I really like this place. My job constantly hosts conference at the Embassy Suites across the street. We usually go on Karaoke Thursday night, which is a really good time. The drinks are strong and wings are prepared to perfection. It's pretty much a whole in the wall but well loved by the locals. The bathrooms are decent. The bar tender last night brought me a cup of coffee because she thought I had a headache when I was sitting at the bar. How sweet is that? Hospitality at its finest and you don't see service and care like that all the time anymore.

So here quick and dirty on this spot. Pros: The bartenders are super friendly and the prices for alcohol are great! Cons: everything else. Don't eat here, you probably get sick, hold tour breath when you go to the restroom, filthy.

Not a bad place, has outdoor seating which is nice! Lots of pool tables and video slots, and apparently there is live music on some days.

Last week on Thursday, we waited at least twenty minutes for our meal, only then being told they "lost" the order due to a computer error. 2. SERVICE: Recently, many, if not all of the servers seem new. They're friendly, but I miss familiar faces--no explanation. 3. AMBIANCE: Much the same; however, the perimeter booths on the outside where we like to sit, are abominably uncomfortable. Sitting on rock-hard boards can be back-numbing (perhaps, the goal to keep the patrons from dawdling too long. 4. The hostesses and hosts are friendly and delightful. We enjoy be greeted as loyal patrons. Venessa is wonderful. 5. THE BAD: The check includes "suggested tips," no longer an uncommon annoyance adopted by many restaurants. Bad enough. What's outrageous is the calculation of the tip based on an amount the includes the sales tax. You may notice that I don't see any edible tax on the plate or in my drink. I recalculate, the tab, but find the practice deceitful. I also HATE the server coming to the table with the little electronic device that has the patron submit payment, while having to make the corrected calculation of the tab.

The vibe was fun for sports fans overall and even better if you are there for the featured event and using the interactive bays. Our small TV had a glitch and kept resetting every 5 mins or so, which seemed to coincide with when action was happening in the game and got annoying, but there wasn't much that could be done aside from moving to another table after we were already set. The menu had fun theming and great variety with creative dishes. We got the potato pucks since we were there for hockey, street corn nachos, a pizza, and a salad. All were fine, and as other reviews shared, cost a bit more given the location in the heart of the touristy areas. We appreciated that they validate parking as well. Overall, it's a fun spot if you're there for the main sporting event and staff was kind and helpful.

If you want guaranteed seating, I'd recommend reserving a table online in advance. Otherwise, bar seating is first come, first served. A nice perk is that parking is validated, so don't forget to bring your parking ticket inside. The restaurant is conveniently located in the main lobby, making it easy to find. The atmosphere is great for watching sports, with plenty of TVs throughout the space. However, be prepared for resort pricing. Beers start around $9, cocktails are about $15 and up, and most food items are $20 or more. They also automatically add an 18% service charge to every tab. I ordered the smash burger with fries, one beer, and one margarita. The burger was a bit dry, and my total came to $59 before any additional tip. Overall, it's a convenient place to catch a game if you're staying at the resort, but I personally expected a larger venue and felt the food and drinks didn't quite match the price.

We had been up since 2AM to fly in, so we wanted to hit the proverbial easybutton. What really stood out here was the service. Jackie (I hope I got her name right!) was an outstanding server. She was outgoing, friendly, engaging...just a wonderful person. So much so, that I went up to the host/est stand, spoke to the manager and let him know how great she was. We had a really good meal here and had pretty much apps; wings, nachos, salad. The food was really good. Cooked well, nicely seasoned and well presented. I ordered the Cajun shrimp penne, it was good, but I wish it had more sauce. The focaccia bread on the side wasn't very fresh, which was a bit disappointing. My son enjoyed his smash burger, though the tater tots could've been crispier. My husband had the fish and chips, which were just okay, nothing special. Same goes for the buffalo wings. The highlight for me was the local beer brewed by Crooked Can using Gaylord Palms' local honey. so good and definitely worth trying! Service was great, and the restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. On a Saturday night we waited about 40 minutes for a table, so I'd recommend making a reservation.
