The phone service was....well....ugly. Unprofessional. And unable to fulfill the most basic of requirements, such as emailing a quote. Going through Appliance Guy was a breath of fresh air. Aiden, who looked at the dishwasher, spent his time thoughtfully analyzing the issue and applying his years of experience to pinpoint the issue. While CCA wanted to replace the disposal at an exorbitant fee for labor. Contrast to Aidan, who didn't think there was a hardware problem, but rather clogging due to us using the wrong type of detergent and rinse aid. He gave further pointers and how we can resolve this ourselves. If it ends up being hardware, their work has a 30 day guarantee, so it would be covered under the original service trip. I'm in a special circumstance, and having my dishwasher down even a few days is highly challenging for our family.
