Great business that has always treated us well. This is our #1 choice for a body shop. They're busy for good reason.

Took it back and it's been sitting there not touched for two weeks and no one thought to call to tell me there was an issue. Went and picked it up today. A hose was dangling from the underneath. Nice. They told my insurance company it wasn't safe to drive. Then why did they send it home the first time saying all repairs were complete. I took it back to them because they didn't fix the bumpers or the windows or the running board. My claims officer called them and asked why all of a sudden it wasn't safe? They said they was incorrect information. Super mad! I'll go somewhere else for the rest of the repairs. The office ladies are very nice though, the only positive thing I have to say.

Everyone involved did such a great job, I don't know where to start!…read more I obtained five local estimates for damage sustained to my Forerunner, before choosing Lovegrove Collision--and I chose them for many reasons. They got me in right away, I barely even had time to check my phone once I arrived. The estimation process was thorough and professional, he even discovered damage that I hadn't initially noticed. These are professionals. The office manager kept me well apprised, and they finished the repairs in record time, with no loss in quality. I hope that I don't need any body work again, anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'll go! Five Stars! Highly recommended!

What you are about to read is true. When I first brought the truck in so they could look at it he told me he could do the repair at the amount insurance was offering and said he "doesn't like painting over dents," which gave me confidence the panel would be repaired without dents. After nearly three weeks, the truck came back with sloppy work: Eight areas of visible debris and pinholes in the paint, a visible dent, one trim piece scuffed, tape left on two different areas, and an area that looks like rust wasn't properly prepped before painting. I brought it back to discuss the issues. The owner agreed to a repaint and even said, "I'm surprised you didn't bring it back sooner," suggesting he already knew the work was bad. He also said fixing the dent would be another $300. That's odd since he implied he would repair all of the dents when I first brought the truck in. On the day scheduled for the repaint, I unfortunately had to decline to pay the extra $300 for the dent repair since I already spent $500 and didn't want to put more money into it. I think that made him angry even though he said that was optional. I still expected the other defects to be fixed. While we spoke, he rubbed an abrasive pad across the painted panel as a demonstration leaving about two feet of visible scratches. I then pointed out several repair problems, including a small rust spot that looked like rust in that area had been painted over, and I said in a half joking way, "This spot bothers me for some reason." I was trying to keep the conversation light because I was sensing he was getting angry. He then replied with some insults: "I think a lot of things bother you," accused me of "trying to get free stuff," and said he'd "paint the rust spot if he had enough paint." I was shocked but kept my comments to myself at that point. I left to take the bus home. As I walked, his "enough paint" remark was irritating me, so I returned to the office to clarify what he meant. As we were discussing the situation the receptionist suggested I take my keys and reschedule after things cooled down. I agreed and walked to my truck to leave. As I was leaving, the owner came outside and asked why I was leaving. I told him it was because of what he said. He instantly became extremely angry, told me to "get out of here!" and threatened to punch me in the face. I left and later filed a police report due to that violent threat. Their website states "All our paint services are backed by warranties ranging from limited to lifetime," and that they "take pride in customer satisfaction." I have tried to contact them several times about honoring that warranty and have received no response. I emailed photos of the multiple repair defects to them afterward, asking how they would fix them and received no response. Poor workmanship, insulting comments, and violent threats toward a customer. Avoid this shop at all costs if you value your vehicle and your personal safety.

No one returned my call, and when I called back the following day, they told me it would be at least 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. Only after threatening to take my car to another shop, they "fast tracked" me and got it done within the week. To top it off, the woman at the counter does not know how to wear a face mask properly. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

If you want to know ALOT about this business, take the time to read this review. It's long, but…read moreinformative. In July of 2024 a Schurter Trucking company truck passed me going the opposite direction and rocks just RAINED down on my car and broke my windshield and put a number of paint chips in my car. I turned around and got video of the truck. I reported this to the trucking company AND my insurance. My insurance (State Farm) said to work with the trucking company's insurer, Country Financial. I talked to them and got ONE phone call from an adjuster and then it was silence. They never, ever called me back again. So I circled back to State Farm. Well State Farm has contracted out all of their broken winshield claims to a third-party company. This is NOT State Farm, but a completely separate company that cares nothing for me or my problems. They were absolutely HORRIBLE to work with. Calls continually dropped after waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more, they were really nasty people (not friendly or helpful), an it was a nightmare navigating their phone system. In addition, my insurance agent kind of left me on my own (since they can't really give any input on the third-party decision). So I'm left to navigate getting my windshield repaired on my own. Links (the third-party company for State Farm), told me to get quotes. I got some and decided I wanted to have the work done by a dealership. Links said they would call the dealership to get confirmed pricing. They never got it (I don't believe they even tried to call) and sent me a random amount that would not come close to covering the repairs at a dealership. I wanted to get Factory Market glass as opposed to After Market Glass since there is no guarantee with After Market that the calibration would work, plus I drive on back roads for my job and needed a strong windshield (as evidenced by what happened to it already). Well, I was alone to navigate this and it took me over two months of frustration, crying, arguing with Links and getting sympathy from my insurance agent. My insurance agent did ask around to his fellow agents who their customers were using in Salem for windshield repair and I was told Justin at Speedy Glass on 12th Street. I called and talked to Justin directly. He patiently listened to what I had been through and really sympathized. He then took my VIN number to get he proper glass and got to work figuring out pricing. His cost (for glass, replacement, and calibration) was ony $200 over what I was given by Links and over $700 less than what a dealership would charge! He said it would be no problem and I was overjoyed to support his business with the price I was given. I was so happy and felt a HUGE weight lift off my shoulders. I just had the work done at Speedy Glass last Friday and I am SO happy. I feel safe driving down the road and Justin's work is worth EVERY penny. If you want someone who really cares about you and does STELLAR work -- CALL OR GO SEE JUSTIN. You won't be sorry.
