Making an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in within a couple days. The person who I met at the front desk was so friendly and warm. He answered all my questions well and I wasn't made to feel stupid, uncomfortable or like I was wasting his time. He seemed very genuine when explaining things and was able to fix everything in less that two hours. They're located right next to a diner, which made waiting for the car even more comfortable. Don't waste your time here after speaking with their "technicians" it's pretty obvious drug testing isn't a requirement for employment here. I guess I'm insane for even going here lol.
