So I was shocked when the manager informed me that the rule was verbal and instead of allowing me to speak to the owner she claimed she could do nothing. The manager (older woman with glasses) insisted that it was a "verbal rule" which is why it's not documented on anything. That seems ILLEGAL. In addition, the service is BAD. If the service would've been good I might not even have noticed this extra change on my receipt. So sad that it seems they just want to take advantage of people.
