My 50th Birthday Cake. I love dogs, pastel colors, and rainbows and created a picture from AI. Nailed it.

My 50th Birthday Cake. I love dogs, pastel colors, and rainbows and created a picture from AI. They nailed the picture to a T. The strawberry chiffon cake was absolutely light, not overly sweet, and delicious!!! ALL my guests kept taking pictures. Chloe and her staff are WONDERFUL to work with!! Very well worth the price.

Best bakery in the East Bay. We ordered a custom cake for my wife's baby shower and it came out delicious and beautiful.

I ordered a customized cake, earl grey flavor with Chloe. This was hands down the best tasting customized cake I've ever had. She has good flavors to choose from and so easy to work with. I'll definitely be ordering from her again.

    Bluey cake

I ordered a customized bluey theme cake for my daughter's second birthday from mad butter bakery. The owner, Chloe was very responsive from beginning to end for the cake ordering process. One good thing about this bakery is you can choose to have your cake delivered. When I received the cake, I was blown away by the details that she put into the cake. My daughter was especially pleased to see her favorite characters showing up on a cake. Some of the decorations were edible so that made it more fun for her birthday. Overall, the cake design was on point and the cake itself also tasted very good. We will definitely keep this bakery in mind when ordering more cakes for future events.

It tastes as good as it looks. The cake design is exactly as I asked for. It definitely tastes as good or even better than the popular chain stores.

Birthday cake with 3 different flavors and toppings.

Sent in order/inquiry via email and she was able to communicate effectively all the details that needed to be addressed in the span of a few days. Cake quality: 4.5/5 I originally chose s'mores and guava but because I wasn't sure if two layers would be too much for 2 people serving, I decided with 1 layer and 1 flavor. S'mores flavor was a marshmallow delight, which included a marshmallows buttercream for frosting, chocolate flavor cake, and marshmallows and graham cracker center. I loved that the frosting and cake were not overly sweet but felt that there could've been a bit more graham cracker. Overall: would highly recommend! If you are looking for a fast turn around time, and solid in quality flavor and design, please consider paperrock fork bakery! Also, Cheers to Elmeisher--She really cares and aims to make every cake wonderful and her best work yet. Can't wait to try her bakery again :)

I honestly wasn't expecting it to turn out this good but wow! The artwork with the buttercream nailed the original image. Flavors: I opted for 4 flavors cookies n' cream, funfetti, Vanilla strawberry filling and chocolate! The chocolate cupcake with the chocolate filling were to die for. Super rich! Will surely be ordering from this place again!

She was extremely nice and accommodating, even outside of the bakery's business hours since we were super late. We taste tested and loved ALL the flavors, but ended up with matcha, ube, and vanilla. During the day of the wedding, Natalie and her team promptly delivered this beautiful 3 tiered custom themed cake. It was completely hassle free (I don't even know when she dropped it off on the hectic day), and exactly how we imagined it to be. Additionally all the guests loved the design and especially the flavor, so we were definitely feeling a little proud for choosing for this place. Thank you Natalie for this amazing cake!!

Hands down they have the best drinks, cookies, macarons, cakes, and now salt bread! I always come to get treats for my kid's teachers (for their birthdays, teacher appreciation week, just because, etc.). I've brought friends visiting the Bay Area to this bakery, which they have loved. Always Yours also has fun cup sleeve events, macaron classes and afternoon tea from time to time. We love supporting small businesses and this one is definitely worth supporting! P.S. with all these drink places popping up in the area...we still think the drinks at Always Yours not only taste better, but also are of higher quality.

If you're thinking about giving a food birthday gift or if you know someone who just needs a food…read morepick-me-up, get a box of pastries for them here! Not only are the pastries some of the prettiest that I've seen but they're actually quite tasty (and not too sweet either)! Comes in a nice branded box too. Before I rattle off my reviews of the pastries that I tried I'll say that the pastries here, although laminated, have no crisp and are strictly the soft and chewy type (think Costco croissants). I prefer some crisp, but I wouldn't hesitate on returning here to try more things. - French tart: amaaazing egg custard filling. It's so milky it's almost flan-like! - Brownie fruit tart: omg prob one of my fave brownie textures; not fudgy-dry and not too-cake-like either. Nailed the custard filling as well. I'd say my fave pastry in the bunch. - Passion fruit ganache danish: deliciously tart passion fruit filling! - Sweet cheese bowtie: funny enough the sweet cheese reminds me a lot of Cheez Whiz haha (nostalgic for me) but silkier and lighter in taste. The sweet cheese is only in the center of the bowtie. - Ham & cheese: flavorful ham but could've had a little bit more of it. The cheese part tastes similar to the cheese filling in the sweet cheese bowtie. - Ube moon: mad props for ube jam actually being used here instead of just ube extract like at most bakeries that offer ube treats. I will say though that the ube filling is a bit too dense; maybe the ube jam could've been mixed with some custard to make the filling lighter. Only a couple of customers in line when I visited on a Sunday early afternoon and the display case was still more-than-half full. Okay-ish service; the lady at the cashier was primarily focused on quickly completing orders.

Though the bakery is pretty small, it was perfectly cozy with plenty outdoor seating available. There are a couple tables outside, and a bar-style seating area outside. Plus, a lot of parking spaces are available! The pastries are displayed beautifully under the warm lights of the shelf. Totally cute! Most importantly.. Instagram worthy! I got two original croissants, an orange creme brulee, and a strawberry crescent croissant. The original croissants were perfectly crunchy, and not too airy that there isn't anything inside the shell. Pretty dense in you ask me, and I love it that way! The orange creme brulee was really pretty. Caught my eye in the crowd! Though I thought that the croissant-style bread on the outside of the pastry was not crispy enough, the creme brulee definitely had a rich orange-y aroma. The strawberry crescent was my absolute favorite. I love how the hard, dense outside contrasted with the creamy center. The strawberry cream in the center isn't too sweet in my opinion! The shape wasn't just creative, it was also so fun to eat! You'll be seeing me again!

Our dessert table wasn't just about having yummy treats at our wedding--it held deep personal significance. We had lost both of the bride's parents and another important mother figure before our big day, and we wanted to honor their memory alongside the groom's parents who were there to celebrate with us. We chose specific desserts that represented each parent, as a way of keeping their presence felt through the idea of food, the most timeless way parents show their love. In addition to having some delicious desserts on her standard menu that suited some parents, Brittany worked with us to make a strawberry shortcake (not something she normally serves) in honor of the bride's father. We ended up bringing in two of the desserts from other vendors, and she plated those beautifully as well. Admittedly, there were a couple communication challenges during the course of working together which caused a bit of a scramble in the week leading up to our wedding to ensure that Brittany could properly plate the outside desserts. However, in the end she really brought our vision to life, and we heard from many of our guests both how beautiful our dessert table was and how delicious the desserts were.
