The car wash itself is mostly automated. A worker pulls the car into the tunnel and gets out and then the conveyor belt takes over. After the car comes out of the tunnel a swarm of workers cleans the windows and the tires. Unfortunately, the exterior of the car still had plenty of dirt and water spots on it. See photos. The workers clean the interior of the windows but they got over-spray on the dashboard. I pointed this out but they didn't do a good job of wiping it up. It's cold. It's February! And they are obviously immigrants working at a very low-paying job, so I feel sorry to give the business a low rating. It's not the worker's fault.

They are always trying to sell me the unlimited monthly wash, which even if you go only a few times a month it may be worth it, but those recurring monthly charges for such services are never easy to cancel. Never. It's local and does the job, but always a lingering chemical smell for days afterwards.

I purchased their highest costing tier, called "Reflection" hoping to get the best wash. However, they do not provide this. There is a manual process of selecting the wash. This is provided by the employee at the entrance to the wash. They have always given me a lower tier (calledProtect and Shine) which has a considerably lower monthly cost. I assume this is because the higher ties costs them more money to provide. DO NOT PURCHASE "REFLECTION". You will be ripped off. Doing this constitutes FRAUD on their part. Buyer beware.

The M40 is a high performance car and requires a specific type of coolant made by BMW and the washer fluid I use is different. If you have a high performance car do not bring it here, they will tap of your car with asking you.
