I can't say enough good things about my experience at Macy's from Cherry Creek Mall. The sales manager, Rose, was so knowledgeable and kind, and she helped me find a foundation that matched me perfectly. I never felt rushed, only supported. She even gave me a couple of fragrance samples to try which I think I'm going to get them soon. They smell amazing! Macy's is lucky to have someone like her.

I have washed this quilt once, and it has been in use less than a month. It is already fraying (see picture). Because I was beyond the 30 day return policy I have no options. Horrible quality and horrible customer service online. Shop anywhere else, but not here.

Ok, so I have a lot of good to say about this Macys location. I'll start with the bad and get it out of the way. This store needs some serious organization. There are not enough employees here. The dressing rooms need an update as well as the bathroom. They also need to be more organized. This Macys is massive, with a third floor holding a Macy's backstage. For business attire at an affordable price, you cannot beat Macy's. I honestly find more clothes for my husband at the Dillard's men's department, but the women's department is always better at Macy's. They have great Ralph Lauren & Calvin Klein sections. The backstage is good for all, but it's setup is like a TJ Maxx. You never know what you could find. Overall you can find some great things in here but the store needs more employees and better organization.

Trying new clothes... disappointing. The store is a mess.

I went in to take advantage of some sales happening. Now, this is Macy's, where the experience is supposed to be 5 stars. Add to it that is in the premium shopping center, Cherry Creek. I've visited this place also once two weeks before and the impression was the same. Poor. I've visited different locations of Macy's through the years, Park Meadows, North Stapleton, Aurora Town Center. Always positive. These two times at Cherry Creek mall, different though. No people available for questions of help. Also merchandise in total disarray. Not appealing to the eye Man shirts placed at the bottom of shelves, hard to see the prices and sizes. I do understand that there is some remodeling happening right now, but still, there is no excuse for the sloppy array of merchandise. There is a lot of merchandise on display put in huge amounts that literally the arrangements look lie TJ Maxx or Russ. I took several pictures and some video.

This Macys should be shut down. It's awful and the sales people are rude, and permanently confused.

Fine. I was told the wait would be fifteen to twenty minutes, and moments later a second associate assured me they would be "with me very, very shortly." I agreed and sat down. I then watched other walk-in customers, people who also had no appointment, get promptly greeted, offered something to drink, and helped. Forty-five minutes passed. No drink was ever offered to me. No update was given. When I finally asked, I was told there were still three people ahead of me and that I had supposedly been "quoted an hour." I was never quoted an hour. I would never have agreed to wait that long, particularly while paying for parking by the hour. When I raised this, the associate escalated his story to "an hour to an hour and a half," which is not remotely what I was told, and does not even align with his colleague's "very shortly." A third associate refused to acknowledge any of this and offered only a hollow "I'm sorry you misunderstood." When I asked if I could simply shop on my own and get help with pants sizing, I was told that required an attendant and would be another thirty to forty-five minutes. I left the items I had gathered on the counter and walked out. Other customers noticed how I was being treated. I left feeling singled out and unwelcome in a store that was happy to serve everyone around me. I will not be returning.

Not a single alteration was done, and the pants still don't fit properly. Now they want me to waste more of time and come in again. Additionally, I ordered long-sleeve shirts, and they sent me short-sleeve shirts. The manager there, Chikee Talker, dealt with the situation poorly. She was resistant to accommodating me properly as a customer, sent an inappropriate email to me and ultimately led me to having to challenge the transaction on my credit card. An incredibly poor experience made worse by a store manager who didn't handle the situation well.

I was browsing their website to see what sort of burgundy suits they had, and the only one that would show up online was a tux version with large black lapels on the jacket. Not quite the look I was going for. So I had some trepidation walking in, as I wanted a burgundy suit but was unsure it would be satisfactory to my preferences. A crucial detail here is that this is for my wedding suit! Upon walking in I met Paula and Angelo. The stories from others review that mention her are all true. She is very knowledgeable, has a great eye for color combinations and tells you everything straight. I had come in at essentially the very last day possible to have a suit made and ready for fitting before my wedding. Word to the wise, the suits can take 4-6 weeks, and longer if you use more premium fabric from Italy, so go months in advance if you are planning a wedding suit! Angelo was a great second opinion and helped us nail down the final look. I should say, since I was nervous about getting the right burgundy suit, Paula and Angelo reassured me it was a good idea, picked out the fabrics that looked best together and illustrated just how nice it would look. They alleviated my concerns about the shade of burgundy that was present on the website, by explaining how the lighting in the photo and what device you actually view the photo on can skew the colors dramatically. They showed me the fabric out of the book, took it into the sun with me to see how it looked, and showed me a similar suit they had done recently, which they posted on their Instagram. The entire consultation took 4 hours, and I left feeling confident in my choices. Once the suit was completed (slightly early I must add) we knocked out the final fitting, made a slight alteration and completed the entire look to the approval of Angelo and Dmitry. You can't go wrong coming to Icon if you are in the market for a custom suit. You will be exceptionally pleased with their professionalism, style and above all the suit itself. It's why people get fitted suits, because they fit!
