So that was $8 for a dog and a sad portion of kraut that was just ok. The bill came to $45.90 and I gave the waitress $60 and she asked, "do you want your change?" Seems she expected a huge tip based on minimal service. I politely said "yes, please." My change was $14.10. She brought back $14 but not the 10 cents. Seems like a dumb thing to complain about, but this is not right. Not giving people the correct change is never ok and it works in the restaurants favor and screws the customer and based on that fact alone, I would not recommend and don't plan to return.
