They sell flanges, tiny ones - if you know what those are then you know what kind of store this is. When you need some complex special parts to make that project work this is where you go. I believe we're under warranty so I was dealing with the girl at the counter, it was her first day. She called the manager over the manager, didn't ask me my name Pretended to get on the computer and tell me that my warranty couldn't be found and I need to bring a paper receipt well my warranty supposed to be under my phone number and I don't know I might not have been dressed the best and I was actually giving a homeless man. He changed from the chain and bar that I had purchased. Perhaps I was written off as a less of a person than himself, the girl at the counter had my phone number and was supposed to call me if she was able to dig up my warranty. I believe Marty is in charge of all the warranty work through steel. I believe that that's his name and he's been OK to deal with. I haven't brought this up to him yet because I'm so bent out of shape that I feel like I might not be able to convey my feelings with any tactwhatsoever. The store is very clean and the help is very attentive. You obviously won't have as vast as a selection as the superstores like Fleet Farm, Menards, Lowes, etc., but they have the standard stuff you would need. In my recent visits, my purchases included a Weber grill, propane, Dot's Pretzels, soda, paint, tape, grass seed and more.
