Pay in card and contest with merchant as what I bought was defective and this store customer service is inexistent. Don't bother and go somewhere where quality and customers matter

SMALL. I only come to this Macy's when I just need something generic and fast. The selections here are not extensive. They have the Polo, the Calvin Klein, the Nautica and all the other generic brands. If you are looking for some heavy hitter designers I suggest you visit the South Coast Plaza location. One good thing about this Macy's, they have a lot of sale items. If you need to get some workout clothes this is the place to get them. As for shoes, forget it. They only have the most worthless brands available. It is kind of disappointing that this is the type of Macy's that is here at Fashion Island. They do have valet, but this is Newport there is enough parking unless it's Christmas. read more

Macy's does not care about its customers. During this trying time for all Americans, they have decided NOT to let customers delay payments without penalty. Instead, they are only concerned with stockholder dividends and keeping their investors happy at the expense of their customers financial stability. It is, quite frankly, sickening that they refuse to budge on this, even though they just dipped into their 1.5 BILLION line of credit. It just goes to show what they think about their customers. I would highly recommend boycotting Macy's for not showing any compassion during the WORLD's pandemic. read more

Racist employees #1( shoes section wouldn't even help and it's not busy) #2 (clothes section thinks you gonna steal smh! ) #3 Jewelry section lady walk away when we ask for help ) mind you this is on a Monday evening. Barely any shopper's around . We came from a different city to visit and shop around and sightseeing. A group of Asian family if 5 came into Macy to shop around and nobody ask for help or came up to us if we need any assistance! When we ask for help they walk away ! SMH ! Went on Christmas Even to by dresses for my girls for christmas day. It wasn't busy at all as they were getting ready to close. Was super disappointed when I went to put the dresses on my girls on Christmas morning to find the security tag was still on one of them. I had to tackle removing it myself and attempting not to damage the dress as I had no other option on Christmas morning! read more

Everything looks nice and neat there however the customer service is just not there. There was no one there to assist me even when I wanted to check out. I shopped at the kids department with my granddaughter and had to walk from one check-out point to an other one and from there to an other one. The women's bathroom is always so dirty. Macy looks more like a Walmart. Clothes are always all over the floor The floors are usually very dirty. The place looks very disorganized. Macy's looks horrible here. It is way overdue for a big renovation. The restrooms are so dirty and you always see clothing on the floor. You will never see any department stores in Paris like this. Macy's has gone downhill for at least a decade now. Most of their stores look like either a Walmart or Goodwills. Clothing is not organized on shelves and racks. I oftentimes find clothing on their display tables all mixed up. The restrooms are so dirty too! read more

She is a regular shopper at your store. We had dinner in the cafe the night before, somehow my aunts small leather wallet had fallen out of her purse and on to the floor in the Nordstroms cafe. We had an excellent dinner, as usual. We didn't realize until we arrived home later in the evening, that her wallet had fallen onto the floor of your restaurant Of course my aunt was upset that this happened. At the time, so didn't know exactly where she lost her wallet. All she knew was, it wasn't in her purse. We decided we had no choice, but to wait to speak with someone at the store early in the morning. Early the next morning, before the store opened, we contacted the Nordstrom lost and found. We spoke with Christoper in the lost and found department. We shared with him our dilemma and he promptly called us back and found my aunt brown leather wallet. Christopher arranged to meet us outside in front of the store, before the store was scheduled to open. We gave him a phone call when we were outside the store and he met us outside. Wow!! We were so happy!! My aunt was thrilled her wallet was found and everything was secure. Christopher was so polite and professional, he was able to reassure my aunt early that morning, that he had her wallet and everything would be fine. We appreciated Christopher's efforts so much!! My Aunt was thankful we were able to connect with Christoper and that her wallet was completely secure, We are truly grateful for all Christopher's efforts. Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.
