I took it back to them because they didn't fix the bumpers or the windows or the running board. My claims officer called them and asked why all of a sudden it wasn't safe? They said they was incorrect information. Super mad! I'll go somewhere else for the rest of the repairs. The office ladies are very nice though, the only positive thing I have to say.

Went home and did some research on line and found it was a common, inexpensive and easy fix. I bought a new Mopar A/C Heater Blower Motor Resistor on Amazon for $19.80. Took it to my local, amazing garage guy, who popped out the glove box, pulled out the old part, snapped in the new one, and snapped the glove box back in place. Total elapsed time? Five minutes. TOPS. Blower works perfectly. When I asked my local guy how much I owed him for his help, he looked a little surprised, laughed, and then said "Nothing."

No one returned my call, and when I called back the following day, they told me it would be at least 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. Only after threatening to take my car to another shop, they "fast tracked" me and got it done within the week. To top it off, the woman at the counter does not know how to wear a face mask properly. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
