I also have to hand it to BJ who did the installations. We spread this project over 3 orders a couple weeks apart to take time figuring out what we needed. Each time, BJ was thorough, thoughtful, and fast. We have black windows throughout the house, which is new for us and made design selections a little trickier, but the results are outstanding. Wil and team went above and beyond to get the colors exactly right and ensure everything was measured and designed to spec for each window. There are way more decisions to make than you realize, so having someone knowledgeable to walk us through the options made all the difference. The results speak for themselves. I wish the photos did them justice! They're even better in person. We went with white 2-inch faux wood blinds (they look awesome with the black windows!), sheer black solar roller shades, and extra-large wood plantation shutters custom painted to match the window trim. After speaking to her references who gave her good recommendations, I called her back and explained to her specifically what needed to be done. There were heavy granite countertops on part of the floor in one room that was not expected or requested to be moved. I had already cleaned the master bathroom and had some things stored in it, so that just left the guest bathroom floor to be cleaned around the detached toilet (no vanity). She quoted me a price and accepted the job. There was a lot of dust left from several contractors working in the house installing drywall, sanding walls, replacing hardwood floors, etc., so I requested flooring and baseboard cleaning, walls, windows and blinds. She and her assistant arrived at my house to clean, and I left to be out of their way. I returned several hours later and little had been done. They were using Swiffer mops, which were totally ineffective for what needed to be done. She did not have a bucket, broom or pan and was using mine! I spoke to her about my concerns and she said they were not finished yet and would be back to finish the job the next day. Reluctantly, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because of her "references", paid her half and allowed it. The next day, she and her assistant arrived late in the evening accompanied by her alleged husband (who waited in the hot car). After about an hour, I checked on the progress and still not much progress had been made. My new hardwood floor had footprints all over it. At that point, I terminated their services and requested a refund. They became upset and shouted profanities at me as they left. Now I'll have to have it cleaned with the furniture back in the home...smh. I have no problems paying for services rendered, as half had already been paid, but I will NOT pay for bad or unacceptable service. Since pictures are worth a thousand words, I'll post a few and let you decide. I do not recommend this company. I should have waited for my friend who has a house cleaning business to return from out of town. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, I couldn't have cleaned it all myself for medical reasons. MY RESPONSE: That's true...I did tell Natasha not to worry about cleaning the cabinets since they would be replaced, so I have removed those pics. However, that still leaves the rest of the house with no furniture in it, just a few plastic bins in the master bathroom and heavy granite countertops that I DID NOT EXPECT OR WANT TO BE MOVED. So my question is still...what was cleaned in 8 hours in my house without furniture if the NEW hardwood floors, windows, window sills, walls and doorknobs and trim were still full of dust?

The remote only allows for each shade to be operated individually. Want to open all 8? Ok, press channel 1, wait for blind 1 to topen. Press channel 2, wait for blind 2 to open... Outdoor blind fell down immediately after install. Shade has hold down brackets to keep it in place. A different installer comes back and tells me the blind isn't supposed to be down in more than 5mph winds. Help me understand why you install hold down brackets then? In 0-5mph wind do you need them? And if the blind is down and the wind picks up it gets ripped off the side of the house? So frustrating! My other motorized shade wasn't ordered properly so that one still has not been installed.
