She was helpful in explaining the different foam options and also in choosing the right fabric once we had decided on the colors. We got the cushions yesterday and we love them! The fit is great and they feel really nice to sit on. The cushions did take a bit longer to make than expected. We attribute that to (1) Vegas Upholstery was busy when we first approached them, and (2) one of the fabrics took a while to come from the manufacturer. But overall, we're very happy with the quality. The cost was reasonable as well.

When I opened the door, he said [I'm the window treatment guy]. No uniform, no name tag, no company vehicle, no business card and looking questionable, I had to ask him for his name! I let him into the house and he walks in with no shoe protectors on right on my white entry rug (I was shocked) so on to the issue at hand. After several attempts of doing the same thing myself and the HD help desk did, he had no fix and said that he would have to come back on another day during HD business hours to call them to help him resolve the problem. This was on a Thursday so I said what time Friday works for him? He said it would be sometime next week [he does not work Friday because he lives in Arizona, I live Nevada!]. So off he went home never to return nor have I heard from Rob to reschedule the appointment! This was all unprofessional at the highest level. Oh you may wonder if my shades and repeaters ever got back on line with the hub and the PowerView app? I fixed it myself!!! For new high $$$$ installation, great service. I bought a premium Apollo Double French retractable screen system back in November 2025. I recently…read morehad new doors installed , so I hired their distributor, Apollo , to take down and reinstall the doors.The tech who came out, Will Smith, was professional and totally upfront with me. He told me that both of my screens had ripped at the bottom because the original installer Apollo sent me in November (Jacob) didn't cut the bottom track at a 45-degree angle like he was supposed to. This mistake caused the mesh to catch and tear on the sharp metal. Will did a great job fixing the screens and cutting the metal frames down to fit the new opening, and we shook hands on a $600 total payment. The problem is Apollo's corporate office. When I reached out to them to ask for a partial refund to cover the mesh repair caused by their first guy's bad install, they were completely unhelpful. Jacob the original installer, is no longer in business and Will Smith is now the installer. They sent my emails straight to spam, gave me the runaround, and finally claimed they couldn't help because they "aren't a franchise" and claimed they had no record of me, despite my original receipt explicitly saying "Apollo LLC."It is really disappointing that a luxury brand refuses to take responsibility when a technician they personally referred messes up an installation. Will Smith did a great job fixing the issue, but Apollo Corporate does not stand behind their product or their customers. If you want a high-end retractable screen with actual customer service, you may be better off looking at Phantom Screens or Mirage instead. Apollo will claim that they aren't responsible for their installers, but they directly referred me to Jacob who didn't install correctly, so who is at fault? A premium brand should back the workmanship of the professionals they assign to represent them.
