I had patchy neon red/pink/orange hair. The fade was hideous and I basically had neon puke colored hair. I looked like a faded Ronald McDonald. I reached out to Victoria for a color correction and she got me in 2 days later. It was a miracle, she's normally booked up because she's that good. However, I told her I needed this fixed before a special event in a couple days so she squeezed me in and stayed late into the night fixing my hair. My before and after pictures are below (the darker prettier one being after - obviously). The results speak for themselves. I can't believe what she was able to do for me. She didn't just salvage it, I left a fricking goddess. She also threw in an eyebrow tint for free! I also asked for a cut last minute and she happily did that. I paid less than half what I did at the other salon for cut and color. What also struck me was the amount of knowledge and experience she has. I had a lot of questions about my oily scalp and why my hair doesn't hold a curl and she took the time to educate me and recommended products. She didn't push me to buy anything, we simply just picked things together from Amazon (though she does have products in store at reasonable prices). The atmosphere was amazing. Sarah her assistant is a fabulous barber in her own right. She does an amazing shampoo and head scratch. It was like talking and laughing with two fun girlfriends I've know for a decade. I felt so comfortable. It's safe to say I finally found my stylist. THANK YOU Sarah and Victoria!! I'll be back!

I did not want to do a lot of layers, so idk what she is talking about there. 3. After everything was installed, the ends of the hair were uneven both times and looked choppy. She quickly fixed it after I reminded her and it looked good. The issue is the fact that I had to remind her to do this both times. I debated making this review because she is very nice and personable. However, the final result was not worth the price. My ktips did not match my dark brown hair. They had a red undertone that was very apparent under natural light. Additionally, after my initial installment and last move-up, I had to remind her both times to make sure my hair is blended and cut evenly, which I feel like you shouldn't have to remind a hair stylist?

It took…read moreabout 2 hours but it was well worth the time and money - my lashes are full and natural and completely change the look of my face and eyes - I LOVE THEM. They feel good too - not heavy or itchy. I scheduled my fill for two weeks out and we'll evaluate how often I'll need a fill after that. Cerise Salon is new, clean and has comfortable vibe. Because it takes about two hours, bring your ear buds to listen to your favorite music or book. You could also plan on taking a nap. It's verrry easy to doze off while Jenna works her magic. Oh! And don't drink too much coffee before your appointment, it's quite a challenge to use the restroom with your eyes closed.
