    An empty store where staff was rude and not helpful at all. It's 4:46pm on Saturday the 5th of July. Horrible sales associate.

    Staff here, at this specific store, in the lingerie dept, treats you like you're bothering them. Instead of showing you, the lady said "if we have something, it's over there". Bear in mind, "over there" was not very specific. Now it makes sense why Macy's is slowly but surely going out of business. Dillards gave me far better service. The lady there said "let me show you", and led the way. Macys was no where close. In an empty store.

    This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life! Never going to this location again. I was trying to return an outfit I literally bought the day before and I bought it as is. The customer service register lady Sydney said she had to call her manager to approve it because it looked soiled. I was told the return policy is keep the tags receipt and it is returnable. I was never told if I buy clothes as is and its soiled and tags are off as if you tried it on you can't return it. This is only $70 purchase and both managers Helen and Marisa were very rude never apologized for the inconvenience and was worst customer service ever! I felt very discriminated against and mistreated after Marisa called me inappropriate unprofessional names on top off denying a return that even corporate after I called insisted they had no reason not to return it. This staff is absolutely unprofessional and horrible at dealing with customers. Marisa even finally said after speaking with 3 ppl and corporate wasting 1-2 hours of my time that she'll return the pants for me. After I told her she was very rude and I felt discriminated against she didn't even return the pants! This was such a big inconvenience to my time. I ended up late to work highly upset Marisa was so mean giving me the ugliest look to the extent of making me feel belittled and I literally left the store crying. Not only was I mistreated discriminated but also was caused emotional damage. I really hope they do something about this and replace these managers and obviously they are training the staff to be rude because Sydney was acting entitled rude and above customers. Never going to this location again! Should have looked at the reviews before I went they have nothing but horrible ratings. It's sad I'm not the only one who has experienced this! Smh I wish I could put 0 stars never in my life have I been talked to like this!

    I'm not sure f it's just the geologic area or if it's a combination of things. But I did not have to much luck finding everything that I needed. The associate that helped me unlock a coat to purchase was low on energy, she admitted being Anzio with this COVID ordeal as well as being tired, I had macys coupons that always seem to be SO DARN difficult to use because they have so many damn exclusions. I was not able to use in my coat but was able to go upstairs to Mens and use it in two pairs or Levi's that were on sale. So again, no m not sure if it was a training issue or to many exclusions. Some shelves were fairly empty also .

    The " Need it in a Hurry" sign is a lie. I purchased online to pick up in store and I'm put in a huge line with people returning stuff, waiting over 20 mins. How is this service even fast??? Four people at the kiosks and no one can grab my online order. I should've just shipped it instead of wasting my gas and time thinking that if I picked it up it'll be faster.

    Love Macy's. They did not have my size in a jacket and ordered my size online and shipped to my home for free. I was very pleased.

And help us pick a 2 piece suit, another blazer, pair of slacks, jeans, and a pair of dress shoes all for a trip that we were leaving on this week. He took the measurements and gave us the time to come back for pick up. The only reason I didn't give Men's Wearhouse a 5* rating. I started calling the morning it was promised. The phone system put us through to the store, a young gentleman answered and put me on hold to check the items. I was on hold for 20 minutes (I had a long commute to my next location, otherwise I'm sure I would have thought it was an eternity) No one ever came back on. So I hung up and called back. I let the guy that answered (someone different) know that I was on hold for 20 minutes and I needed to make sure the items were ready as promised before we made the trip to the store. It wasn't ready, but they promised it would be ready the next day. Went in that Thursday, hubby tried everything on. They fit perfectly. We were thrilled with everything that was purchased. The gentleman that helped us also helped us pick out a belt and handkerchief. The in-store experience was perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping there again.

Didn't think to check the date as I rushed to surprise my boyfriend with an early Xmas present before he clocked out of work. My first mind set was to check out the quality and prices to later compare. That didn't work out due to the owner being pushy. Also the fact that I'm pregnant and was in a rush did not help at all. The cool thing is the owner seen my belly then offered me $20 off. The "hiking" boots by Tegropro is originally sold for $140 plus tax $20. With the discount offer my total was $141 after tax. After I purchased the boots I went back onto Yelp to check more reviews due to my concern of the boot quality. The most recent reviews are horrible! I was so worried! What if I couldn't get a refund?! My mind wouldn't snap out of that thought so I dealt with my guts. Well according to my boyfriend the boots are so comfortable with memory foam. He hasn't complained about it one bit! Long story short, I went to buy a vest on December and they didn't have my size so the guy ordered it and I payed 80 on the spot. He gave me an eta of week and half, and guess what??? It was excuse after excuse till this day. 5 months later of itll be here next week I finally went and got my money back. He didn't have enough in his drawer to pay me back my 80 so he gave me 40 and a shirt that I didn't need. The only thing good I will say is that he didn't give me any attitude or argue with me about it.
