I had an AMAZING time attending Madison's workshop at the CETA 2018 Festival! I sat in on both her Bulletproof Stage Makeup Basics workshop as well as her Intro to Theatre Special Effects workshop. Madison talked through whatever she was doing during both of the workshops with extreme detail so that everyone would understand every aspect of the process. She answered every single question asked with great care and gave us many recommendations for products catering to all of our needs. I was part of her bullet proof stage makeup class at The CETA Festival and it was so much fun! I also I learned a lot about what is necessary on stage, what is extra, what to use, and more. She showed us how to use the makeup and how she applies it on other people. Also, at the end we had extra time where she answered all our makeup questions and even showed us some extra techniques on her model! She talked about some alternative drugstore products in comparison to what she was using too! I watch tons of makeup tutorials but it was so cool seeing it being done right in front of me! I also learned a lot about the makeup business! She talked about how she became a part of it and what her life is like working with makeup! I cannot speak highly ENOUGH about Madison. I was shooting a movie and needed my make and my hair done for film. First off, I needed her to come to my house at 7am and she did--on the dot! I'm 53 years old and I don't wear a lot of make-up so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was amazed! She evened out my uneven skin tones (no easy task) and the result was incredible! I also booked her to do my hair for the shoot. I thought "well, she's good at make-up, but can she do hair?" The answer is YES she can!--and then some--My hair looked as good as it does when I step out of my hair stylist chair! I am so happy I contacted Madison- I had zero time to play with that morning, so the experience could have been disastrous but it was anything but! I Ieft for my shoot feeling on top of the world and the make-up she uses lasted the entire day--NO touch ups were needed on set for 7 hours.
