Ian graciously offered to reimburse me for a couple items that apparently were swept up in the…read moreremediation. The ground floor of the townhouse that incurred the backup is small (400sf) so there was not much space to move the contents out of the way. Ian also explained the insurance limitations for a level 3 backup when the homeowner insurance as written neglects to reference the HOA master policy. Overall EC Restoration works better with homeowners than the big national water remediators, which is why our adjuster uses this business. We are lucky to have them for this (hopefully) once in a lifetime event.
