They have always been courteous and nice. I've never felt they weren't glad to help me.

I lost my sister to gun violence last night. I called to explain the situation and how I would love to sell my gun to prevent this tragedy from happening again; the young lady answered. I began speaking. She put me on hold and told everyone the weapon I wanted to sell had shot someone, and I hate that she disregarded my feelings and made up a story she believed; when I spoke out about it, she hung up! I called back, and a male answered; he allowed me to speak and said, "Ma'am, as WE told you, first, I'm not a child; we are adults (educated adults), and the first young lady never mentioned anything he is saying now, they seem to honor each other rather than keeping excellent customer service! Please provide an email I that I may adequately complain so this does not happen again to anyone else who has lost someone! But based on how those two employees responded, the owner seems to allow them to do and say whatever they want! Not good at all. I pawn an I pad, when I pick it back up and took it home it was logged in to someone's Apple ID who worked at the store. I went one day durring posted working hours and they were closed. I went again and they could not unlock it because she was not working that day made very little effort that I could see to contact her. The store was empty but it seem that they were doing everything to get me out of their face because they knew they were in the wrong. I left and I'm going back when the person sign in my I pad works. I did not turn over the I pad in this condition. Now I have to deal with this useless I pad 2 weeks after I paid it off. I'm going back on Monday if I can not get it unlocked I will take them to small claims court for a new I pad. read more
