    Bugsy's was great! They were recommended to me from a friend. They just installed the shutters and I love them. Installation was fast. The guys wore face masks and covered their shoes which was really Appreciated. I will use them again for the bedrooms!

    Bugsy's is great. Was referred by a neighbor friend. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was professional and friendly. Conrad was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect shutter blinds for my home. Pedro and his team were quick and efficient. They even discarded my old blinds for me. I thought for sure I was going to have to haul them to the trash. Thank you so much. I'm so happy with my blinds. I will refer you to family and friends. I will definitely call you if I ever need to add or upgrade.

    We purchased blinds 3 years ago for a new home using Bugsy's and they did the installation. Everything was fine. Although we never reviewed them at that time, we had no complaints and they would have received a 5 star review from us. However recently one of the strings on a blind came out of the housing. We called Bugsy's and was told to bring the blinds in. We uninstalled them and brought them to Bugsy's only to be told that there is nothing they can do. I called the rep who sold us the blinds. She said that there was no repairing them but we they can order us another blind for $475 which was the original cost of the blind we paid 3 years ago. I failed to see how that would be acceptable to us. She said that she would speak to "The Boss Man" and be back in contact. After never hearing back from anyone, we found Blinds USA (Blind Doctor). They restrung the blinds within one day and the total cost was only $39. It is a shame that Bugsy's does not have the level of professionalism and customer service that you would expect when you have almost $10k in blinds in their property.

    Great company with an amazing team. Called & got a consultation within the same week, decided we wanted to go forward & booked our app. In less than 2 weeks our shades were ready for installation. Took less than 2 hours for all 9 windows to be finished. They look amazing!

    All other seams are hidden except this one. The back side is worse.

    Bring your business elsewhere. If their follow up service after installation is as good as they are at trying to call you to book an appointment, this company would do much better. They called every day for a week trying to get a hold of me to book an appointment. After install? They don't bother calling once. Delivery was supposed to be 3 weeks. It took 6 weeks. They didn't bother calling with any status updates. We were given a product that wasn't designed according to contract. After saying something about it, we were told it's better for the type of rod that was selected. Otherwise, it would have been difficult to retract. We weren't aware beforehand that the style of pleats would change based on the rod. Plus, it still doesn't retract the way it should. So I believe the information given to us was to cover up someone's mistake in the order process. The installers showed us what was hand written on the order. I showed them the signed contract. The style of pleating did not match from what was on the signed contract and what was hand written on the order submitted to the manufacturer. That is another reason to believe someone screwed up our order. Yet, no one has done anything about it. The drapes had a difficult time opening and closing because we were given the wrong rod. After the rod was switched out for the correct rod, it still had a hard time opening and closing, and making a screeching noise. The guys who did the install had to spray silicone to help it glide. Yet, the screeching still hasn't gone away. Shortly after they left, the rod clip broke off. We still haven't heard back after telling the installers it broke. The other set of drapes has a cord that is loose. They said they would fix it. Still have not heard back. There is one seam that is visible from the front and back side of the drapes. The reason for spending so much on custom drapes is for drapes that look like one panel, not with visible seams. Had we known we were going to get a product like this, we would have gone to a different company that could pull through with quality. We were told they would see if someone could fix it. We haven't heard back. Their follow up system is horrible. It's unfortunate someone spends thousands of dollars with a company to get poor quality and terrible follow up service. I do not recommend them.

    Window is larger so I needed the double fold

    I'm so sad! I wish I had found this company before I had shutters installed in the front of my home. The company I hired prior to Bugsy's left my home in a mess. The nails are showing in the outside of the home. The brackets don't meet flushed. Bugsy's blinds are the best. The frame came made and they just fit it in the window and screwed to the inside of window. Beautiful and so meet. They came an left for 4 large windows installed less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable. Don't hesitate to hire them. Very neat and clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and nice. The installers very great also. Let's us know what was going on. Do it!

    Got my whole house re-done. 26 windows! I used to have vertical blinds and changed it to horizontal faux wood. Looks like a new house. Thank you!! I love it!

    This review is long overdue. The first business I dealt with when I was buying a house in Las Vegas was Bugsy's Blinds and it was a great experience. I found Bugsy's on Yelp and Yelp did not disappoint. Aside from the reviews, Bugsy's had way more options than the other companies, could deliver them quicker and at better prices so that's why I decided to go with them. I was buying a house that didn't have a single blind or shutter. I had temporary paper blinds shielding my house from the hot Vegas sun throughout. That was a situation that needed to be rectified immediately so I called up Bugsy's and they matched me up with Rafael. He became in charge of my account. I communicated to him via text messages and we got the whole process going before I had even closed escrow. Rafael was easy to get a hold of and went the extra mile to help me, which I'll admit, I needed a little extra help than normal because I still lived in NYC at the time. Rafael knew that I didn't want to be without window coverings for a long period of time. I like my sleep in the mornings and waking up at 5 am when the sun comes up was not something I was looking forward to. Bugsy's was sensitive to that fact and he assured me that they would take care of me and get me my blinds as quickly as humanly possible. Rafael was great to deal with from start to finish. Bugsy's Blinds got the job done right on time, just as Rafael had promised. He even recommended a great trainer whom I've been working out with ever since. I really appreciated that extra personal touch, as I was new to town and didn't know very many people. I recommend Bugsy's without any hesitation. The blinds/shutters that they made for my house are very high quality and beautiful. For the quality of that I received, I got a great deal! There were some minor modifications that needed to be done to one of my shutters and they did it expeditiously without any additional charges. I was so happy with my experience with their company that I decided to hire them to add solar shades to my bedroom doors. This saves you money on your energy bill as well as makes it blackout dark so you can really get your zzzzz's on. Last I heard, Bugsy's was going to start doing unbreakable glass in addition to all the other services they offer. I will probably be hiring them again to add this security feature to my home in the near future.

    In 2011 we used Bugsy's for our purchase of 38 windows worth of real wood and custom stained plantation shutters and a few blinds. I'm very impressed with the outcome of the shutters and blinds. Amazing craftsmanship, awesome customer service and they were made within an understandable lead time. We have another house now and look forward to beautiful window coverings again. I love our shutters and will be using them again soon for our new home!

    This has been an okay, yet a little disappointing experience with positive resolve in the end…read more Having seen the other reviews on this company, I had higher expectations that things would be customer focused and efficient. I called on a Friday night close to closing time to see if I could schedule with them to get an estimate on some window solar screens. Ben wound up calling me back to let me know he can come by on Monday morning to get me an estimate. He came on time at 9am to get measurements and provided me a quote thereafter. That initial meeting was the only pleasant part of this experience because the communication after I made the half payment was horrid. Ben mentioned that he would be in another country on a trip the following day after the estimate was provided, but let me know that in two weeks the product will be ready and installed. Two weeks passed and I never received any follow up regarding our install. I also never received the digital receipt and invoice I was told I would get for the payment I made so I made sure to keep the text confirmation to him directly along with my payment detail on my end. I followed up with the company and called three times to speak with someone regarding my installation and product. I received no call back all day and called again the day after. This was when two weeks had already passed. I texted them on their business text line thereafter when I received no follow up. I had to text them twice for me to hear back from Juan (JD) who explained that he was in charge of things while Ben was out of the office in Indonesia. When I expressed my frustration with the fact that no one has contacted me regarding the product and installation, he said "do you want me to help you out or not?" That response was incredibly not empathetic because I was expressing my frustration that it took me asking them 5 different times regarding the service to get any feedback. He connected me with Caesar who was the one doing the installation. Caesar contacted me saying that he would be at my house Thursday to do the install. Thursday, he calls me again to say the product will be in after 330pm so he will have to move the installation to Friday. Caesar said he would be at my home by 9am, but no communication at all till after I called and texted after 910am to receive a text from him saying he will be 30 minutes late. Despite the lapse in communication, Caesar and Miguel both made the ending result of this experience better. They were both polite and took their time to make sure everything was aligned. Both of them deserve 5 stars alone. Aside Caesar and Miguel, communication has honestly been quite bad with this company and the way it was handled when I followed up was quite rude and lacked empathy for the frustration. No client should ideally have to contact the company various times to be acknowledged for the job to follow through. Price for everything was fair, I just wished the customer service was better. Currently, still waiting for an invoice record since the company has not provided that after I tried to call again multiple times to make final payment. I know with travel and everything factored that it wasn't all one person's fault for the horrible communication, but the service just wasn't what I expected because Ben seemed to really care when I met him for the initial estimate. I understand delays, but I had to re-explain the project to Juan (JD) and Caesar because Juan (JD) didn't even know who I was and addressed me as another client named Camila. The whole process after initial estimate was a headache because the staff wasn't prepared and had I not called or texted to follow up multiple times, my project would have been even more delayed. Juan made "promises," he didn't intend to keep because Gina from the office line called saying he never intended to send over the invoice today and that Ben would be the one sending over my warranty and invoice info. Not a great impression of the company as a whole and I am still waiting for the invoice and warranty details. In the end, however, I have to say Ben is trustworthy for his product quality and escalation service. He contacted me as soon as he touched down and provided me with what his staff could not. I know things fell in the communication pipeline when he was away, but I appreciated his urgency to fix the issue.
