100% would recommend this restaurant!!!!…read more we arrived right at 5pm when they open back up for the day. firstly the atmosphere and customer service is top tier. everyone is super attentive and welcoming. we started off with mixed drinks, with a very wide selection, each drink we tried was perfectly mixed and balanced. we definitely would recommend the french martini and vette city. as for appetizers, we tried the fried pickles and jalapeños. the batter was light but crunchy and flavorful and the house made ranch paired perfectly with them. main courses i would 1000% recommend the chicken rosa. such a delicious dish with a creamy mash potatoes side and perfectly seasoned and sautéed fresh vegetable side. the lemon caper sauce paired with the chicken was stunning. chicken was cooked perfectly and still very juicy. the basil pasta dish was al dente with a rich, herby, and creamy sauce. the crème brûlée was the most delicious dessert to end the meal with a perfectly crunchy sugar top not too charred and the crème part was flavored very nicely with a good vanilla taste. 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND

We were staying in Bowling Green on our trip to Mammoth Cave NP and decided on Gerard's for lunch…read more I ordered the Fig & Brie Burger, and my husband decided on the KY Sunrise. We had a hard time deciding between the two, and agreed to split them when they arrived. It's hard to pick a favorite because they were both so good! The combination of flavors on the Fig & Brie was delicious and the egg on the KY Sunrise was divine! You can't go wrong with either of them. We both had sweet potato fries with a side of the smoky aioli for dipping. They were perfectly cooked, which is hard to do. Often sweet potato fries are either burnt or undercooked, but not these! So glad we found this gem on our short stay!

We have many friends who have suggested this place and we finally had a chance to try it out. We…read morewent on a specific night because they were to have salsa dancing/music and my husband and I are getting more into dancing. I tried not to have many expectations because you never know what you'll get in Bowling Green. We both expected the bar to have a smokier vibe but it was very clean, small, and modern in design. Not necessarily bad, just different. They have an excellent wine selection, a few unique beers, and a few of their specialty cocktails on tap. We shared a bottle of red wine then I tried their pineapple vodka cocktail. It was good but didn't blow my mind. The bar area is a little cramped, the cashier station is in between bar seats and if a line forms to order or close out, the walkway more narrow than it was before. The dancing was ok- they had a dancing class there which added to the crowd but they also played some extremely trashy music that isn't what most people enjoy dancing to (I'm sorry, I don't want to dance to Britney Spears or Lady Gaga... it's 2019). That was frustrating. They did have a keyboardist who played actual salsa music and we enjoyed dancing to that. It's an awkward floorplan for dancing but we made it work. It seems like a nice bar. Their prices are not great but slightly better than other similar bars in the area. It was clean and those working were pleasant and managed the crowds well. The music was a little bit disappointing but that doesn't mean we wouldn't go back! It's rare to find a venue that hosts legitimate ballroom style dancing (or at least encourages it) so we may go back just to practice and have some fun. Definitely a top spot in Bowling Green and worth a visit if you have a free evening.

What a hidden gem in Bowling Green. We went based on the ratings and it did not disappoint…read more Michael, the owner, made us feel welcomed and Riley made sure we were taken care of from our drinks to music. The wine available to purchase is not ones you would typically find. Michael sources them and chooses based on what's in 'season' and has a great variety. Drop in and check out the rosés that are there. The sparking is delicious. It's located in a strip district and is a large venue. They have a 'party' room that can be reserved. They also have an area in the front that accommodates anyone that likes to dance. They don't serve food, but encourage guests to either bring snacks or order from somewhere local. The bathroom was clean and maintained. If not a wine drinker: they also have beer and premade cocktails on tap. Go in a stranger, come out having met new friends.
