    Buffalo Mac and cheese
    Yasiri N.

The buffalo Mac and cheese was veryyy buffalo forward, it's basically buffalo pasta haha but still very tasty! This would be a good one to share with a few people since it is very rich. The nachos are sooooo fire!!! The chicken is fantastic but could be more cheesy! I'd ask for a side of the cheese next time I go haha Service was quick, the patio was pretty busy but we ordered, ate and paid all within an hour and a half. This is a multipurpose space, it gives bar and grill but also has a very cute patio that could be a nice date spot!

Happy hour runs 3-6. Appetizers are $8, wine $6. Noisy but still able to easily hold a conversation lighting is dim and tavern like. Started with the onion rings which are huge and come in a serving of 6, which is more than plenty. They were extremely salty, the batter was over seasoned and we couldn't finish our order. We also tried the yum yum wings served w ranch. They were sweet with good flavor but the chicken itself was overcooked and dry, we couldn't finish them. Watermelon salad with grilled chicken was delicious as was the mad cow burger (3/4 lb!). The chicken sandwich on Texas toast was good but after eating half we realized it was still pink in the middle. Server (Amanda) was wonderful but overall we were disappointed that half of our food missed the mark. One last note - bartender was constantly adjusting her hair (she must have been hot), and then resumed making drinks (grabbing lime wedges etc, eek!). They should probably wear their hair back to keep their hands clean? Total bill came to $80ish.

This was our first time having brunch at Mad Cow and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the cheddar biscuits and chorizo gravy with the smoked gouda cheesy hashbrowns. It was so good!!! Bartender was super efficient :) The space itself is a decent size with plenty of seating. Parking is easy with a large lot.

We came here on a Saturday night when we had to kill a few hours after dropping our nephew off at an activity. It's nothing fancy. It was not busy, and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly enough and we ordered pretty quickly. There were gluten free designations on the menu which was helpful. I got the quesabirria and my husband got the cheese curd burger with dill fries. My quesabirria was pretty good for it not being a Mexican restaurant. It was cheesy and wasn't spicy, but left something to be desired that only authentic Mexican cuisine can really provide. My husband enjoyed the dill fries but said the burger was pretty disappointing for it being a burger place.

I was looking for a place to bring my family for a good burger. I checked Yelp to see what was around me that I haven't tried yet and noticed Mad Cow. The thing that really got my attention though were the ginormous onion rings. My gosh, they looked so good. Gotta give them a try for those. Food-wise, the menu is a good mix of bar food and Americana. Most of my party tried a burger. The burger menu had a good mix of classic and some more interesting ones like a Peanut Thai Jelly Burger. I went with a classic BBQ burger because it came with one of those giant onion rings. The ring was the largest part of my sandwich, so good. Burgers were not huge but still filling. We also tried an order of the onion rings. They were huge and had a good beer batter on them. The horseradish sauce paired well with them. The two winners at this place though were the kids meals and a surprising pasta dish. The kids meal clock in at only $6 but the quality and portion size was a great deal. My kid's pizzas were made fresh and super tasty. The fruit side was actually fresh fruit and not a stale fruit cup. My wife didn't feel like a burger and so got the Carbonara Pasta. It was super tasty and the portion made it into a two-meal dish. I stole a couple bites and it was super tasty. Honestly, I would probably come back and order that instead of a burger. Prices were decent and service was good. The wait to get our food was a tad slow but we were in no rush. Game time deals are very generous and their happy hour specials are not bad. A good choice to meet up and watch the big game in Eagan.

Yearning for a good burger I stopped in at Mad Cow to see what the menu had to offer. It was early in the day so it was a seat your self kidn of moment. Honestly I believe there were two servers at the time but shout out to them because they did a good job in attending to all the patrons. Sport bsar ambiance, its definitely a place to brign a friend and grab a beer. Shit back and watch the sports of your choice, as well as sa good gathering spot for your crew. I went with the rodeo cow burger. Cheddar cheese, bacon, one jumbo onion ring piled on top of a homemade burger drizzled with blackberry BBQ saue is just what I needed. I can not say I am 100 percent sold on the fries but they werek good.

Here's a more polished and engaging version of your review: **"We stopped by on a Friday around 2 PM to avoid the happy hour rush. Service was prompt, and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the California burger, which was pretty standard--nothing that really stood out. The fries, however, were a bit different from the usual and surprisingly good. Overall, the bar itself was underwhelming, and the food was just average. Not a bad spot, but nothing particularly memorable either.

Ordered food to go.... Disappointed. Well seasoned food doesn't exist in the Midwest. I asked for flavor and they handed me ranch. Everything is flavorless. Fries were hard and burger was supposed to be well done. In the trash. My stomach feels so off after eating this. Whoever was the chef around 1:30pm 06/01/2025. Fire him. Please and thanks.

Man I wish this place were better. I've been here before and the crowd can be rough. Food is okay. I've had a burger here and some onion rings, as well as a few beers. Beautiful patio. The bar is questionable. Staff all seem nice. My sleeves were sticking to the bar because the bar was chipping away and someone felt it was a good idea to place duct tape on the edges. As that withers away, the sticky goo sticks to my white sleeves and ruins my top. The end

    Empty waiting area.

Their teenage boys that are hosting (apparently it takes three) were insanely rude when we walked in asking for a table on apparently bingo night where we were told there was a wait list 'basically til bingo is over'. There's nobody else waiting, folks. Even witnessed some people walking out. I can't even believe how they treated us. Will actually never come here again.

A great stop for dinner. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the openness with the ability for the garage doors to be open on nice weather days. We had the Yum Yum Wings which turned out nice, The Flaming Bleu Berry burger with dilly fries, and the Bacon Curd Burger and baked potato.

1.5 stars for the patio, 1.5 for the service and minus 1 for the wax paper still on the cheese in the cheese burger. A place to skip.

We ordered on the spot, and it ended up being one of the best decisions of the day. The mango sticky rice was the standout--perfectly sweet, creamy, and easily one of the best I've had. The crispy pork belly had an amazing crunch while staying tender inside, and the wings were juicy and packed with flavor. If you order either, don't skip the fish habanero sauce. It adds the perfect balance of heat, tanginess, and flavor without overpowering the food. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and it paired perfectly with a beer next door. If you're at Wandering Leaf (or anywhere nearby), do yourself a favor and order from Soul Lao. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Kitchen and cashier were extremely friendly and hospitable. Ordered - Crispy Pork Belly (4.5/5). Probably my favorite dish. It can stand on its own, was very favorable, crunchy and had a good meat to fat ratio leaving you wanting more - Duck Noodles (4/5). Flavor profile was a good balance of sweet and salty. Good but nothing memorable - OG Wings (4.5/5). Always fun to see other places try this dish. Last few years the rise of fish sauce coated wings has been a hit which is awesome since my mom's been doing it for decades. Packed a 1,2 punch. A bit salty so make sure you chase it with rice Food was by in large great and if you're expecting fusion then this is what you will find. Price is a bit steep ($25 roughly per dish) so you be checking your Apple location to figure out why you're paying NYC prices in MN ha :)

Little restaurant & bar inside Envision Hotel…read more I went here to celebrate after a football game! The bartenders/staff were nice but seemed very overwhelmed dealing with large crowds. I had to repeat my order several times. Overall the waitstaff did the best they can, kept a good attitude and I appreciate that. They didn't seem to have a full bar. They had to few dark liquors, bottles of beer, & maybe 4-5 tap beers on tab. The food was priced the same as any other bar. $10 for a plate of wings. I think it's fair. The buffalo wings were not good in my opinion. They were a bit slimy/soggy. The buffalo flavor was very light & didn't have a lot of flavor. I also ordered fries, they were not salted which is fine but all I'm saying is there was nothing special about them. They were also a little soggy. The atmosphere was good. It was set up really cute with traditional dining seating (tables and chairs) and also a chill chairs, couches and coffee tables. They had multiple TVs, playing different channels. Very nice setup. The bar was in the middle of the restaurant. The only complaint I have is that the stools at the bar aren't high enough, unless you are very tall. The bar is way too high.

Our bartender Dan was very accommodating and nice. He even offered that we try the different beers on tap before choosing.! Sadly the place seems like an afterthought as a restaurant for the hotel. For appetizers we got the fried chicken wings and nachos. The nachos had a abundance of lettuce and cheese but not quite enough meat and the tortilla chips themselves were a bit too hard for my taste. The wings though were good..! The were plain salt and pepper but real wings, freshly fried, and un-breaded. Can't go wrong except with the prep, but nope, these were fried perfectly. Still moist and good to the bite. I had the walleye sandwich which I thought was good, pretty decent. The breading was crispy and fluffy and the walleye wasn't 'super fresh' tasting but it didn't have a fishy taste so 'decent' quality? The bun and presentation of the plate itself was great. It came in a flaky and crisp, but firm bun with fresh romaine lettuce and tartar/white sauce served along side waffle style potato chips. The potato chips seemed to be old and stale and/or soft... :( but the sandwhich itself was solid. Good texture and quality but not really much flavor. I'd say the place was okay but I would be hesitant to try it again unless I was staying at the hotel.
