After getting it home and really getting to look at it, it was nowhere near inspectable. Over $900 in parts later it is what it should have been. The list is: Both tires severely dry rotted, front caliper seized, master cylinder full of crystallized fluid, lights inop due to chewed wires and a mouse nest in the headlight bucket, broken tach cable, fuel filter cut off the petcock inside the tank and no clamp on the hose, all kinds of foam shoved in the air box to richen it up (the carbs needed done) cooling fan inop because the fuse box was rusty, battery no good and melted regulator/rectifier connector, rear shocks leaking, none of the fluids changed (coolant, fork oil, the final drive was empty) and the fork seals. I'm sorry but there is no way a customer should've been allowed to ride this home on I95. Luckily I didn't.

Billed over 380.00 to review my two Seadoos then determined they would sell me the parts, but wouldn't do any work (despite having the Seadoos for two weeks) because it might harm their reputation because of their age and would not be able to guarantee the work. But get this...tested them, but didn't actually put in new batteries for the test...hmmmmm. Said I needed a starter, but really just a voltage regulator. Needed a DESS post...nope just a key. Wouldn't even do a carb cleaning but DID PUT IN SPARK PLUGS. However, the "authorized" Seadoo. Dealer put in the wrong plugs, but charged my 28.00 nonetheless. This place was beyond useless and the service tech was condescending as he said I forced him to look at it and he was doing my a favor. I need less friends like this and more like Lacey Performance that fixed both of my Seadoos in under 4 hours. Waste of money and time. I would Love to hear from the owner as I was told he was unavailable on a Saturday morning (July 20, 2024) to speak to me.

just found out i was charged 130 dollars to "clean" the broken turn signal switch. a whole new…read moreswitch is 53 dollars and 2 bolts to change. what an absolute scam..... also was quoted 720 flat fee for valve adjustments (which they didnt do and i had to have re-done 3 weeks later) and was charged 867 dollars for supplies and other BS. was called 4 times by someone to remove my review and called twice by the GM to "talk" but only after i threatened litigation . my cam chain tensioner went bad after 2 weeks and locked my motor up. thankfully there was no catastrophic damage . there is no way ... also was charged 182 dollars for an oil change i was told was 90. every step of the experience was terrible. almost 2 months, never changed the brake pads, said they didnt have time, but made me sign a wavier saying how terrible they were then sold them to me as i was leaving . never adjusted the valves but was charged 900 dollars, never changed the cam chain tensioner just "cleaned" it and it broke 2 weeks later leaving me stranded with a broken engine costing me 290 to be towed 2 hours. J PHILLIPS IS HANDS DOWN THE LAZIEST, WORST TECHNICIAN ALIVE. whoever runs service is a scam artist. whole company is terrible. my dad bought about 8 dirtbikes off the showroom floor when we raced growing up . never had a bad experience until about 2019. everything is about how much they can get out of you with the least service possible

The staff are knowledgeable and can answer the questions asked and seem friendly however, sometimes they seem to not want to be bothered if you don't know what exactly you're looking for or don't know a lot about riding or the products . If you're local it's definitely worth stopping by and checking out the floor which doesn't really have much now in our current situation but nobody really has stock at the moment .
