Returning the next day to ask, "what happened," I spoke to the clerk who injured me. She entirely acknowledged her fault and apologized. Shortly after, she disappeared. I assume Owner Bob Ross and wife didn't kill her, but they might have fired her--not because she hurt me, but because she admitted it. Then Bob Ross told me, irritably, not to come back and talk about the accident to staff. Thus I, a loyal customer of 15 years, became a trouble-maker. That's the ugly trick life plays on you (with some help from the Bob Rosses of the world), i.e., you become a trouble maker because you are a trouble to them after you get injured in their store. With the clerk gone, WB's insurer, Cincinnati Insurance, tried to construct a new narrative about the accident so that they could part with as little money for a large injury as possible. Everyone smiles at the cash register, but watch out for their true nature to emerge in times of trouble. That is one nasty owner. So, get your bird seeds just as fresh and a lot cheaper at Farm and Fleet, hardware stores, or garden suppliers.

But even more importantly, the Green Bay store hours are much more customer - friendly! I mean, with this type of store... Why would you not be open on a Sunday? Also, they close super early at the Madison store, where Green Bay's hours are more friendly for working folks. We have gone so far as to order our birdseed from Green Bay and utilize free shipping as opposed to driving over to the west side.

It looks really nice and it's easy to get the dogs in but I was left soaking wet since the water was just splashing back at me. Even with the apron on. - The hooks with the slip leads are just too close to the corners of the walls. It left my dog standing and sitting in awkward positions. Maybe they should add a hook towards the middle so there's more options. They called and said that there was some matting under the belly and in the rear end. Gave them the "go ahead" to trim up those two areas a little more. Two hours later they called and said that he was ready for pickup. Asked us to take care of payment while they go get him and bring him out to us. When he was brought out he had been completely cut off of all his coat, except for the tip of his tail, front of his head, and paws. He was trimmed up to look like a poodle! And the bill was $40 higher then what was quoted because of a "matting fee" added to the bill. The young gal who did the job apparently had absolutely no experience in double coat dogs Would not recommend them to anyone I know.

I brought my dog in a few months ago and was looking to change up her food. They offered me many samples and explained their return policy. If you open a large bag of food and your dog doesn't like it, you can return it. So don't be scared to try new food for your pets, they will take back open bags. They also have canned food, fresh dried food, and frozen food options for both cats and dogs. One of my favorite items in the store are these cute cat beds that look like a big mitten. They are locally made in the Madison area. My dog's favorite section is the bones. I discovered these cool bones that are considered cheese chews. It takes awhile for my dog to chew through this bone but once she does you can put the last bit of the bone in the microwave and it turns into a treat. I love discovering these new items when I visit Nutzy Mutz. And of course I love being greeted by their friendly store cat!
