's literally me. Then he still didn't believe me so I asked him if I could go grab one of the cops right over there on the sidewalk to verify and he said "Nah that won't make a difference." How would a cop not make a difference in verifying??? Then i asked him how else I can prove it since it's literally my ID. He asked for my apple settings, my snapchat profile and my facebook which I provided to him and definitely proved it was me. Then he said "Let me see a picture of you when you were bigger." So i scroll back to last year and find a picture of me when I was bigger and he said "There's no way that's you. You have more freckles. This ID is real but it's not yours." Even though all the info i provided him matched that it was me and I was willing to go get a cop to verify it! In the last year I've lost a lot of weight but you can tell that it's me in pictures just with a chubbier face and a bit more pale. I was also wearing no makeup in the photo and that night I had makeup on. I was respectful the entire time because I didn't wanna give him a reason to not let me in. He still refused to let me in and gave me my ID back and said "Sorry not tonight." I'm 22 years old and I have a valid REAL ID that's only about a year old. I'm just not sure why he chose me to pick on that night but I don't want it to happen again. I love going to this bar and i have NEVER had that happen to me. Never had an issue with my ID at this bar or any bar for that matter until then. It was so embarrassing. I understand that you have the right to refuse service for any reason but I didn't give him any reason not to let me in! I was cooperative and respectful the whole time, even after he denied me. Watched multiple workers drink on the clock as well. Not a good look guys. The real reason Im writing this review, is because one of the security guards, with neck tats and a full sleeve thought it would be funny to slap water out of my hand and into my face after I repeatedly told him it was just water. Ordered a beer around 930pm, it was $5 even, for not even 6 oz. At 11pm? It was .50 higher at another bar around the corner. What is this price gouging?! It got super crowded around 11pm so we left.
