In addition to having some delicious desserts on her standard menu that suited some parents, Brittany worked with us to make a strawberry shortcake (not something she normally serves) in honor of the bride's father. We ended up bringing in two of the desserts from other vendors, and she plated those beautifully as well. Admittedly, there were a couple communication challenges during the course of working together which caused a bit of a scramble in the week leading up to our wedding to ensure that Brittany could properly plate the outside desserts.
